On February 26, 2012, Mr. George Zimmerman – identified as a white-Hispanic – shot and killed Trayvon Martin, a black teenager, in what was said to be self-defense. For reasons I have discussed in other columns, the shooting went virtually unreported until late March. Then, with Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, the New Black Panther Party, and the national press, ginning up a national outcry claiming grave racial injustice, Obama stepped to a microphone and injected himself into the situation.
He said: “I can only imagine what these parents are going through, and when I think about this boy, I think about my own kids, and I think every parent in America should be able to understand why it is absolutely imperative that we investigate every aspect of this, and that everybody pulls together, federal, state and local, to figure out how this tragedy happened.” Ok, fair enough – his comment was appropriate for what it was worth and all things considered.
But on March 1, 2012, a 13 year-old, white East High School student in Kansas City, named Allen Coon, was followed home by two boys from the school he attended just two blocks away, and as he walked up the steps to the front door of his home, they grabbed him, pinned his arms behind him, doused him with gasoline, and set him on fire. As the little boy burned they taunted him with, “This is what you deserve. You get what you deserve, white boy.” (READ: Was Boy in K.C. This was not just an isolated incident – it was the culmination of a racist atmosphere encouraged by his school’s black faculty and administration. From the start of the school year, Allen Coon was racially harassed by students and teachers alike. Black students routinely called him “honkey” and “cracker,” and Hispanic students called him “guero.” He was pushed into lockers and beaten up in the bathroom.
His mother said that when he raised his hand to answer a question during black history month, Mrs. Karla Dorsey, a black teacher, derisively mocked him in front of his class, saying: “What would you know about it. You’re not our race.”
Duke reported that Mrs. Coon was to find out that her son was not the only white child being subjected to racial abuse by black students and teachers. Karin Wildesen’s twin 14 year-old daughters were also subjected to racial abuse in the classroom. Their advanced English class teacher, Ms. Veda Monday, was teaching her class racial material about civil rights, which Mrs. Wildesen said had nothing to do with advanced English. Monday allegedly attacked her daughters “in front of the class…telling them that ‘everybody from Texas is ignorant rednecks’” and all white people were to blame for a racial atrocity that happened in Jasper, Texas “because [their] skin was white.”
Duke goes on to report unconscionable racist attacks by the faculty, and offered the possibility that Coon’s being set on fire may have been the result of another black teacher showing a graphic film of blacks being lynched.
Even though this horrific scene is being played out right under Obama’s nose, he has had nothing to say about it. Does he not care what “these parents are going through?” What happened to Allen Coon and the other white students in East High School is condemnable on every imaginable level, yet Obama and the Justice Department are silent.
Every word Obama spoke in reference to the Martin case is applicable to the situation at the school Coon attended. But even the media was dutifully silent. I watched Kansas City TV station KMBC’s reporting of the incident. Not once did the reporter or the news anchor mention that the boys who set Allen Coon on fire were black – not one time. They used words like “two teens, the attackers, the suspects,” and they referred to Coon as “the boy.” (http://www.kmbc.com/r/30572405/detail.html)
Allen Coon didn’t have gold teeth. He wasn’t photographed giving the finger to anyone – he wasn’t suspended from school for having an empty bag of marijuana, jewelry that didn’t belong to him, and instruments of crime in his backpack.
Obama and his Justice Department were silent when 25 year-old James Cooper and 24 year-old James Kouzaris were brutally murder by 17 year-old Shawn Tyson, a black thug, as they begged for their lives. They were white tourists who had been out drinking and stumbled into Tyson’s Sarasota, Florida neighborhood. Tyson’s plan was to rob them, but finding they had no money, he murdered them.
Referencing Martin, Obama said: “You know, if I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon.” I think it bears noting that if Obama had a son, he would also look like the boys who set Allen Coon on fire and Shawn Tyson. Don’t their families and the American people – Obama took an oath to represent – deserve the same concern he shows for black hoodlums?
With these thoughts in mind, do you believe this is the kind of man people thought they were voting for when he was elected? And the damage his policies have done notwithstanding, is this the kind of man America wants to reelect? Does America want a man in the White House who shows concern for crime based on color of skin?

