America, we can no longer wait.
Republicans, and whatever Kennedy Democrats are left in Congress, must begin impeachment proceedings against Barack Hussein Obama. This man can no longer be entrusted to lead the nation and act Constitutionally.
He has acted both unilaterally and in concert with Middle East policies that have opened the entire region to radical Islamists who have already seized Libya and have taken hold in Egypt. He has nationalized American industries; he has subverted the rights of States; he has acted in concert with criminal illegal alien elements that are overrunning our country and bankrupting state infrastructures.
His involvement in Fast and Furious demands impeachment proceedings take place and that he be indicted for his role in that illegal, international gun-smuggling operation that has led to the murder of Border Patrolman Brian Terry, ICE Agent Jaime Zapata, hundreds of Mexicans, and potentially countless numbers in other parts of the world, including quite probably more people right here in the United States.
Obama has used executive orders repeatedly to circumvent the Constitutional authority of Congress. He has said he will not wait for Congress–but will issue executive orders to essentially act unilaterally to bail out homeowners who cannot pay their mortgages and to make special arrangements to help college students with tuition and student loans.
There is a reason that the Framers of the Constitution established three independent branches of government. It was to provide checks and balances and to ensure a rogue president is unable to establish himself as a monarch or dictator. And yet, that is exactly what Obama is doing.
He is angry that Congress will not act as he demands of them–that is the prerogative (and Constitutional right) of Congress. Legitimate Congressional debate on issues for the purpose of legislating in a responsible and appropriate way, he calls “stalling.” It is not bad enough he has used the Oval Office to berate American citizens. He has used Congressional addresses to knowingly make up lies about our Supreme Court. He has called press conferences and issued special invitations to specifc Congressmen, and then he has berated and humiliated them before the nation for simply doing their job. On Memorial Day, he cruelly and sadistically exercised his power and denied entrance to the Vietnam Memorial to Vietnam veterans, Veterans, families and friends, of the brave men and women enshrined on The Wall.
Barack Hussein Obama may have taken a Muslim name out of contempt for his American name or perhaps that is a mandate for anyone embracing Islam. But this is America, not some third world oasis in the desert. We are not under Sharia Law and he is not an absolute ruler or Ayatollah.
He is an inexperienced, puerile, mendacious, narcissistic child devoid of good character. He lacks understanding pursuant to how business works and why America has a representative form of government. Congress must take immediate steps to remove this person. What else will he decide he has the right to defy Congress on? He has openly instructed his Justice Department as to which laws he premeditatedly decided he would support. He has encouraged and supported racial prejudice and criminal actions in his Justice Department. He has eagerly become involved in matters in which municipal police departments were doing their job, yet he has glibly ignored unambiguous racially motivated actions in his own Justice Department.
Obama is being openly disingenuous and dishonest in his campaign ads. His behavior and attitude are that of one who views himself as being lord and master of all. It is up to Congress to honor the Constitution and remove this person from office. America cannot wait. The damage he is capable of doing every day we wait is too great to ignore. We must call and write our representatives and tell them enough is enough. We must tell them either they begin efforts to remove him or we will begin efforts to remove them.

Please understand everyone, impeachment does not have to automatically mean he would lose his presidential post-
BUT- impeachment would mean that he will have to answer for his actions and to the charges while under oath. And that would be great- with his authoritatian control type mindset, he will show his true face to all America and all history

Mychal, thank you again for what you do. I remember when Obama was elected. I did not vote for him, but I thought this may be a turning point in our country. We are going to have our first black President and there will be no more black and white. We would all just be Americans. Obama started a divison almost immediately. He hired all of his Czars and they wre all anti American. His wife, valerie Jarrett,Holder,and yes even the Princess Hilliary have done nothing but split this country. Once I thought Boehner would be a great majority leader but he should have stayed where he was, unheard from. Old Harry would have been just as good in Boehners place. They have all let this country down for thier own greed and wants. We need a President like Scott Walker and his lieutenant governor. They are what Americas needs more of. They have some integirty. I don’t care if Barack Hussein Obama was born on the Forth of July in Washington D.C. and his mother and dad were both members of the Salvation Army there are things about him which to anyone who calls himself a God fearing American would be cause for rejecting him as a candidate for public office.
The most unthinkable of all: Voted three times to continue the practice of and was personally responsible to block attempts to prevent his desire to deny medical treatment for babies born alive following a botched abortion. But also, publicly displayed his contempt for our flag and proudly admitted he and his wife had attended flag burning rallies. As president of the United States he bowed to a Muslim king and then declared America was no longer a Christian nation. These are enough of the facts to remove him from office.
His record of playing the race card, criticizing free enterprise and capitalism, selectively enforcing the law, downplaying his failures using manipulated math to claim he did not increase our debt by five trillion dollars, boldly and unashamedly using Executive Orders to circumvent legislation to accomplish his socialist agenda and much more clearly display a character and personality we can not afford to give the reins of our nation to for the next four years and should have never allowed in the first place

I am tired of hearing that President Obama has not done enough to pull us out of the recession caused by a fiscally irresponsible Republican administration. No president without congressional support can repair such damage in a few years.
Obama has done better than many of his critics give him credit for. He took office during the worst recession in more than 50 years and helped bring us back from economic ruin by creating 4 million new jobs, rescuing the auto industry and passing health care reform, an achievement that eluded many other presidents, including Richard Nixon.
Obama increased regulations of the tobacco industry and tightened control of the credit card industry. In foreign policy, he ended the war in Iraq, approved the assault on Osama bin Laden and led an international effort to overthrow the tyrannical leader of Libya.
After two terms of a brain-dead destructive Republican administration, it is clear that having a fiscally responsible president with the ability to maneuver in this dangerous world takes steady thinking and courage, skills that elude the presumed Republican presidential flip-flopper.

