I’m pointing out what should be obvious

This may be a no-brainer for some, but for those that it isn’t, let me point out that just because the stock market goes up, it doesn’t mean your 401K does. In fact, your 401K notwithstanding, just because the stock market goes up doesn’t mean any of your stocks will, in fact the market can go up 500 points a day and you can still lose your shirt (and pants). It all depends on what your stock does.

I know some may be rolling their eyes skyward, saying c’mon Mychal, who doesn’t know that? To which I would reply, who doesn’t know government isn’t our friend – and the answer to that question is of course – many people.

Of course none of that matters if you aren’t prepared for retirement. None of that matters if you haven’t given a thought to retirement or if you are one of the tens of millions who think retirement is some distant and nebulous point in the future. And therein lies the rub – retirement is right this minute. If you haven’t planned for your future and you are over 40 years old or older, unless you plan on winning the powerball, inventing the next “dot.com,” marrying rich, cashing in as a beneficiary on someone’s life insurance policy, or dying before you reach retirement age – you are in a word, lost. Because the lack of discipline that has brought you this far, will in all probability continue to be a significant part of your life.

Unless people change the way they think about the future and unless they instill same in their children, future America will need pauper colonies. People are spending what they don’t have without a moments thought for the future and worst yet they are teaching their children the same thing. They are teaching their children to be poorly disciplined in spending and saving, and they are teaching their children to save so they can spend juxtaposed to saving so they have a safety net.

Times are hard now, and they are going to get harder. Milk, eggs, bread, tires, highway tolls, automobile service, gas, oil, electric, and housing is going up. Home rental prices continue to increase, because more people are renting since fewer people are able to purchase homes, thanks to the Frank-Dodd-Fannie Mae-Freddie Mac-Bush-Obama mortgage nightmare.

It’s the holiday season and reports are that spending is up over last year. But what the numbers didn’t show this morning, is that personal debt is up over last year. People were lured in debt by “cash for clunkers,” which was one of the greatest con-jobs ever perpetrated by government. People are walking away from their homes, because their mortgages are more than the house is worth. Everything across the board costs more this year than it did last year, and the media is banging the drum about where to go to spend your money. Doesn’t anyone ever wonder why they aren’t telling us where to go to get the greatest return on saving our money?

When my friends and I talk, our conversations invariably touch on finances, government, cost of goods and services, but standing in a checkout line I hear people who have little or nothing talking about where they are going to spend it for the holidays.

A person earning $1,000 net per week, has less buying power today than they had in March of this year when I was warning about the increase of fuel and oil prices. It’s up to you, but I suggest people spend carefully and I say that with a website and organization that depends on the donations of others. But I would be remiss in my understanding of lies ahead if I didn’t point out the dangers ahead. Whether or not same is heeded is kinda like it was with Obama. Many, myself included warned about him and people didn’t listen. Now many of those same people curse the day he was elected.

Geeze! Bad day for Barry O. His approval rate has dropped to an all time low, “The Donald” (hate that term) dised him big time and Chris Christie asked “What the hell are we paying you for”.

I like what I’ve seen, heard and read about him. He’s a fighter and on the right side (he thinks the same way I do as far as I’ve seen, so it must be the right side.) Especially liked him when he was talking to a room full of people: “Lady, talking to you is like talking to a table”. Sounds to me like something “Give ‘em hell, Harry” would have said.

With Newt back on the stage (I really liked the speech he gave that was sent to me off of Facebook; “Liberty or Death” or something like that. Good words if nothing else.) and people really not liking what they see happening to Mr. Cain, Romney is gonna need some traction. But when they start going after him because of his hair, I think it’s a desperte attempt to find somethng to pick on him about. Maybe a Newt/Cain ticket would be good. Newt knows DC, so Mr. Cain could learn first hand how it works and be better prepared to run when Newt bows out.

He (Mr. Cain) must feel very lonely right now. Liberals attacking him daily and Conservatives standing around picking their teeth and watching. I don’t think they recognize real succes like Mr. Cains when they see it. To them, real success is staying in office for years and years at any cost. And the only way for that to happen is to be a party lap dog. Now they have enough people on the government dole that they can depend on millions of votes from them so they can stay in office and keep the checks flowing (buying their votes).

