A pox on Harry Reid

A pox on Harry Reid, his wife and children and all those who share his contempt for the voters including Obama and his family. I am sick of these belligerent, dishonest human waste products calling us names, berating us for standing by sound financial principles, and for insisting they be accountable.

How dare a disgraceful human being is Harry Reid, who best resembles in appearance and action Gollum in the Lord of the Rings, to call us terrorists, and to tell congress to ignore us as extremists? We pay his salary and every other person’s salary on Capitol Hill. We are the ones who will pay Reid’s multi-million dollar pension.

The words “A government of the people, by people, and for the people” means something to me. They mean, that our government had darn well better hear “we the people” when we speak. It doesn’t mean we pay for everything they have, we provide them with the best health care, pensions, junkets, clothing, housing, etc. and they in return get to spit on us.

How dare Reid, follow the pattern of Obama and Pelosi in demeaning us for insisting on financial accountability. Let’s keep in mind, we didn’t run this debt up, we didn’t squander social security, we are not the reason America is in the financial canoptic jar it finds itself today. We are the recipient of where we are. You and I, and in all probability neither did our families, ever ask for the welfare and entitlement programs that have helped spawn this financial nightmare.

The idea of a representative government is that we have a say in how we are governed and that includes how our money is spent. In private business, just as in private households, we know where and how our money is spent. Shareholders have final say how corporations are run, and if management runs afoul of same, management is replaced. Any parent worth their salt pays attention to how their children spend money. The Federal Government is not an autonomous, self-sustaining, Melchizedekian
entity that we bow before at the foot of a volcanic mount and offer gifts and sacrifices to.

To Harry Reid, Dickie Durbin and Chuckie Schumar:

Psa 109:6 Appoint a wicked man over him(them), And let an accuser stand at his right hand.
Psa 109:7 When he is judged, let him come forth guilty, And let his prayer become sin.
Psa 109:8 Let his days be few; Let another take his office.
Psa 109:9 Let his children be fatherless And his wife a widow.
Psa 109:10 Let his children wander about and beg; And let them seek sustenance far from their ruined homes.
Psa 109:11 Let the creditor seize all that he has, And let strangers plunder the product of his labor.
Psa 109:12 Let there be none to extend lovingkindness to him, Nor any to be gracious to his fatherless children.
Psa 109:13 Let his posterity be cut off; In a following generation let their name be blotted out.
Psa 109:14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the LORD, And do not let the sin of his mother be blotted out.
    Psa 109:15 Let them be before the LORD continually, That He may cut off their memory from the earth;
Psa 109:16 Because he did not remember to show lovingkindness, But persecuted the afflicted and needy man, And the despondent in heart, to put them to death.
Psa 109:17 He also loved cursing, so it came to him; And he did not delight in blessing, so it was far from him.
Psa 109:18 But he clothed himself with cursing as with his garment, And it entered into his body like water And like oil into his bones.
Psa 109:19 Let it be to him as a garment with which he covers himself, And for a belt with which he constantly girds himself.

The frustration, outrage, disgust and anger is intense. But my thought remains for all of these evil doers. Hell, is forever. And all the money, and all the “lets make a deal” lies, obfuscation, and deceit, won’t help them come Judgement Day. They are not immortal, and the are absolutely immoral. We must, hard as it is, pray for our rotten disgusting lying leaders. In fact we are commanded to do so. Hard and near impossible as it may be.

agreed…and if we can have them pay here as well it’s even better…

The problem with our political system starts at the roots and gets worse as you climb up the plant, Both parties make sure that only those that will play the game their way ever get a chance to get elected to anything important. Candidates are vetted carefully to make sure that only those that see things the “right” way get on the ballots. The only exceptions are those that have enough of their own money to carry the full financial load themselves. I’ve joined. I’ve served at the root level and seen it happen over and over again. People argue against the third party. Why? Because the Dems and Repubs don’t want any competition from anyone outside the fold. For my part, I see nothing wrong with a third party. Maybe it will thin the gruel that currently runs the parties from top to bottom. I really like to hear the parties rant against the Tea Party and call them names and warn of the destruction they will cause. I would ask “Is destroying a nest of rats all that bad?” Short of a horrendous mistake like was made with the current administration, how much worse can it get? Sign up, join in and fight the establishment to put our nation on the path originally envisioned by the founding fathers rather than the legal mafia we have now. I like to think that we just started to purge the system in 2010 and will continue the job next year, but I’m not so sure. When most of the nation is too lazy to vote and too stupid to see what is happening, I fear that we can only expect more of the same until we are as downtrodden as the Russians, I have no answers, only the fear that Barry O will get re-elected along with the Senators and Representatives that are firmly entrenched now. At least we have a small chance here in the great Republic of Texas. Both of our Senators have said that they will not be running again. I put just a tiny bit of hope in this, Kay Bailey promised to only serve one term and she is as dug in as any. Maybe this year she will keep her word. What a refreshing concept;; an honest politician working to preserve our constitution and respect the citizens. “Throw the bums out” and “I’m mad as hell and won’t take it anymore sound good, but that’s about all you’ll get from the majority of the voting age mindless followers we have become. Support who you wish, so long s it’s not an incumbent. Sadly, to make our point as the true bosses, we have to throw out the baby with the bath water. Maybe that is the blood that must be spilled to preserve the tree of liberty rather than involve ourselves in ever conflict anywhere in the world. Who steps up to help us? A pox on them all.

