Is Jehmu Greene Worth It To Megyn Kelly And FoxNews?

We are well aware that white people are fallaciously blamed by black race-mongers for the ills of black families. We are well aware that the top black race-mongers have made vast fortunes accusing whites of wrong doings.

We are very much aware that even the so-called conservative media outlets will not cover acts of grievous criminal violence committed by blacks with the same zealousness, resources, and rapidity that they do when there is an opportunity to sensationalize a crime of violence (whether real or perceived) by whites against blacks.

And now Fox New’s Megyn Kelly, host of America Live has removed any doubts we may have had about the media’s support of racist double standards. As many will recall, on the May 4th broadcast of Kelly’s show, the extreme radical, black racist and ACORN member Jehmu Greene, during a debate with Tucker Carlson about Elizabeth Warren, said the following: “And at the end of the day, she won the teaching award at Harvard two years in a row, she won teaching awards at the University of Pennsylvania, at the University of Michigan, at the University of Houston. To question this woman on her qualifications is going to be something that does appeal to…folks like you, voters like you, bow tyin’ white boys, but at the end of the day it is going to backfire…”

It is important to note a couple of significant facts pursuant to Greene’s racist attack. First and foremost, it should be clearly understood that when a black person uses “white boy” in the context Greene did it is the height of insult tantamount to the words “nigger” and “house nigger.” Second, when Carlson reminded her that he had not called her names, she replied “I didn’t call you a name.” In black parlance, the translation of her response is: she “didn’t call [him] a name” because that’s what he is. For those of us who understand specific idiosyncrasies of blacks, she reduced Carlson to the lowest common denominator and called him what he in fact is to her and those of her mindset. Further proof of that is that Carlson wasn’t wearing a bow tie.

Greene has not made one public apology and the apology given by Kelly after the fact can, at best, be described as craven and, at worst deceitful and supportive of Greene.

The phone calls, emails, and letters to Megyn Kelly and Fox News were publicly ignored; it appeared that although Greene’s racist comments were not addressed publicly, Fox had taken steps to not showcase her. At least that was how it seemed until July 17th.

Tuesday (7/17/12), Megyn Kelly had the unmitigated gall to have the unrepentant, radical, racist participate in a focus-group panel discussing comments made by Obama. There is absolutely no defensible reason to have a known radical racist such as Greene participate on that panel. It’s not as if there is a dearth of blacks who are supportive of Obama–who are capable and competent to cogently discuss his comments.

Having Greene back on Fox flies in the face of propriety as much as it is an insult to reasonable minds, and whites specifically. After all, it was whites in general whom Greene purposefully insulted with her comments. But obviously that doesn’t matter to Kelly. As I said, there is no defensible reason to have Greene as a part of that panel. The only reason we can logically conclude is that both Fox and Kelly are supportive of Greene’s radical racism (and intend to continue to showcase same).

My assertion is not ipse dixit; just as it is impossible to be a little pregnant, the only plausible reason to have Greene continue on Fox is if Kelly and Fox approve of her, and to approve of her is to accept her radical racism, ergo, they are supportive of same. There’s no shortage of radical blacks with extremist points of view capable of interacting without pejorative name calling.

Further, it is important to note that Kelly severely reprimanded a white male guest when he called Vice President Joe Biden a buffoon. Are we to believe calling Biden, who is viewed as a nonstop gaffe machine, a buffoon is the same as vulgarly denigrating an entire class of people as Greene did?

Greene’s comments were insulting and morally opprobrious, and while obviously not out of character for her that doesn’t entitle Megyn Kelly and Fox News to insult the public by condoning her actions. Ice cubes have a better chance of not melting in boiling water than there is Kelly or Fox would permit a Klu Klux Klan member to come on and use such offensive language. So why allow this for Greene?

We cannot allow media outlets that pretend to be conservative-leaning and program hosts of same to practice duplicitous double standards when it comes to racist, extreme radicals. Megyn Kelly owes America a public apology on bent knee and Jehmu Greene should be forever banned from Fox programming. There are many examples of innocuous comments made by whites that were in no way intended as Greene meant her racist slam, and yet the whites were severely excoriated publicly including the loss of jobs and, in some instances, even the loss of career.