This tells some of the story about the destitute prostitute living off of everyone else. Ginger felt sorry for the other women and wanted to make sure the media knew this. This is pure bull. I hope that this woman is researched and proven guilty of false accusations. But, we know that won’t happen by the far left liberal news people.

Marillyn, you can be pretty sure that the news media isn’t breaking any sweat to check out what these “ladies” have accused him of doing. It’s a hatchet job that’s been going on for at least two weeks starting with the lawyer Bennent.

    Mike
Great post and absolutely on the money. Less we forget, how to save and invest is not found in our schools. It is something that needs to be addressed. I was surprised to read that people have been sucked back into using their credit cards again. They need to cut up all but one. When will we learn. More people need to read this post

    • sumitch November 29, 2011 at 9:11 pm #

Here’s a piece of information about credit cards that I didn’t know. If you decide to quit using your credit card, don’t just cut it up and throw it away. Call the company and cancel the account. I quit using all my cards except MasterCharge and disposed of the rest. Unbeknownst to me, Exxon/Mobile sent me a replacement card because their records showed that mine had expired. The only problem was that they sent it to Dallas, where I’ve never lived. Someone got hold of it and ran up almost a thousand dollars before they cancelled it. And I was responsible for the charges because I had agreed to pay for any or all charges on the card. Hard to believe, but a credit card company can send a card anywhere they want and if you have had one and not cancelled it, you are responsible.

      • Mychal November 30, 2011 at 1:12 am #

sumitch: its an easy mistake…but it also allows them to continue to charge you fees even if it is never used again…if you move and the biil isn’t forwarded it can end up on your credit report…

    • Mychal November 30, 2011 at 1:27 am #

chris miller: people are ignorant of the fact that keynesian economics only works if people spend enough…the problem w/ that is twofold…1) the people spending are those w/ the least; 2) they are the people w/ the least ability to pay back…what cash for clunkers didn’t they will be convinced to use credit cards for…the other tragedy is that people don’t realize what credit cards are costing these days…people still owe from last Christmas and they’re charging this one…everything is intended to put people in debt…college vis-a-vis college loans…cash for clunkers…its all about instant gratification…children are not being taught to save…they are being taught to spend and go into debt…

  7. sumitch November 29, 2011 at 8:43 pm #

The news media is reporting that Mr. Cain is hanging up his spurs. What a shame. I’m not sure that I would have voted for him, but I durn sure would have if he was running against Barry O. Come to think of it though, I’m can’t think of anyone that I wouldn’t vote for if they were running against him.

    • Mychal November 29, 2011 at 9:28 pm #

sumitch: there are tow things wrong w/ your comment my friend…1) media is speculating no word one way or the other at this time; 2) voting for anyone just to keep obama out insures we have mediocrity…we as I wrote reward them for their evil deeds against Herman and others when we capitulate to elect them just to oppose someone who is only marginally worst…we cannot be afraid to lose if we are to win…if hell freezes over because I refuse to vote for a loser i.e. a lesser evil to get rid of obama…I’ll walk on ice for 4 yrs…but my conviction and integrity will not be comprised…

      • sumitch November 29, 2011 at 10:01 pm #

OK, let me rephrase. “It’s being reported that Herman Cain has told his staff this morning that he’s reassessing his bid …..”. That’s not being reported as speculation. It’s being reported as fact. That sounds like s prelude to quitting to me. Quoting what is being said by some of the news media doesn’t make me wrong.

There’s nothing marginal worse than Obama. He’s the greatest danger to this country since Hitler. My comment was obviously tongue in cheek. That doesn’t make me wrong either. And in any case, it wasn’t directed toward Mr. Cain. If anything I’m guilty of expecting people to understand what I am saying.

And I’ll put my integrity and conviction against anyone’s. For what it’s worth, I said “I’m not sure that I would have voted for him…..”. The rest of the post was the tongue in cheek part.