My husband of 39 years is retired Navy. I loved traveling with him, meeting new people, learning about a new culture – but before that, I learned that there are different cultures in America – not widely different for the most part, but different. People who live in Maine do things differently from those who live in Florida, Oregon, California, etc. My first experience outside the US was a visit to Canada when I was a young teen. It’s unique, a blend of Europe & North America.
I also learned that you can’t go anywhere without finding malcontents or even home grown terrorists. People of any color who interact with people of another color based on hatred of the color of their skin are more than racists – they are, in the purist sense of the word, terrorists. No one knows when they will strike, or who will be their next victim, or even why they single out someone from the race/ethnicity they hate for an attack. Everyone knows that the method of their victims’ deaths will be brutal – but which brutal method, how long they will toy with their victims before killing them, is up for grabs, as well as when & where they will strike. As a result, every member of the color that group hates lives in fear that a simple, unintended misstep will turn the hate switch on & condemn them to a brutal, often protracted death – often preceded by torture.
It’s no different overseas. In Puerto Rico, an island Commonwealth of the US that has been offered statehood, independence, or keeping the status quo in multiple referendums (& whose citizens are Americans at birth, just as they are in the territory of Guam), the terrorists were called “Macheteros” or machete wielders. When we lived there, the residential area of the base was about 5 miles away from the main work site. In late Nov. of 1979, shortly after we were ordered there for our next duty station, the bus that carried the workers to & from those 2 areas was attacked by Macheteros. 8 were wounded, 2 killed. When I started teaching Sunday school at the base chapel, I spoke with kids & teens who had SEEN the carnage, & who had watched 2 men whom they loved & respected, men who worked coaching their teams, mentoring troubled kids who found the moving around difficult, & just being available to everyone, die. They watched as civilian RNs, married to servicemembers, stood alongside the base clinic’s doctor & the medics to help the wounded, & afterwards to help the kids & adults deal with the tragedy. They also watched as, afterwards, those “dependent wife” RNs were suddenly nearly personae non gratae, relegated to the “stupid woman” category that affects wives of military men to this day. It didn’t end there. The kids went to school on a larger base ~12 miles away. Both they & the military men, from that fateful day forward, went to & from their jobs under armed guard. If you tried to enter a base & your military ID wasn’t in the gate guard’s face as soon as you stopped, their M16s were in YOUR face, & you were scolded for not having your ID immediately available. Terrorist drills were run quite often; we’d hear the military running them through housing, firing guns, & I’d just go back to sleep. If it was a drill, it was a drill & I was safe. If it was the real thing, getting in their way & panicking were 2 things that would only work in the attackers’ favor. I had multiple experiences, close calls, while I was there. Many people in the US & PR wanted to know why I came, considering the initial & continuing attacks. I told them I married my husband for keeps, for better or worse, & I wouldn’t leave him alone to advance my career or avoid problems. I “stayed prayed up,” as our chaplain used to say, & I was careful – but the terrorists were not going to get the better of me by fear. I know & trust the Lord; I love Him even when I am poor at showing it; I know where I am going when I die, my life is in His hands & not in the hands of a terrorist. Also, the Macheteros were the terrorist branch of the Independentistas, a group advocating for independence…but in every referendum, those for statehood, those for independence, & those for Commonwealth status were equal, meaning nothing would change. If the Macheteros wanted independence, they in fact were working against it. Many citizens wanted Commonwealth or Statehood status because they felt the need for help in dealing with the terrorists – thus, the terrorists caused their own problems.
Somehow, I have always known that terrorists are bullies on steroids, & bullies have to be called out & faced down to end their reigns of terror. Perhaps it was that bullying in my youth, bullying that started when my parents got divorced, back when that was a bad thing; teachers who couldn’t get gossip material out of me turned on me, bullying me in classes & thus giving the students carte blache to bully me. I was always the tallest, heaviest, & youngest kid in the class; my mother had drilled restraint into me, saying I could easily cause severe harm to someone “normal sized.” It was my GM who taught me the difference between self-defense & harming someone, & who refused to let me continue being a victim. Her lesson stuck.