    • Mychal July 29, 2011 at 9:57 am #

use the TParty to vet candidates and elect ones we want…it becomes a feeder party to republican party and we control it…we don’t need third party…it is very easy to take back control of repub party…term limits should be our limiting their time in office…

      • Topdrifter July 30, 2011 at 8:23 am #

Mychal, you are so right about the T-Party (Third-Party) taking over the Republicans. They (GOP) already have a conservative frame of mind now “We the People” must demand that they work for us to get back our values, Stature, Strength and most of all our Pride in our Country. Taking this on as one big problem is impossible. The Progressives realized in the 40′s that time would work for them. You’ve heard the story of the wild pigs, well we must tear down that fence and become wild again. Take care of these problems One at a time. The FED is probably the most important project to work on, but to go at it head on would be suicide. We must make our Representatives aware and teach them how to do the job.
By the way, thank you for being here for us. Two years ago, I thought it was just me. But through Guys like Glenn Beck who taught “History along with real Politics” I’ve come to realize I am one of many and thank you for being a Leader to come forward to help get us in line! Now we must get to work. I’m with it all the way to the end, I offered my life in Vietnam (for whatever that was worth) and still being under “Oath” I will die to get our Country and freedom back.

        • Mychal July 31, 2011 at 8:02 pm #

Topdrifter: the real problem is the people themselves…who reelected reid, mccain, pelosi, et al…people buy the latest lie and spin…one of the greatest lies and spin is the myth of who we must vote for so the other guy doesn’t win…and the lie republican hierarchy parades out that we cannot vote for our candidates because they can’t win…if clinton, carter, obama, can win anyone can…obama won because he lied better than mccain and the rove people didn’t want Palin near the oval office…

    Mychal
I am so impressed to find an outspoken, politicallky active, Conservative American, who is black.
Yes I know there are others, but to few and far between. I attend the largest church in America where people of all colors come. The majority of the black attendees are very vocal as Obama supporters. I am a white American so how can I witness to these individuals about how disasterous the Obama Administraton or the Democrate Party in general is to our nation-
    without being percieved as racist?

    • Mychal July 29, 2011 at 10:04 am #

burbsmom: first of stop seeing colors…race based assignations only serve to separate…after you’re in church…in church preach Jesus and Him crucified for sin…outside the question would become does Jesus support abortion, class warfare, lies, deception, fomenting anger, racial antagonism, corruption…that would be were I began…

      Thank You

ALTHOUGH…. I have to take issue with you on one minor point..
In a way..we DID allow the debt to be run up.. we ARE the reason America is in the financial canoptic jar it finds itself today..and I guess one can argue that we did allow those we hired to squander our social security.. HOW you say..
By our complete trust in those we hired to be the watchers of our nation.
They incrementally cheated us..right under our noses.. and we were either to lazy, to tired or to trusting, and they got away with it. .. In my case ALL those apply.
I THOUGHT my civic duty, other then military service and obeying civil and monetary laws, was to vote at all elections.. and that those we legally elected would CERTAINLY do the right thing…after all.. didn’t we have “checks and balances” in place to root out any wrong doers ??
For the vast majority of Americans… the “rank and file ” foot soldiers of ALL parties ..We were simply NOT paying close enough attention to the insidious infiltration and degrading of our nations political systems and government. And now that we are finally waking up , we find that our nation is headed for moral, financial and political ruin.. we are on the brink of total collapse !!!
Barry O. has actually, IMHO ,done us a huge favor..by rubbing our noses so hard in his radical agenda .. that only a complete idiot would not be totally alarmed at the extent of our national decay .
I HAVE to accept my share of the blame for this multi-faceted calamity we find ourselves , as a nation, in today..and I for one.. am finally getting involved with my local politics here in tiny Transylvania County North Carolina.. to help bail out this sinking ship..
If anyone out there is as frustrated as I am.. PLEASE don’t be afraid to get involved at your local level..The Lord and this Nation that he founded is STILL calling upon men and women of honor to serve .
It is NOT to late !