        • Mychal November 30, 2011 at 1:08 am #

sumitch: I respect the position of not being sure who you would vote for…I am opposed to the trick party apparatchiks use whereby they destroy the candidate of our choice and the one who would break the inside the beltway stranglehold…then tell us the looser is our only hope…I will never allow that to happen again…I did it w/ bush in 2004 and it led to obama…we would have been better off w/ kerry…he would have been a one termer in a sea of gridlock…bush gave us big spending big government tarp and obama…from now on I will die w/ sword in hand and my boots on…we are the power you and I and the rest of those who vote…it is up to us to channel that into victory that counts…rove and company got caught w/ their pants down in 2010 elections when the tea party carried the day…they are determined not to make that mistake again…it is up to us to show them it wasn’t a fluke…one more thought…this movement that obama represents has been incubating since the kaisers in the early 1900s…they have been patient willing to take small steps and make small gains…it is important to note that the radicals of the 60s were not wild eyed losers…the leaders were from families of means and they had connections…they went into the colleges and universities replicated themselves and started to indoctrinate our your people enmasse…while creating lwyrs and judges in their image…we need to be as determined and as skilled in our approach as they were…

We ARE at the precipice in this country. And even if we’re fortunate enough to back away from the edge this time, we’re still going to be swimming up hill and against the current. And what’s the problem? It’s the American public education system, which had devolved into the hands of the socialist element in this country. Virtually every public school teacher and administrator is a socialist/union lackey. And, surprise-surprise, these toads are teaching every class of children the socialist rhetoric of life. Where do you think the ideology for the “Occupy” movement came from? It came right out of the public schools and universities.
Even if we succeed in 2012, slowly but surely, the socialist brain pattern is being taught to the coming generations. It’s like “The Invasion of the Body Snatchers”.
The answer, which few people seem to understand, it to destroy public education and to reinvigorate American education by privatizing it and letting parents decide what mindset their children will have.
I have been associated with public education for 40 years and have seen what few citizens see, the mind of the socialist teacher/school system at work. The public schools are quite simply ‘factories’ for turning out good, brainless socialists and communists.
It’s time to get to work on this problem.

    • sumitch November 29, 2011 at 7:52 pm #

I don’t have any direct knowledge of socialist teaching in our public schools, but it wouldn’t surprise me. I was surprised when my daughter was in high school (20 years ago) and she was having trouble with algebra, so I helped her. I taught (explained) to her the formal approach, then passed on a few shortcuts I knew. She came back with an “F” on a test. I looked and all of her answers were right and she had shown her work as I had shown her. I went down to the school to talk to the teacher and learned that she didn’t have any idea of what I was talking about. She knew nothing about algebra. If it wasn’t what was in the book, she red penciled it.
And when last year (year before last?) that Barry O had his “song of praise” sent to the schools, like he was some God, I about dropped my teeth. Not only had I never seen such arrogance as we have in this criminal, we also see how he will try to use our schools to spread his propaganda.
Every place you turn you see where he is trying to destroy our nation. The news media and taking heads are saying that he is stupid and that’s why he makes so many mistakes. I think he knows exactly what he is doing. He may be schooling stupid, but he is Chicago political street smart. There’s no stupidity to it.

      • Mychal November 29, 2011 at 9:53 pm #

sumitch: he is not stupid he knows exactly what he is doing… I suggest all read “barack obama and the enemies within” by Trevor Loudon it is complied by my dear friend and colleague Rodney Stubbs…it reveals the unwashed truth and documentation that obama is a communist…it is 600 pages of mind blowing fact and truth…

        • sumitch November 29, 2011 at 10:07 pm #

That was the jist of my comment; that is “he is not stupid he knows exactly what he is doing” (the jist). What I said was “I think he knows exactly what he is doing. He may be schooling stupid, but he is Chicago political street smart. There’s no stupidity to what he is doing.” But that’s just my opinion.

          • Mychal November 30, 2011 at 12:53 am #

sumitch: you are spot on in your analysis per street chicago street smart…once again I strongly encourage you to read the book “barack obama and the enemies within” by Tevor Loudon…it will confirm your darkest fears and and then keep you awake at night thinking about the things you never considered…

    • Mychal November 29, 2011 at 10:10 pm #

eats many turtles: I absolutely agree…buut to correct the problem we must get the government out of it…I’ve been pushing an idea I have for nearly several yrs…the big challenge I face is the people you would expect to support the idea who oppose it…and they oppose it because they make money by raising money to change public schools…I say let them have public schools…which circles back to Herman Cain…because w/ his 9-9-9 it would break the back of that battle…

  9. danbubalo November 29, 2011 at 1:40 pm #

The idea of personal responsibility can never be emphasized enough, whether it is to monitor one’s finances, one’s family, or for whom one casts a vote, and it is in light of this consideration that the country became complacent, for there has been an abdication of personal responsibility on virtually every front, a laziness if you will, and now a slow recognition that the train has left the station.