When we were in the UK, it was the IRA who were the terrorists du jour. As with the macheteros, the KKK, criminal gangs, Nazis, Communists, & other terrorists, so it is with the IRA. They are bullying cowards, hiding behind killer explosions. Give them what they want & they would find something else, some other “cause,” so that they can continue their power trips, enjoying filling people’s hearts with fear. They don’t truly want to achieve their aims; if they did, they would have no reason to terrorize people.
Anyone anywhere can choose to be a malcontent, to fight against the status quo with arms & terror instead of activism, courage, & kindness. It’s just a matter of your choice. It reminds me of the Native American story of a wise grandfather teaching his grandson. He told the young man that in his life, he would be tempted to do evil many times, but that he had to choose good to make the world a better place. The elder said that it was like having 2 wolves inside you, one wanting to do evil, the other wanting to do good. The boy wanted to know how he could tell which one would succeed in running his life; the grandfather said, “The one you feed.” Bullies, including the ones we call terrorists, have fed the evil side, listened to the wrong arguments. Nazis – who still exist today – believe the killing of non-Aryans & Jews will make the world a better place. Racially based groups, primarily criminal in intent or simply focused on finding someone to hate, believe getting rid of an entire race will solve their problems. The list goes on & on, but the result is the same: Bullies, malcontents who have, for whatever reason, decided to trash the world instead of improving it – even though many claim what they’re doing IS improving the world.
When we homeschooled our son & the subject of the Nazis & WWII came up, he remarked how both the warlike citizens of Japan & the Nazis felt they were the Master Race. I told him that led to the next question: What if they had won WWII? What then? After they were done getting rid of anyone not full blooded Japanese/Aryans, there would be no one left to kill except each other, & the natural outcome would be a war to the death, with the last race standing the “winner.” It reminds me of a classic Trek episode where 2 people were left on a planet devastated by total war. Both were half black & half white – but one was black on the left & white on the right, while the other was the opposite. Despite all attempts, they refused to stop fighting, transported themselves to the surface of their devastated planet, & killed each other, ending their people & their planet in a fight to the death of both. Take away the objections a terrorist has, & they have to find a new way to terrorize. It’s why the Palestinians have rejected an Arab Palestinian state beside Israel multiple times; if they get what they want, the world will expect an end to Hamas’ terrorism, & they know of nothing else to do but kill & destroy. The natural conclusion to Muslim terrorists’ drive to kill every Jew world-wide & those who are friends of the Jew & of Israel, would be the same: No one left to hate; all of Israel in their control – when all they know to do is hate, destroy, & kill, they would have to find a new victim.
There’s another side to this, however, more than the bullying for the most stupid reasons around. If you are overseas, whether as a tourist, a missionary, a worker, or a family member of someone working overseas/in the military, you quickly learn that you belong to one of the most maligned groups of all in many areas: Americans. Overseas terrorists don’t care what modifier you choose to attach to the term “American” – African-American, Native American, Hispanic American, Asian American…all those terrorist see is the “American” part. They won’t leave one particular ethnicity out of their terrorism plans. You might have noticed that the Americans recently kidnapped, & thankfully released shortly thereafter, were not European-Americans (aka white guys) – they were African American – black. The Egyptian terrorists who kidnapped them didn’t say, “Oh, those Americans are black, we only want white Americans when we do kidnapping.” Nor do they worry that the bomb they just placed might not kill only white Americans; they don’t care how many die or what color they are, so long as they are Americans who die. This brings about a hard-won equality in the services. Yes, you do have extremists – I substituted in the military schools in PR, & one of the boys in the Special Education class worshipped Hitler & bragged about belonging, with his parents, to a white supremacist group. As small as he was, he nearly killed a kind, intellectually impaired Hispanic boy who was nearly a foot taller than he was – AND it took 3 grown men, all over 6 ft tall & all very fit & strong, to peel him off the Hispanic boy – but his daddy was also a high ranking officer, & everyone (except me) was afraid to report him for fear of retaliation. To teach a child to hate so virulently is child abuse of the highest degree after child sexual molestation…& that is what I reported – child abuse. My heart went out to the child, really – but he was afraid of me, because I believe he sensed the spirit of God in me, & his master, Satan, was in terror of the Holy Spirit.