Nothing but Fear, smear and disinformation. If ever we needed a prime example of how the 2012 election is about the hatred of America’s first black President, Barack Obama, and not politics and issues that matter to most Americans, this certainly fits the bill.
The Party of Hate (David Limbaugh, Uncle Tom Mychie Masshie, whatever the racist’s name is) is, like I said, pulling out all the stops. And it’s disgusting! I’ve noticed in the past. Supporters of Presidential nomintte usually persuade the public into voting for their man by talking about what good he would do. There is NOTHING like that for Mitt Romney. The racist right uses “Fear, Smear and Disinformation” or Character Assassination, as I have been calling it, for force people to vote for Mitt Romney.
If you’ve been paying attention, the conservative base doesn’t like Romney that much. They call him “Obama Lite” meaning Romney is the same as Obama, except he is White and a Mormon (Not that there’s anything wrong with that)
What IS wrong is the unfortunate fact that fear sells. But in the Age of Obama, it’s for like “Hate sells” from Rushie the racist’s brother, David Limbaugh writing a pathetic money-making lie about Obama, like every other conservative book writer. Everyone commenting so far is in agreement with Mychal’s outstanding “Rant” that he must go and the sooner the better. John McClain as always makes some very valid points and one is that to impeach him or even try would establish a certain legitimacy to his reign that he does not warrant and should never be given. Many others including yours truly have sensed that fact all along and opine that instead of impeachment he should have been arrested, or should be arrested today, and charged with all of the capital crimes against the people and the Constitution that he and his minions have committed. Certainly it has become clear we cannot depend on the congress to do this and as others have noted, even if the House did it the equally guilty harry reid would shoot down their efforts. Congress hasn’t even had the guts to get rid of holder so they sure aren’t going to go after his boss. The judicial branch has been almost totally compromised and neutered with the lifetime appointments of left-wing judges over a long period of time who are more than willing to legislate from the bench so that leaves a military tribunal as the only viable trial option. Super O and his fellow sewer rats have committed an almost endless list of high crimes and treason that fully justify use of a military tribunal to address those crimes. But to get there means circumventing all the PC top dogs on the JCS and in other powerful positions that are afraid of obumble.
The other option of course is that Sovereign Citizens finally stand up and say enough is enough and we will no longer tolerate this abysmal and unforgivable destruction of our national fabric and culture.
I have very little faith that the elections in November will be ALLOWED to accomplish what is necessary because the “fix” is already in place with the Soros controlled company in Spain having magically gotten the contract to “count” our votes. Not to mention holder’s edict to FL and other states to stop purging their voter rolls of dead or otherwise ineligible names and insisting that requiring photo ID is discriminatory. The rule of law established by our Constitution is one thing. As you have clearly defined this self appointed dictator has no intention of being bound by it or even common sense as a public official. The more revealing fact which his actions of late indicate is that he has no regard for or interest in preserving basic Christian values which at the very base and foundation are the right to life, the sanctity of marriage, and the protection of and devotion to family life. These are God given rights as proclaimed in “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” which should be obvious to any educated conscience of having their roots is Judeo-Christian religious theology for centuries and used as the basic building locks for our Republic.

I agree that Obama is acting unconstitutionally. But I again ask, how is it that he was elected in the first place? Even when we had those who took it upon themselves to expose Obama and his groomers/handlers, compatriots, they were shouted down, ignored. Who I believe is really to blame is our so-called Free Press who kept the facts from us as all they wanted was “their” guy elected. They belligerently, unapologetically and deliberately left out pertinent information regarding this individual so that none of us (the drones) would know who and/or what Obama was/is and what he represented in his Hope and Change mantra. We don’t have a “Free Press” in this country anymore other than to spew and spin what they want without one stitch of reporting the facts. Why Congress is silent on this issue is troublesome. Have they been paid off? Have they been threatened? It’s not just Obama, but with Eric Holder and for others, cases could be made for ousting, but it has been all talk and rescinding action….backing down.
This reeks of more than the onerus deeds of the man not qualifying him for impeachment; something in that endless succession of capitol sins has to qualify. For those considered a real threat to his presidency, the thoughts of threats, intimidation and who knows what else, come to mind. Not necessarily from anyone in the gov’t, but rather from/by associates of those involved. It’s not beyond the designs such a collection of despicable group.