One very potent tool remains available to citizens and that is to get politically active, be it the Tea Party or by joining like-minded blocs of voters. The problems are severe but are not irreversible, but they won’t be fixed by comisserating or complaining, and instead must be fixed by activism through efforts at a grass roots level and ultimately in the voting booth.

There is enough blame to go around for the mess we’re currently in, so it isn’t prudent to assign it to any one demographic or any one act, such as allowing schools to act as surrogate parents. The vote remains all powerful, and at this point the only solution, and make no mistake that it can and will ripple in a way that brings back a sense of personal responsibility in all aspects of life.

We will have in the truist sense fixed it ourselves by changing government, and will have prevented the government such as it now stands from trying to fix it for us.

    • sumitch November 29, 2011 at 2:10 pm #

I’ve about decided that the Tea Party is our only hope. The parties, be it D or R make sure that only the good ole boys that pass the party line test will ever get a chance.

Government has never been our friend, it is our foe. As it pertains to social security, it is the largest wealth grab from middle and upper class families ever created. There has been several discussions calling it the Ponzi scheme that it is; but, what has gone unsaid is the theft of ones assets when they die. Not only will citizens not get back what they have dutifully put into social security, during their retirement years; their survivors will be robbed of any inheritance that would have been theirs had the funds been privatized. If funds were privatized billions of dollars would be passed to subsequent generations. The current process strips wealth accumulation abilities of families across the socio and economic spectrum. It strips dignity and responsibility from people. This is yet another form of Government theft of wealth, dignity and individual responsibility. This is the concerted action of a foe.

The only good thing I can think of about Obama is that he has made America wake up and get concerned about and involved in “Government” and the nimrods we vote for President and Congress, Obama being one of the most notorious nimrods. I am guilty of being stupid about a lot of things. Part of our “retirement” was placed in GM. You know how that turned out. We cashed in and bought an ice cream cone.My son moved to CA from MA. Put his MA house on the market and then that went sour. Foreclosure! You are right, Mychal. Americans do not know enough about how our Government (Federal and State) peforms or doesn’t perform. We’ve been sleeping right through the years and depending on the elected government officials to take care of OUR matters. Well, American Citizens are awakening and discovering they have been duped for many years. Starting with Obama, he needs to be tried for perjury. If his birth certificate has been falsified, using social security numbers that never belonged to him, and the passports he used which he claimed other countries as his Nationality…. If that is not perjury, I don’t know what else to call it.He took an oath to office of the United States to abide by the United States Consititution… He has tried to change the Constitution and if he had his way, he would re-write it.

We need to pray for Herman Cain and his family to have the fortitude and faith that God will aid him in this fight of good against evil. This is a true test of his faith pure and simple.
Please pray and urge your friends and family to do the same.

I guess Ishould join you in the stupid room Marilyn. My retirement was in Enron stock and options. Then, when things started getting out about what was going on, they kept us (the employees) from selling our stocks and exercising our positions. 401K’s aren’t any safer than the stock market if you get greedy (guilty here) and trust big business’ and the government to work for your benefit. Maybe I should include lawyers with them.

I wish I thought that Barry O could be charged and tried with any number of his reported crimes. But if that happened, half of Congress should be too, so that’s out the door. (Maybe not a bad idea though with the current insider trading fiasco coming out). The voters need to understand that there are a lot of crooks in congress. One just announced that he won’t run again for office. I guess he’ll spend his retirement at our expense on his Caribbean island.

sumitch: you learned an unfortunate and painful lesson because you sold yourself short…you believed they knew more than you did…you were smart enough to buy a home, raise your family, put food on the table, buy transportation, put your children through school…but you weren’t smart enough to handle your retirement…when I still owned my agencies I remember a client who worked for unisys coming to me to rearrange things because he had to work extra yrs to make up for what the hit to his retirement accounts which were largely invested in unisys…one of things I did for my ex wife was to get her retirement out of 401K her company had…she avoided the market hits because of it…she got less return…but at that point in time the return of her money was more important than the return on her money…people in her office took huge hits…she was safe…

        • sumitch November 30, 2011 at 12:28 am #

Next time I won’t trust them. But first I need to take a trip to hell and discuss a couple of things with Kenny Lay. There’s a brilliant man that joined the Dark Force.