Boomers once thought we could erase racial lines, but it seems we were missing something absolutely necessary to eradicate hate – the love of God that resulted in His coming to earth as a human, to deal with our challenges & still stay pure, & to die for our sins, then rise again after conquering death & hell. Without that specific love, hatred will always have an edge. Taking God out of public life at the same time the schools were integrated was a move aimed at putting the blame for declining schools on people of color, not on the REAL cause, the eradication of God from public life, starting at the school. This ensured race war would continue…& it has. Drug distribution corridors usually run through poor areas; sales start in urban ghettoes. Doctors who won’t treat pain for fear of DEA terrorism make it easier to rationalize illicit drug use & alcoholism. Blaming another race for a bad neighborhood ignores the fact that people who want to climb out of bad areas – as I did – will only be able to do so if they have a decent education; if education that does not occur from an ethnic-centered point of view is “acting white” & unacceptable in too many underperforming schools. Learners must take responsibility for learning if they wish to succeed & have the things they covet. Dropping out of a “bad” school & moving into a gang to live a life of crime instead of earning one’s own way is actually MORE work – Satan’s way requires constant vigilance, watching constantly for someone coming up behind you & trying to replace you. God’s way is easier; God demands that we use our minds over & over in Scripture, & He appears to have little patience with vapid people who claim His name while not living as He desires. That is why God needs to be in our schools & public life.

Im speech less but not surprised, the same double standard is in the Hispanic community, most public schools are ran by far left staff. my own family is mixed white/Hispanic and I have a nephew who is half black. so Obama is just like Zimmerman in the fact he is mixed white and black, but everyone refers to him as a black president, but when it comes to Zimmerman he sometimes is called white/Hispanic but most of the time they call him white. just like Jake England (Tulsa shooting) who is native American(Indian) but the media keeps calling him white.

I’m half Jamaican, half Georgia po’ white trash and I look like an American Indian. I can pull my own race card when the situation warrants it. In my 57 years I’ve never seen racism like this…
These bleeding heart liberals only like black folks in their kitchens. Except when they can hire illegals. Ask them if they want Trayvon skulking and loitering in their neighborhoods! Why would people live in a “gated community” if they wanted teenage thugs of any color roaming around at will? If they say that they would welcome Trayvon, Shawn or any of the Memphis 5 living next door, START LAUGHING! Even black folks don’t want these people in their neighborhood. Oh I know it’s not really funny, but I try to concentrate on the ludicrous nature of their inane comments and not on the tragedy that race relations have taken a nose dive, and racism elevated to new heights… As long as its against innocent white people.

John McClain has covered the subject. I would pray that every American would take the time to read it ALL. I did. We need something to cause our eyes to be opened. I remember going to High School when my Japaniese friends were sent off to camps during WW11. I never understood it then & still don’t. Later on our Gov. realised the mistake it had made. Our Gov.is making many mistakes now! When are we(the people)going to do something about it? I hope in Nov. we will be represented by an American as we shurely are not now. Iwould think obama would have to PROVE his citizenship now before he can run to be re-elected. God Bless You John.