In my May 9th Daily Rant, I wrote “Is Fox News Channel Becoming The Black Supremacist Channel.” (http://mychal-massie.com/premium/is-fox-news-channel-becoming-the-black-supremacist-channel/)

In the same article I referenced Anita MonCrief’s September 7, 2011 article “Former ACORN Insider Infiltrates Fox News.” (http://emergingcorruption.com/category/corruption/acorn/) I strongly encourage you to read both.

We cannot afford to sit back and allow racist double standards to foment insult and violence. It is time for us to rise up and express our disapproval. Kelly’s show is a success because the very people she allows and defacto encourages to be insulted happen to be the ones who watch it. It’s time to let Kelly and Fox know this is unacceptable. Jehmu Greene must go and Kelly owes us an apology. It’s time to let them know they can pretend to ignore us, but they cannot ignore us if we not only stop watching them, but approach their sponsors as well. The question to them: “Is a radical black extremist like Greene worth it?”

Jehmu should not be invited on because she has no point of view to offer that informed people don't already know she is going to spew in advance. It's bling and offers no info or insight beyond confirming that, yes, ignorant, hateful black racism exists too. She needs to learn to count the unearned blessings too.

I agree that Jehmu is a race-baiting hatemonger, just like so many others on the tube today. I really can’t stand to listen to her without gagging, however, I think Fox allows her on knowing full well what she is going to spew and that it will create controversy among folks that think like us. I really don’t think she wins anybody over to her side with that garbage, but in fact, I think she does far more good by demonstrating what their ideology is all about. Let her run that mouth all she wants. It appears to me that Fox always puts their in-house liberal idiots, Colmes, Beckel, etc. up against the so called “conservative” who always comes off as the apparent winner. It’s kinda like wrestling, all staged so that the bad guy almost beats the hero, but the hero rallies in the end and wins the day. Pretty predictable, really. Keeps the ratings up, sells a lot of goods and services, makes a lot of money.

    • donnaga July 20, 2012 at 10:28 am #

I think “mikleen’s” opinion holds a lot of water—when you KNOW you are in the right–let the opposition have a say (even if you need to call them out on an offensive rant)–it just accentuates what your point is. I say let the fools spew their ridiculous points–and counter with the logical truth and they will come off looking like the idiots that they are.

I agree totally; however, there a lot of things I do not like about Megyn K. No 1 she is arrogant and self centered. She reminds me of someone who would do “anything” to climb the ladder at Fox. Watch out Brett and O’Rielly.

    • Mychal July 23, 2012 at 9:21 pm #

mikleen: even if that were true I would disagree w/ the practice…bottom line they are all in bed together…what she did was wrong andd no white person would be forgiven for it…if it is wrong for one it is wrong for the other…

  5. Stormrider900 July 19, 2012 at 8:02 pm #

As ever, FOX is about ratings. Screw “fair and balanced”. I disconnected my TV four years ago for the sake of my own sanity. Even then, most of what was on was, in my opinion, electronic vomit. If that’s what they want, the Sheeple roll in it.

Keep it up, Mychal. You are “The Man”! :-)

FYI just shot a nasty-gram to Fox regarding their collective cowardice. Not expecting anything earth shaking, but it felt good to call them what they are – dishonest and maintaining a double standard.

    Mychal,
I think Fox News could give Daina Perino Meygn’s show and it would be 100% better. Tucker could have Bill O’Rielly’s show and we would all be happy.Greta should be replace also. After she called Tucker Carlson a pig, I really have no use her her. I like Fox News with Brett Brair, John Scott and Jenna Lee. I can do without the others. Bob Beckel should not be on TV with his bad language. The little guy ( can’t think of his name at this time) on the Five is smarter than Miss Kelly and most of the others on Fox. The FIve is a good group people if they would replace Bob. Fay Miller

    • PWest July 20, 2012 at 12:33 pm #

I just told my husband yesterday that I wish Fox would put Dana Perino and Greg Gutfield on a show as cohosts. Maybe they could replace Greta. She is a joke, and needs to come clean with her Leftism. She’s another Lawyer (like Megyn) who thinks she is smarter & better than anyone else. We don’t watch her anymore. As a matter of fact there are not a lot of Fox shows I enjoy anymore. I actually have been checking out the other stations.