    • Mychal July 29, 2011 at 7:22 am #

Landpanther1: I agree that on the one hand we are responsible for those who squandered and spent…that said I take no responsibility…I have been warning for many yrs…I refuse to take responsibility for something I have warned of…I agree about barry…thkfully he has been so insufferably bad that people have joined together and risen up…if he had been less arrogant and taken his time in sticking it to us…people would have grumbled but doubtful they would have been riled to action as we witness now…

      • Mimi July 29, 2011 at 8:05 am #

Mychal, I to agree that this train of over spending has been going on since the Great Depression.
What a time that was, all those federal programs started and just got bigger. From my perspective, that is what Obama has done.

I would ask one thing of you, and others who are on the web and the air waves, sounding this alarm.
Please continue to shout from the roof tops what this band of thugs in the W.H and Congress are doing,
and the MOST IMPORTANT thing to remind your readers is this, again my perspective. The advances we made in Nov. 2010 were just the beginning. Tell everyone Not to Lose Heart. It was only one battle.
I hear people call in to my favorite shows whining about weak kneed Republicans. Sure, there are those.
But the Democrats, and to be fair (Democrats favorite word) some Republicans, didn’t create this massive mess in one political round and we won’t be able to undo it in one round. So, now those who are complaining about not getting everything from this new Congress, get a grip. A third Party? What, are they out of their minds? Democrats would be in charge forever. WAKE UP. Nov. 21010 was just one round in the battle to save this country. Heck, if Washington had gone home after his first defeat, the Constitution would not have been written, and we can only speculation of what this country might be like today.
        Keep up the Good Fight

        • Mychal July 29, 2011 at 8:18 am #

Lanpanther: first of all we all have a voice…that said…I argue that we do not need a third party…we need 2 parties that fear us…and the way to make that happen is to replace them like we do rotten vegetables until we we get those who understand they serve at our pleasure…we also help them understand that career politician is an oxymoron…

  6. sumitch July 28, 2011 at 7:20 pm #

Don’t forget that Harry Reid also said he could smell us when we came into his office building. Given that he has his head up his arse, is it really us that he smells? And while we are handing out pox, let’s dump a load on the idiots in Nevada that keep electing him. Also, why insult Gollum? P S I had to look up Melchizedekian. Good use of a rarely used word and meaning.

    • Mychal July 29, 2011 at 7:40 am #

My late grandmother used to say “a fox smells his own hole”…harry reid is an insult to that which we wipe from our shoes after walking through a chickenyard before entering the house…as for Melchizedek he’s been right there in my bible Genesis 14:18, Psalms 110:4, Hebrews 5:6, 10; 6:20, 7:1 way before I started to reading it as a child…lol…

  7. Dave McBlane July 28, 2011 at 4:46 pm #

“The Federal Government is not an autonomous, self-sustaining, Melchizedekian
entity that we bow before at the foot of a volcanic mount and offer gifts and sacrifices to.”

That says it all, excellent, excellent. Shared.

They’ll stop calling social security an entitlement when they stop calling spending us into the poor house and investment. Double speak. 1984 is here, just a little late.

  8. GIGI1949 July 28, 2011 at 2:03 pm #

When is someone going to stop calling Social Security an entitlement program?? It may be entitlement to those who have never put in however how can you be entitled to something that you have never contributed to?? How did people who have never contributed to Social Security start being entitled?
If they want to give out money to people who have not contributed then start a WELFARE PROGRAM. Because that is what it is.And let politicians and government employees contribute to that since they are exempt from contributing to Social Security.
And when are we going to have decent politicians who repeal these unjust laws?
Why is it that none of this is addressed on the Evening News? How did Evening News get so biased??
We need honest stations and news people who will report both sides of stories. Will our country ever have integrate again??? What are we teaching the next generation?? You have to be a crook and dishonest to make it in this world???

    • Mychal July 28, 2011 at 7:12 pm #

GIGI1949: those in the media are biased and decidedly liberal…they are complicit in the attempt to obfuscate that which we oppose..malign that which we support or might support…