I agree with impeachment and it can’t happen too soon. I prefer impeachment over secession but something is going to have to happen for this country to survive. I believe Romney is Obama Lite and certainly not what the country needs at this point. Unfortunately it looks like we will be saddled with him. This country needs a strong leader who can make congress change from an organization of Eunuchs to an organization with Cojones. Its time to clean house and the easiest way to do this is from the top down!!!

As one who has known obama/sotero was ineligable for office from his announced candidacy, it has always been my opinion removing him from office through impeachment would establish his legitimacy, and he must be removed for the crime of forging false official documents, conspiracy to forge such, as he did not do them himself, and for the High Treason of conspiricy to defraud the Electorate, by the use of forged documents.
I understand the urgency of his removal, and will do what ever is in my power to see him removed, but the idea of impeachment only carries weight if there is a reasonable chance of a democrat dominated Senate finding him guilty.
We watched a national travesty as Clinton was properly impeached for lying to Congress, and for perjury in court, while the media told us he was being impeached for having an affair. The Senate used the opportunity provided by the press, their lies, to suggest they were right in not removing Clinton for an affair, and they lied to our faces in denying the impeachment, and subsequent trial was about lying to Congress, alone cause for removal, if a president is a liar, he is not qualified to hold office. The fact the Whole of The Senate was responsible, even the republicans who voted for removal, should be obvious, because they all shook hands and went back to business as usual, after the finding was announced.
Our schools today lie to our children and tell them it was about sex, and ignore the $100,000 fine, his surrenduring his law licence, and removal from the Washington Bar, supposedly serious response to serious crimes.
If mostly the same senate lied and passed then, what possibility is there they would actually act against the man they assured got the office by failing to even investigate him as they did the American citizen who had been “vetted” by the military, and who’s family history is public history on record as a prisoner of war as the son of the Secretary of The Navy at the time of his capture.
We have put our own duties on congress so long, we have forgotten, Sovereigns not only have rights, they have duties as well, and as Sovereign Citizens, it is our duty to see to it this illegal alien is removed from office before the election, and cannot be free unless a military tribunal finds him innocent of High Treason. I don’t care why anyone supports this man in office, regardless of the reason, supporting him is tantamount to supporting the International Communist Party in its intent to get control of our Nation.
Failure to support the ousting of this imposter is tantamount to Treason in and of its self. Our duty demands our actions. Our failure to act is the denial of our Sovereignty, as it is denying we have “duty”. Those with no duty have zero authority, not over others, not over themselves, and certainly not any in the public venue.
In this world God put us on, one is either responsible, or irresponsible. There is no “place” in between the two. Irresponsible people need a tyranical government to drive them to do their duty. Only a responsible people, a people who know what needs be done, and assume the responsibility of getting it done, are capable, much less rightful in having “self-government”.
We have obama/sotero/davis because of all the years we have not been doing Our Jobs as Sovereign Citizens. We can’t fix all the Americans of the past who have failed to be responsible, but we can take up our own tasks, knowing a good part of them wouldn’t exist had our fathers and grandfathers done their responsible duties, but it is ours to do now, no matter who didn’t do it before. If not us, then who? If not immediately, then when will we ever?

I don’t believe congress has the balls to impeach him, even with obvious violations of our Constitution. None of them are living up to their oath to defend the Constitution. To that end, Mychal, you should start a citizen’s movement to impeach the President, VP, House of Representatives and the Senate. EVERY ONE OF THEM! Impeach Obama ? Yes, I agree that he needs to be Impeached but when I write to my Congressman and two Senators to get the job done all I get is silence.
I speculate the fear is that if Impeachment is begun it gives Obama and his minions the chance to initiate racial riots through-out our country and that gives Obama the option to declare “Martial Law”.
If that is not the main reason then I cannot understand why Congress is so timid other than to conclude they must all be afraid of something that is not readily observable to us citizens.

Gee, why worry about Iran, Korea and the rest of the radical world when we have a Constitutional WMD in the White House?? I believe Congress has lost its guts. Not that it matters. The Senate shoots down anything proposed by them. I don’t know. Maybe they have decided to just wait it out and let it fix itself in November. I hope it does. I don’t believe this country can stand another 4 years of reckless spending, mandates and EO’s. We need a President who works in the best interest of the US and not his supporters who are so wrapped up in themselves they care about nothing else. We need a President who can staff Washington with people who will do the right thing for the US, not Czars with questionable backgrounds who were never elected. We need some change in DC, not America.

Since it now painfully obvious that the malignancy in the White House “owns” the fed. govt., or believes and acts like he does, impeaching/lynching/getting rid of him seems to have become an insurmountable task. He is heavily entrenched….like some grotesque tapeworm feeding off the racial division and fears he has so skillfully instilled in the nation. The man is a total fraud, failure and an abomination from his head to his toes.

Congress is to scared to impeach or at least start the process. You must remember, the one important thing the Oman has is the race card, and he plays it well. Beside not one Congressmen has enough balls to fight this dictator, they are to afraid to lose their own jobs. The Oman will continue to over look Congress, side step the Constitution and make us all the jesters of his court.