  13. sumitch November 29, 2011 at 12:02 pm #

However, I don’t like Newt’s stance on social security. If people are allowed to invest in their own retirement rather than forced into social security, they still wouldn’t plan for retirement. Then, when they reach 62 or 65 or ?, they wouldn’t have any money and the government couldn’t let them starve or live on the street, so they’d take our money and support them. It would just be another road to welfare. And the idea of giving them what they would have earned with social security escapes me. Seems to me that we’d just be dumping money into the stock market where the brokers will at a minimum get their commissions and with many of them, they’ll fleece you out of it all.

    • dmacleo November 29, 2011 at 2:55 pm #

this is a concern fo rme too but I take a hard line at it. its not a popular view so may not want to read it.

sumitch: my friend people planned for their retirement before social security…where they so much smarter…and if people don’t prepare who’s fault is that…people don’t get education and we are told its the rich white man’s fault they cannot get work…the heck w/ the notion we take care of everyone else…we take care of ourselves and our families…then if we choose we help others…that said I can assure you if we got away from it the free market would come up w/ instruments to help at retirement…what people need to see is that every time the government gets involved they steal more of our money and take more of our rights…

  15. sumitch November 29, 2011 at 11:34 am #

If Mr. Cain had half the sexual encounters and affairs as announced, he would never have had the time to rise to the top of so many endeavors.

Newt’s position on illegal aliens comes from seeing and facing reality. We can never catch and send all of the illegals back with the borders open for business as usual and the politicans buying votes as quick as they can take our money. At least it would be a start. They wouldn’t be able to vote which would handle that issue. And they would pay taxes to help pay their expenses. At least better than what we have now.

    • anna zachariah November 29, 2011 at 3:48 pm #

Unfortunately illegals vote in many states now. Deport as many as possible, close boarders except for well inspected vihicles.- I’m sticking with Mr. Cain. The Obamatists are behind this. Herman was in business for 40 plus years without any incident. We are now to believe he suddenly “testosteroned” in the late ’90s! The last one of “14 yrs” has a simular background as Allred’s gal & that other who worked for the Treasury. “14 yr old affair” has phone bills & said they texted. So?!- Yes, we Cain! & we will with Cain.

This may sound simplistic BUT I think Mr Cain should take a lie detector test to prove these girls are lying or not. (sounds like the movie MR SMITH GOES TO WASHINGTON) a little bit….

Irregardless of whether or not all these accusations are true….it is only a matter of time before these very same accusations will topple Herman…..and I feel awful about that! I’ve always preferred the Paul Samuelson approach to economics.

  18. John McClain November 29, 2011 at 10:10 am #

Dear Mychal, what you describe is an age of feckless behavior, brought about precisely because parents have been taught they are no longer the primary teachers of children, because they were taught that as pre-teens and teens in school, and are now at the “children approaching puberty” age.
I feel certain the attitude taught in school, to rely on government for all official aspects of life, and to rely upon community, which is government behind the scenes, for all fiscal and other problems, was taught in this manner to break the hold Americans have on being self-sufficient and self-reliant, as those seen by most of the world, our Armed Forces, show as enormously different as an attitude, than anywhere else.
Those in our nation, the vast majority in government, and I believe a large minority, approaching half, have the same attitude toward people who are self-reliant and sufficient, and have long wanted to end this attitude precisely because it demands a person step up, and be equal, by personal effort and personal merit, or to denigrate the concept, call it selfish and self-centered, and in the case of government, call it dangerous, and a domestic terrorist threat.
It has never been any different, except that it is only today, with the extraordinary wealth our Nation assumed coming out of the world war, and should have been ours, as the re-payment of almost a decade of enormous loans to every nation which eventually became an ally including some of the axis powers, but which were forgiven, by our “leaders” without a care that the money they forgave in debt, was that which all citizens scrounged every dime to buy war bonds and such, and did things to save no American today would likely consider, so we would not fight and lose.
The ones who would have our nation a “social democracy” don’t look at Greece and realise it is the exact result of never saving, and always spending more than one earns. The people of Germany, who do save, and always spend less than they earn, they look and are angry, as are the other solvent nations of Europe which are now roped into paying for the feckless nature of their neighbors.
Can there be any question that obama and co, want America to look like the European Union, and are ready for it to do so in rather short order?
Sir Edmund Burke said: “all that is necessary for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing.” Our government is full of evil men who know this quote well, and do their best to suggest they are “good men”, and will do all that is necessary, so none of us has to worry while they fully intend to do more than nothing, with their intent being doing their evil with their back turned, and then turning around and asking just who were those evil men. This has ever been the downfall and destruction of Nations, and it is fools who allow lazy to overcome knowledge who always lead us into destruction.