      • Mychal July 23, 2012 at 5:18 pm #

pwest: perino is no better than karl rove…she simply hides it better…I don’t want party sycophants and ideologues…thy’re the reason we are where we are today…pursuant to greta…I like her…she is a liberal but she doesn’t let that stand in the way of her facts…and if I ever needed a lawyer in addition to the junkyard dogs I now have…she would be it…

    • Mychal July 23, 2012 at 9:29 pm #

fay miller: as far as I’m concerned Neil Cavuto is the best…he is fair and objective…when it comes to covering legal battles I like to hear her opinion…I wouldn’t give two cents for the rest…

  8. fay miller July 19, 2012 at 4:32 pm #

    Mychal,

Please post the Fox News emails again. I wrote to everyone the other day.I can’t believe I used to watch Megyn Kelly. She is just as baised as Charles Krauthammer. I quit watching after your column on both of them. Kelly doesn’t have any problem calling out Kristin Pwoers on just about anything. I saw a couple of times that she threaten to cut Kristin’s mike off. She can’t seem to get her stuff together. I think she is afraid of Greene and the whole mess with the NAACP that would crawl her frame. Kelly should be fired if Fox News just reports the news and is not baised. Mychal thank you for the work you do. Fay Miller

I wouldn’t be surprised if Jehmu Green & Megyn Kelly are in cahoots. Bet they go back to their Chicago days together. Fox News really DOES play to the stereotypes. The one thing I notice that’s missing in action are more black conservatives on FOX. If any are on, it’s about once every two months or so. That one show Glenn Beck did featuring black conservatives was outstanding! Seems like even FOX is trying to keep the black conservative message silenced or else others might hear & realize they’ve been fooled! Thanks Mychal for getting the message out thru sites like yours!!

I agree with what is being said. Having said that, when it comes to watching TV, would you rather watch one of the alphabet channels, CNN or MSNBC. I would not. Yes Fox has it’s fault and they are certainly not as “fair and balanced” as they tout, and I don’t like Megan at all, but Fox still give me info on what is happening that the other channels usually ignore.

    • Mychal July 23, 2012 at 9:33 pm #

ellen: biased reporting and duplicitous double standards are wrong…and so is fox…

  11. Karen July 19, 2012 at 12:35 pm #

I agree with you completely. I can’t stand Ms Green and when she is on we turn the sound down. Fox is better than the other two cable news networks, but they do have a tendency to talk the same talk about a subject until you just have to turn it off or mute it. I guess when you are 24 hour news you have to talk about something over and over and over again.

    • NCMOM July 19, 2012 at 1:25 pm #

We, as viewers, can refuse to support sponsors of the offending programs. Fox has become a black loving liberal place for the past few years. The conservative views once broadcast are history. In the effort to be “Fair and Balanced” they now consistiently put blacks first as evidenced by their inability to broadcast without Juan Williams daily. He is enough to make me barf. I have stopped viewing Fox and currently depend on conservative talk radio and conservative Internet news. The truth is no longer a focus on any of the television media and the spin goes on.

      • Betrayed July 20, 2012 at 1:36 pm #

We use to watch Fox when Glenn Beck was on there. We haven’t watched Fox since they fired Glenn…..

Me too, Mychal. Too bad most people don’t get the business channel. I read that FOX was also under the screws (reporters were also threatened when they tried to report on Obama’s history)to put more liberals on…and that is why Ms. Greene and that Sally character were put on. Can’t stand EITHER of them and change the channel when they are on. By the way, just saw a video that Hannity promised to show…until the admin. got to him. He was threatened as well. Video is being shared on the internet now. It is very revealing.

Megyn Kelly is a self absorbed Drama Queen, Bill Hemmer comes across as a buffoonish jock, Sheppard Smith is a gun hating knee jerk liberal, and Fox News has pretty much become a joke. I wish there were a viable conservative alternative. I keep Fox on in my office all day, but it’s normally muted unless I happen to see that there might be something of interest worth listening to. There are some really good reporters on Fox, but with only a few exceptions, not many have their own show.