Mychal, am I correct In assuming the kid in the photo is one of the boys who set fire to Allen Coon? I am struck by the look of hatred on his face – a look that doesn’t appear to be situational, but rather, just the way he looks. As a mother, I am saddened that a kid this age would have such anger inside that it is evidenced in his face. What could an American teenager have to be so mad about? I know, there are plenty of mad teens running around – it sometimes just comes with the hormonal territory, but this kid seems to be so consumed with anger. You’d think a kid sitting in a court room would be peeing his pants in terror, but this kid appears defiant and hateful. Or is that the way fear presents itself on kids today? The administration of that school should be all brought up on murder charges. They are responsible for instiling hatred in the hearts & minds of their young students… I am going to go out on a limb and say that those adults are the ones who butchered the spirits of the boys who were made capable of killing Allen Coon in such a sickening way for all those kids – bullied AND bullies – while Allen’s life was destroyed by bullies, the bullies’

The dumbing down of America – well established over the past years. Racism which is garnered as proper when blacks murder other than blacks. Homosexuality is now ok with Christians if the homosexuals mind their own business and live as they wish and we call it “Gay Rights” instead of Homosexual Rights. We have joined the ranks of agreeing to the evil that homosexuals face every day within their own conscience and promoted such actions as Homosecual marriages, Homosexuals in the Military,Homosexuality is indoctrinated, not educated, in grades 6-12. Muslim history is glorified and now in text books. More indoctrination and not education. Welfare is promoted to those who do not belong on welfare and food stamp system and we allow it. No drug testing to those who receive worker’s money and the druggies go out to buy their drugs right after the hot U.S. check gets in their grubby hands. Whores who get on the welfare system to have children (by many fathers) to gain more money with each child that is born. They make their living from this and everyone who donates to these ladies of the night says it’s ok. Al Gore and his minions have messed up American industy with their lies and unproven global warming and we accept it as the gospel; apparently because Congress has swallowed it hook line and sinker. The president uses Gore’s babble and abides by global warming to meet his own agenda to tear America apart. Constitution ignored and Congress helps to achieve this goal. They do not protect anything but their own pockets. And, we allow it. We have an Illegal president but Congress will not do anything about it because they don’t want to shame their positions or that of the POTUS. And, we allow it. Illegals allowed to stay in U.S. and we support them. Fast and Furious gun run is ignored by Congress which indicates they believe in the killings of many Hispanics and border patrol Terry. And, we allow Congress to not bring Attorney General Holder to trial and demand him and others to be held accountable. POTUS thinks GSA did a terrible thing by using American Tax Dollars to foot the bill in Las Vegas (and elsewhere) but he doesn’t see that his very own wife has used American Tax Dollars for her enjoyment and degrading/demoralizing the American Puublic, especially when there is less manufacturing, small farmers on the brink of distruction, people without jobs, non-use of our Natural Energy, food stamps feeding a large American population…. The list is endless.
POTUS could stop this racial garbage with one simple press conference. A REAL president of the U.S. would step right up and stop the racial outrage.

All this race-based stuff makes me sick. It always has. I hate it. Growing up in a heavily populated Hispanic area of CA, race was never much of an issue. I am still close with many of the Hispanic kids I grew up with and even they didn’t notice any prejudices then. They do now as I often hear them lament over the state of affairs in our once peaceful small town – now rampant with race-based gang violence. Where did these people come from? They certainly are not the children of the people I know. When did things get so bitter and hateful? I was under the impression that as generations progressed, so did the level of intelligence and tolerance. I don’t know why I was under that impression, but clearly I was wrong. I recall the first time I really felt the painful sting of racism and strangely enough I was a grown woman. My friend and I were each blessed with beautiful baby girls who from the age of two walked hand in hand into their little pre-school each morning, practiced for their dance classes and theatre together and spent countless hours playing wih their dolls – never once noticing that those dolls – or each other- had different skin tones. Or if they did, it was never of any issue. My friend and I both knew that the day would come when they’d become aware, but we agreed that we were going to savor this little slice of Heaven for every minute until that day came. That day came far faster than I’d expected and I am forever furious, irationally of course, at the little boy who stole the innocence away from our girls. It came on a day when my daughter, then 4, sat in her car seat, kicking her little sparkly shoes to the music on the radio. “Mama?” prompted me to turn the music down as I absently answered “hmm?” fully expecting yet another conversation about how Snow White was her best friend, what she wanted for Christmas, how pretty her teacher was – whatever the topic of the moment would be. And then she said it. In her precious, tiny, innocent voice, she said, “What’s a