  19. James November 29, 2011 at 8:52 am #

Personally, I abhor what the media is doing to Mr. Cain. I also abhor what these “women” are trying to do, as they are just doing the bidding of their masters, who are paying them off in an effort to eliminate Mr. Cain from the running. I am, at heart, a Southern Democrat, but I can not stomach what the Democratic party is up to, and has been up to for several years. I like Mr. Cain. I like his style, as well as his strait-forwardness. But, I can’t help but believe that all this negative publicity is going to put him under, although I sincerely hope not.

Thanks, Mychal, for letting me get this off my chest. Keep up the good work.

    • MT November 29, 2011 at 9:22 am #

Clearly this is a contrived political maneuver by the leftists and those who are afraid of Cain. Sure BHO is part of it and of course he is dangerous (check out his past and what he does in the present).
I really don’t care about the past personal sins of the candidates because we all sin and are sinners. However, when these babes come forth now, distraction sets in and the candidate cannot (in reality) stay focused and disciplined to deal with the scrutiny in a Presidential race. Obviously, Cain is much more of a threat because he is a Conservative Black.
The same will happen to the other candidates if the marxists believe they are viable, it’s only a matter of time.
Don’t be misled by the evil forces in power.

    mychal,

is it possible that the obama administration is behind this burning of Cain? if so, bho is much more dangerous than expected. but, i want newt gingrich because of his pact with america. i think gingrich deeply loves america. bho, on the other hand, hates America, quite obviously. no one would abuse the office of president like this man.

  21. dmacleo November 28, 2011 at 7:46 pm #

its odd, the timing again is just odd.
rasmussen had him doing well this weekend…so boom heres another sex story.

    • anna zachariah November 29, 2011 at 4:07 pm #

Yup, odd. When Cain does well he “gets hit.” When Cain starts to regain his ratings, he gets hit again. Hope he continues to run. He’s a strong individual. Bigotry in the south didn’t stop him. So, he can survive this. -Being from the 50s-60s I find some of Dr. King’s attributes in Mr. Cain. Maybe it’s the inner strength through his faith, a serenity. Can’t pinpoint what it is. But it’s there.

      • Mychal November 29, 2011 at 11:10 pm #

anna zachariah: that’s the pattern so far…

    • Mychal November 28, 2011 at 7:22 pm #

dmacleo: still gathering info about this…but the question that needs to be answered is would a professional in Herman’s position have a 13 yr affair w/ a woman who has children and see her go through bankruptcy and be evicted 6 times in recent years w/ out work…and not help her w/ work etc…that just doesn’t make sense…

      • Ginny November 28, 2011 at 10:47 pm #

No Mychal it doesn’t make sense. Women like her give all women a bad name. No wonder men think of women as greedy, manipulative, vindictive whores. All I can say, whoever bought her off had better give her plenty of money because I don’t think any decent man will come with in 100 yards of her now. Unless he wants some of her new bag of silver coins. Not that I believe a word she says, I would think that if she thought enough of Cain to have a 13 year love affair she sure a has a darn poor way of showing it. Such a loving way to express her love and gratitude for the good times and gifts by demeaning a man in puplic. I’m glad I don’t know her and thankful she isn’t a relation of mine. She must have a rhino thick skin if she thinks all this media hype will make her popular.

