Why is it that homosexuals want everyone to know and approve of their being homosexual? I don’t walk around demanding people take notice that I am black, heterosexual, or even Christian. Albeit I don’t shy away from being a Christian, I don’t walk around w/ a breastplate that says “I’m Christian.” Why do they have to have a pronouncement of homosexuality made, in order to serve in the military? Has not having said pronouncement hampered their service in the past? Or, are they prepared to argue no homosexuals have ever served in military? My opinion is that their actions aren’t about inclusion, if they were we wouldn’t be having these arguments – because they already have them. Their intentions are to change the fabric of America. They can do the same thing every American can do, and simply because they want to entrench their perverted chosen lifestyle on every stitch of the American fabric, doesn’t mean they have that right. We all live w/ certain constraints pursuant to personal choices. If I rob a bank, and get caught, I’m going to jail. Ergo, I made a choice and paid the consequence. Should I argue the laws against bank robbing, should be changed so I can indulge my bank robbing proclivities? That’s what homosexuals are doing – they are arguing that the traditions and very fabric of America be changed to accommodate debauchery? It’s not surprising, that an appeals court in california ordered the obama administration to allow homosexuals to serve openly in the military. Especially when you consider the court is an activist court, in all probability comprised of homosexuals. But I ask you – what does serving openly mean? Will there now be homosexual seal teams? Will there be homosexual special-special ops training? Will they be permitted to parade in pink? Will we hear drill sergeants speaking homsexualese? Who wants to take a shower w/ homosexuals? Do they get to have homosexual bath houses on the bases? Tell me, how knowing someone is engaged in a abnormal, destructive chosen behavior, makes them a better soldier. It is appalling to witness the devolvement of tradition and family to accommodate debaucherous perversion.
Although I would like to agree with most of your comments, I believe you have overlooked the fact that we have a Black Miss America Pageant, Black History Month, Black Entertainment Television and the United Negro College Fund. I think it stands to reason there will be homosexual versions of the above. Unfortunately, in this country, if there were white only versions of any of the above, the ACLU would be raising hell!

This push by homosexuals is just one more evidence of the erosion of the Christian values this country was founded upon. We are slowly sinking into secularism. Calvin Coolidge said: “The foundations of our society and our government rest so much on the teachings of the Bible that it would be difficult to support them if faith in these teachings would cease to be practically universal in our country.” This where we are being maneuvered by all these various special interest “rights”. They have as much to do with perverting the Biblical fundamentals this country was started upon as they do misinterpreting and misapplying the Constitution.
I absolutely agree…Christians have bought into political correctness…and it has led to deterioration of church…many pastors no longer even believe in the bible…preaching Christ is a thing of the past…I was at a church sometime back where the service was more a pep rally w/ cheerleaders than a worship service…and yet there were easily over a thousand people at the service I attended…they were running three sunday morning services…and from what I was told every one of them was full…people walked out as empty as they walked in…but they’d been in church…

Why is teaching children these alternative lifestyles important, I argue it’s not. If this truly is a persons nature than it is theirs to explore. If you want to be recognized and acknowledged then behave like someone worthy of it.