nigger?” I froze. “WHERE did you hear that word?!” the look on that little face told me she knew that she had just said something terrible – i, no doubt had the same look of shock on mine. ” Johnny B said it to Nikki.” Ugh! Why did that little jerk have to say that?! Why did he make me have to explain this to my baby? Why did he have to go and make a difference between the girls? And just like that, it was over. Johnny B had easily and immediately put an end to their innocence with one word. Now, I am happy that 13 yrs after Johnny B cast that ugly word at Nikki and made the girls realize they were somehow different, the girls and our families remain close, but I’m still mad at that kid! Its irrational, I know, to be mad at a 4 yr old boy, but I am – even though I know full well that Johnny B was a victim himself – being raised by the monster truck driving, mullet-haired, stereotypical racist trash known as Mr and Mrs B. Sadly, it’s not just the stereotypical racists that say things like that. It’s people from all walks of life, socio-econic backgrounds, and of all colors of skin that are destroying the innocence of our children. Even my 8 year old boy knows who Trayvon is and how he died. How can he not know? I thank our news media for that – I can’t turn on tv without the tragic story of Trayvon’s death being blasted From every news desk on every channel. It’s hard to explain to him why people are arguing over it. To him, it is news just because boys aren’t supposed to be shot and killed. And you know, he’s exactly right. Thanks to Mr & Mrs B and Mr J and Mr S, and their hateful hearts, AMERICAN children are having their innocence destroyed with the planting of the ugly seeds of racism. And Mr. O is doing his damnedest to use racism to his advantage by promoting the division of Americans one hyphen at a time. He is the one voice in the world with the power to unite us and for him not to do so, for purely selfish reasons, is true evil.

As a boy, I lived in Spain, then in Italy, and only came to actually live in America, at age five. I had worked with the Spanish workmen, building the apartment next door every day we were not out busy, and did much the same when we moved to Naples, Italy.
Arriving in America, I was unconscious of the existence of racism, never having crossed it except in the books I’d read. There were Black kids in second grade in Massachusetts, but they looked no different than other kids to me. We moved to New Jersey, and there were Blacks and other race kids in fourth and fifth grade there, but it went unnoticed, there was no racist remarks, no acts, no bullying, other than that which was a challenge to every new boy, and I got my turn too.
It was only when I got to Chicago, at nine, going into sixth grade, I first found racist issues a standard.
My sixth grade class had one Black boy in it, and far from being treated badly, he was treated as unique, the standard attitude in town was treating Blacks with extreme regard as most of us had been raised knowing of slavery, Jim Crow “law”, and the abuses, and Jamie was essentially a celebrity. He was also a great kid, taught me about basket ball, we fought until we had that out of us, and were best friends, and he was among the most popular boys in junior high, because he was warm, caring, intelligent, and he and his family were both welcome to the neighborhood, and welcoming in their own.
High school was where I saw personal racist attacks, and they came from a very small contingent of kids who weren’t raised well. They got beat up by both the Black kids in retaliation, and by white kids, protecting their honor, and their Black friends. This was the normal for our small White town which was becoming Black as well, and what I saw was the convention of the change from White to about 20% Black by the time I returned a dozen years later on leave from the Corps.
Racism in the Marine Corps got a person taught equality as many times as it took for the lesson to take. It was almost unheard of, because boot camp is where those who had never interacted with Blacks got their first chance, and those who had been taught to hate, had to meet, greet, and be silent.
Boot camp was a place no one made it out of except as a team. I don’t believe anyone left boot camp not knowing in their heart, the absolute equality we had proven by merely surviving, I know I saw no vestige of racism on graduation day, and the professional Marines we saw, almost all combat Veterans, were closer than brothers for good reason, and skin was even noticed.
During the Clinton era, racism in politics became common in a way it hadn’t been since before the civil rights movement, and was deliberately fomented by the administration for divisive purposes, and by the race baiters, because there was profit to be had while such is controlling bits and pieces of politics and policy.
When Bush was elected, I saw a definitive effort to restore the better day and relations that had become the normative, yet for every action taken by a White led administration, to break the status, Sharpton and Jackson, among others, seemed to take great pleasure in vexing Bush, and while I believe it was improved substantially, it was against Black activism, and not through common cause, as we experienced during Nixon, Ford, and to some degree, the Peanut.
As much as I was angered at the election of an illegal alien, and being a former Marine Recruiter, I knew at the outset, he was not a natural born citizen, and never could be, as his father was a British Subject, and we require two citizen parents, but none the less, I had hope that finally electing a Black as president would clear the air for those whose soul and personality is paper thin and with no real mass or value, would no longer have the tools to foment anger and fighting.
