‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

A Ham Sandwich Could Beat Hillary and Sanders

December 29, 2015

The Karl Rove and Reince Priebus led establishment Republicans and their sycophants have used a series of polls with highly questionable, if not outright fallacious, findings in an attempt to use one of their most successful “vote control” tactics. Said tactics being that if we do not elect their bad Republican candidate a bad Democrat will win.
Let’s look at that, shall we. The Democrats are running Bernie Sanders, an old and decrepit avowed Socialist Senator representing Vermont who has created quite the retirement package for himself having been what any reasonable person would call a life-long politician.
In fairness to Sanders he should be given credit for voting against the Brady Bill, which dictated unconstitutional violation of privacy vis-a`-vis federal background checks and the imposition of waiting periods for firearms purchasers. He also rightly voted in support of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. The latter legislation was intended to prevent firearms manufacturers from being held criminally liable for negligence for crimes committed with their products.

And while I admit that I too opposed the aforementioned pieces of legislation, it is not entirely so very surprising that Sanders would oppose the measures. After all he is from Vermont the “Freedom and Unity” state. “Freedom” for Vermonters includes the right to own firearms. He is also the child whose immediate family members were murdered by Hitler.

But don’t think I in any way support and/or remotely favor Sanders. His Socialist predisposition to punish and pillage the personal financial accomplishments of those he deems wealthy with oppressive and punitive tax burdens and his commitment to increase the size of government are the last thing America needs. He is fully supported by Senator Elizabeth Warren, the avowed Socialist from Massachusetts. Warren who in the face of all genealogical evidence to the contrary, claims she is Cherokee as a means of deceit for personal and political gain.

Sanders promises a chicken in every middle-class pot. He supports income and wealth equality, which is simply a conversational way of advocating income redistribution. He calls for government-mandated minimum wage increases, government-mandated parental leave, sick leave, vacation time, and he calls for government easy access for unions to further corrupt and infiltrate businesses. Add to that his socialist commitment to eliminating student debt (he calls it reducing student debt) via tuition-free public colleges and universities – a plan that will be financed with an even more onerous tax structure. He is supportive of the contrived sustainability issues including global warming. He is pro-homosexuality, anti-death penalty, and he seeks to limit through fear and government-mandated intrusion the ability of police to protect the people and neighborhoods they serve. He is pro-mongering and stymieing free-market capitalism by abolishing private prisons for-profit prisons, and he is for the reduction of incarcerants. Which means with him in control our streets and neighborhoods would be infinitely less safe because prisons would be forced to release those whose idea of obeying the law is viewed as doing whatever they feel justified in doing. He also, not surprisingly, supports the relocation of so-called refugees at taxpayer expense and he supports the massive increase of entitlement spending.

keep-calm-and-vote-ham-sandwichThen there is the other Democrat stalwart, Hillary Rodham Clinton. What can we say about the irascible old Marxist whom America is as much at a lost to explain how she has avoided prison as America is at a lost to understand why Obama hasn’t been impeached and indicted for his anti-Constitutional actions and extortive lies.

Clinton is as much of an Alinskyite as Obama. As David Horowitz explained: “Alinsky was the practical theorist for progressives who had supported the Communist cause to regroup after the fall of the Berlin Wall and mount a new assault on the capitalist system…It was Alinsky who wove the inchoate relativism of the post-Communist left into a coherent whoe, and helped to form the coalition of communists, anarchists, liberals, Democrats, black racialists, and social justice activists…” (Barack Obama’s Rules for Revolution – The Alinsky Model; Pg. 6. Ppg 2)

It can be safely argued that Hillary’s political mindset was not only developed by Saul Alinsky or “Saul the Red” as he was also known because of his hardcore communist ideology.

Hillary should be held accountable for countless acts that can only be defined as criminal. The words penned in a haunting article written by David Maraniss and Susan Schmidt in 1996 were nothing less than prescient and they are remarkably apropos today nearly 20 years later.

Maraniss and Schmidt wrote: “Many people, perhaps most people, forget events that occurred long ago and say things occasionally that are later contradicted by records or the memories of others. But when the questions and answers involving [Hillary] are viewed in their totality, they appear more significant. One minor issue sets the context for the next and, stich by stich, a pattern emerges. (Hillary Clinton and the Whitewater Controversy: A Close-Up; Washington Post; 6/2/2015)

With the aforementioned in mind, I submit that a ham sandwich could defeat Hillary Clinton and/or Bernie Sanders. People have had enough of their kind, which is exactly why We the People are not supporting Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, John Kasich, Carly Fiorina, Chris Christie, et al.

We the People are tired of the Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders types whether they are Republicans or Democrats.