        • dmacleo November 28, 2011 at 11:04 pm #

thing is, it may have worked this time as its directly affecting his family :(

dmacleo: don’t you believe it…I got email earlier that said fox was claiming it she was lying…ask yourself why this is all coming out of chicago….I will be covering it in tomorrows rant…

        • Mychal November 28, 2011 at 11:36 pm #

ginny: I absolutely agree…she is lying through her teeth…and she will never get enough money to buy her reputation…she is like the prostitute that framed th Duke Lacrosse Team…everyone had it all figured out…marches, protests, sensitivity training, suspensions, women’s rights groups, feminists claiming every male rapes women, w/ nifong leading the charge…everyone had those young men guilty…after all why would she lie…they milked it for all they were worth…then turned and left w/out so much as an apology…and what made it worst was that when nifong went down…the same people wh attacked the boys w/ out admission of their guilt as contributing to lies…jumped on nifong…when in fact they were as guilty as he was…OH AND ONE MORE THING…I love the way you express yourself…I love blunt force conservatives that’s us…

          • dmacleo November 29, 2011 at 7:19 am #

            sorry to have thread jacked.

          • Ginny November 29, 2011 at 9:20 am #

Mychal; That’s one of the privliges of being an old lady. I tell it like I see it and if people don’t like then they can lump it. All I can say is, it’s a good thing her children aren’t half black or she would have been singing ” he’s my babies Daddy”. Maybe the left is saving that for the next attack. Another thing. You said the Cain people can use Gingrich because of his experience. If so then they will have to keep tight muzzle on him. I don’t think a lot of people are thrilled to hear him kissing up to illegals.

        • Bill Sr. November 29, 2011 at 9:17 am #

Here is my take on the (real) Obama campaign strategy. It is to destroy all opposition through Media Manipulation using the millions of dollars which went out as stimulus and now comes back to pay off hired illegitimate attack dogs of every kind but especially the most popular choice for character assassination, abused or sexually harassed women. It worked miracles for him in Chicago in order to get him started into politics and the same handlers are nested in Washington with him and setting on tons of bucks to orchestrate each and ever kill with precision through the lapdog media.
Read Ann Coulters 11/09/11 article on Sexual Misconduct to understand how it works and who the players are.
Now, to any of you who have succumbed to the onslaught of these attacks on Herman which are dripping with deceit I invite you to ask yourself a few questions.
How did Herman Cain get to be a top notched CEO and head of if not salvation for large companies? He’s a really bright man. He uses common sense to solve even the most difficult problems.
What principles has he lived by? He is a God fearing Christian family man opposed to abortion and married to the same woman for years.
Does he love his country? Certainly, and that is why he wants to use his proven skills of management along with sound moral judgment to help get America back on track.
I ask you simply, can you imagine a man with his knowledge and experience would be so dumb as to think he could but himself up in front of the country as a candidate for high office knowing that he had numerous affairs with a variety of women over a period of years? That would be suicide and I’m sure Herman Cain knows that.
You have to be at least a little naïve to give these very predicable outrageous accusations any weight when judging the character of Herman Cain especially knowing the history of Chicago politics and their poster boy Barack Hussein Obama umm, umm, umm

          • Jan November 29, 2011 at 10:50 am #

Bill Sr….EXACTLY!!! Bravo!! This time the left can’t have it both ways. They have no credibility on moral issues. For decades we’ve been villified, ridiculed, slandered, and told “it’s only sex” when it applied to a democrap. I’m with Mychal. This is all lies, and I know that God is in Herman’s heart and life. Watch and pray everyone! Only the Lord can restore this nation, to his people, and defeat the evil.

          • sumitch November 30, 2011 at 1:54 am #

More proof positive that it’s all a pack of lies. Don’t you think that a man with his money, education and successes would have better taste in women?

Ginny, Right on! I want to see the hotel receipts. I want to know the messages on that phone, not just the phone numbers. Ms. Ginger is broke, down and out, been having money problems for years, accused one of her bosses of harassment…she needs money and comes through with this cock and bull story of her love affair with Cain. Cain would never had run for President had he such a sordid background and we all know that. Madam Ginger is a whore of the worst kind and another “Gold Digger!”