Finding out this man, this illegal alien, not only would not clear the air, but was going to use race with great deliberation, to gain his intentions, by divisive politics wasn’t a surprise, but it was a great letdown.
Having watched this man for four years, I have had to come to recognize that just as there have been and may still be groups formed in hate to put down and hold down Blacks, in using special laws, separate from the rest, to secure the rights of Blacks, opened a door that had been shut, by the admission of our error, and the rightful truth of true and absolute equality under the eyes of God, and while it was hate and anger which led Whites to continue to defy the law written in their hearts and on the books, it was truly fear in the majority “good men” who did nothing while the evil men accomplished their intent, which allowed the continued abuse.
Barry Goldwater fought with all the vigor one could imagine, against the writing of civil rights laws, not because he was racist, all evidence shows exactly the contrary. He fought them, because he wanted to impose the law on those violating the in place laws, and ensure Blacks had equal rights under the Constitution, and not equal rights under special laws.
Far too many in congress were fearful, and those who penned the civil rights laws knew well, doing so would keep that wedge between races available, however tiny it was reduced to, but still effective, because in establishing civil rights laws, congress said the civil rights of minorities come from new laws, not from the same law civil rights for the majority did. They are only words, and deeds say far more, but evil always needs a crack or tiny hole to slip in, and there was no good reason for making a deliberate hole, yet that is exactly what was done.
Most unstudied Blacks believe their civil rights are predicated on the actions taken in 61, 62, and up through 68, congress jumping through hoops, to make things come to pass.
Those such as Mr. Massie here, they know all those laws are a joke, and the only civil rights all Americans have are from the God of Creation, and the recognition we find and delineate in our Declaration of Independence, and in our Constitution and bill of rights.
Barry Goldwater was right, and the only reason Sharpton or Jackson have a podium and a mike, is because we were fools, and vain, refusing to state “we don’t need new laws, we just have to honestly enforce the existing laws, and by this, all have their rights under the same principles and we can say that Blacks had their rights at the beginning, but they were wrongly repressed, even while people knew Blacks were equal in every way, our Declaration says it is so.
We always make progress only by admitting error, and fixing it, and admitting we should have fulfilled what every thinking man or woman knew, at the publishing of our Declaration, would have forever taken some wind from any sails put up for the purpose of fomenting hatred.
It was this seminal failure which gave cause for the civil rights movement, something which had to happen, because good men, knowing what was right, chose to ignore their duties, and allow evil men to do as they would.
Yes, Bull Conner was brought down, has become a fool and laughingstock, as were so many others, however it would have changed things far more, and with a far cleaner break had we simply systematically gone through and indicted and adjudicated those who refused to open their hearts and minds to the facts they saw, and demonstrated to both the majority and to the minority Blacks and others, we would impose our laws equally, now, even if we had failed for half a century, to do what we knew was right.
One of my good friends is a Korean War vet, born and raised among the Klan here, yet voluteering for his Country, and going to war in a segregated unit. He spent almost the whole war in country, and found there, segregated units remained so only until they met in combat, and once it started, skin tone meant absolutely nothing, you were part of the U.N. force, or you were the enemy, and he had no care what color or country, race or creed, and China, sending their army had no more care either.
My friend Don is 81 or 82, and we are close friends because we both know there is absolutely no racism in post combat veterans, and despite the fact Don is old enough to be my father, he is as a brother to me, and I to him because we both chose love of Nation over ever any hatred.
We both mourn deeply over the extreme facility racism has been brought back into play in our society. We, in this Nation, have the chance to see what has been deliberately fomented not to advance Blacks, nor to denigrate Whites, but in fact, to destroy our social order and society, and by this, our form of State and government, so all of us, Whites included, can be enslaved under world government.
The international forces promoting communism rule in the U.N., and this is the intended foundation for world government. Our Nation, without regard to its makeup in people, stands foursquare in the way of any legitimate world government, because we predicated the principle of establishing government on the basis of “the consent of the governed”, and present the rational argument which has never been overcome with a logical reasoned opposing argument.
Our existence as a Nation must be destroyed, we must cease to be a “nation on the fixed foundation of principle”, we must allow our Declaration be reduced to a fairy tale, and dismissed as never actually being fulfilled, because it is an easy to see simple fact, no world government can be established by the consent of six billion people, except under God, as no work of man can ever gather such consent. No world government can be constituted by its constituents, by a congress of representatives, put in place by the choice of constitutents, and a logical rational “rule of law for the government” written and established as the constituting Document for a world government, for the same reason, so while all other forms can be accomodated, and pulled under the big umbrella of proposed world government, our principles must be removed before we can legally accept such a thing, and no rational people willingly allow principles which have build and maintained a Nation such as ours, to be put away, but they must be destroyed as rational, in as many minds as possible, and they must be fully discredited in every way possible, and for this reason, obama/sotero has willingly, and avidly used race, money, class, envy, and every other tool he knows to divide us, so we won’t stand together in defense of one Nation, but in his mind, hopefully will stand up separate and squabble over the many different people we could have been, having been distracted from the fact we are one people, under God with such Liberty and Justice as we are willing to assure happens for all, and have done so very effectively, most of the time, since we finally decided to be true to our principle.
Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of our Nation. God does not define “good” by anything but actions, our words are nothing if they are not fulfilled by doing.
No one can stand with or behind obama/sotero and be on the side of America. He has proven beyond question, his goal is in the international arena, and the destruction of what he considers a failed nation.
All of us must look realistically at the world before us, knowing it has arrived here just as our Nation has, and we must look deeply and decide, will we allow a government to be over our nation, which will be ten times as far from our reach, as our current central and illegal government is, which is totally unresponsive to our rightful demands as sovereign citizens, and know that the loss of a Sovereign America is the end to citizen sovereignty in this world, and realise, even if we hate half the people in our own Nation, we depend on our own sovereignty and that of all of us, for our Nation to be what it is. We have to rise above those who can’t, and we must choose to be the moral and religious Christian Nation John Adams stated was the only society capable of self-government, because it is only such a people who will take up both their natural God Endowed rights, and equally know they have picked up responsibilities as well, when they do so. Can any of us, in good conscience, do anything less? The future depends on how we respond, not how we answer.

Perhaps because it generates more outrage if it is a crime against blacks in lieu of crimes committed against white people by blacks. What ever the reason, everything that is wrong with our country starts with media manipulation and of course racially biased leaders like Obama who came to office with an agenda which is not favorable for the white race that made it possible for him to be elected. And accordingly he has appointed an attorney general who will take no action against any black individual or group that steps outside the boundries of legal behavior.I read your daily rants with enthusiam because you always tell the unvarnished truth. This DOJ made it fairly clear that arresting blacks was off limits, didn’t he? Look at the partiality he showed towards the Black Panthers….they can do no wrong! Christian Adams the former Justice Department attorney who blew the whistle on certain members of the DOJ who allowed members of the New Black Panther Party to get off the hook despite evidence of blatant voter intimidation in Philadelphia during the 2008 presidential election, putting a bounty on someone’s life is soliciting kidnapping — a federal offense. How depraved we have become thanks to this administration!

I was waiting for Obama to call in the UN. If it isn’t flamboyant, Obama neither says nor does anything. Sharpton & Jackson have been around for a long, long time race baiting and whipping blacks into a frenzy – and like sheep, they follow them….Keeping racism alive and well in the US. Black vs. white racism has increased over the years (with a huge push by Obama/Holder) and statistics for blacks are abysmal. They have, for the most part, chosen the path of least resistance – entitlements. There are so many brilliant blacks, alive and in our history, whom they could emulate – Mychal Massie for one, Allen West, Condoleeza Rice, Bill Cosby, Martin Luther King, sports figures, people in the arts. Nope – they are so entrenched in their parent propigated lifestyle, they will NEVER leave unless the Gov’t cuts them off (HAH!) and forces their hand.
Treyvon Martin’s parents were at just about every protest, rally, town hall meeting, TV opportunity, etc. which made me wonder when they had time to grieve….