    • Karon S July 19, 2012 at 5:52 pm #

Yup, Fox has become a joke. I would add to your list of jerks Greta & O’Reilly. Cavuto is one of the few hosts I like. I now get most of my information from newsletters like Mychal’s.

      • PWest July 20, 2012 at 12:20 pm #

It’s getting very disheartening that Fox is leaning so left. For the life of me, I cannot understand why Sean Hannity defends Beckel all the time. He is such a disgusting creep. I love Cavuto and Lou Dobbs. I hope they maintains their conservatism. I fear Fox has moved Cavuto’s in the same time slot to compete with O’Rielly to cut him out, like they did GlennBeck and Judge Napolitano. I often wonder if George Soros has partnered into Fox in a big way, so he can influence their programming.

        • gunter July 20, 2012 at 2:23 pm #

PWest says:I cannot understand why Sean Hannity defends Beckel all the time. He is such a disgusting creep.

PW, you just peeled back the scab I continually wear about Hannity and Beckel. I have for the past few years wondered aloud to anyone near me, “Why does Hannity keep that fat a**ed, Jabba the Hut looking, snarky mouthed, self absorbed creep on his show.” I would rather listen to PeeWee Herman and his view of politics, than hear one word drip from Beckel the Boozer’s mouth. And, what are the accomplishments that Beckel has, to even consider his sage advice, for having him on any show, whether its Hannity or The Five. His only accomplishment in life was running Mondale’s disastrous presidential campaign, and look how well he did with that.
So, here I am, just reading some posts on Mychal’s fantastic website, and you bring up the Beckel/Hannity connection. My head just about blew off and I had to put my thoughts to print. Whew, I feel better now and I can get thru the rest of the day in a better mood. Thanks for the relief.

Allowing or encouraging this kind of personal, denigrating commentary in public discussion and debate on television or elsewhere documents how far discourse has fallen since the days of William Buckley, for example. No wonder we’re stuck in the mud. No responsible JOURNALIST should permit this kind of personal, bitter attack without instantly hold the disingenuous accountable.

I sent my objections to Fox, but I have an idea they will land in File 13. Megyn Kelly, to me, is the typical elitist white person who think she is more enlightened than the rest of us and that she can gain points with people like Greene by showing how tolerant she is. A lot of poor misinformed people thought they could do that with guys like Hitler, too. Be nice and the other person will play nice, too. Someone named those who think this way as “useful idiots.” Because of their erroneous acceptance of such as Greene, many people suffer. Greene is a hater and Megyn is on her list, too.

These “fair and balanced” shows will do anything to create controversy and do practice political correctness. I rarely watch Fox now and get my opinions from conservative radio and conservative columns.

They let left wing cooks spew their ideology and racism without correcting them. Eventually they will loose more and more market share and other outlets, like GBTV, will begin to gain their viewers.

Our only recourse is our pocketbooks and not supporting them will hopefully turn them back to real “fair and balanced” based on truth.

  20. Jocelyn Anderson July 19, 2012 at 8:51 am #

This country needs a good Black American or Asian American or Hispanic American, male or female president who could use his or her status to unify the different races and cultures and make all our citizens proud to be Americans. Obama has pandered to hate groups and I think he wants to incite a real race war.

    • Jim Holmes July 19, 2012 at 10:31 am #

Jocelyn Anderson, I respectfully disagree with your reasoning. We need a good American as president of our Country. I’m a half-breed male AMERICAN, not hyphenated in any way. I feel those who hyphenate are halving their citizenship and loyalty.

With 300,000,000 American citizens of varied mixtures of race and background, it is as impossible to ‘unify’ as it would be if all 300,000,000 people were of identical makeup. Thinking about that, how boring that would be. There are always going to be people who are proud and sacrifice as well as those who are not proud and complain/whine. It’s not a unicorn world.

PC needs to be dropped and people need to grow broader shoulders and accept responsibility for their actions. The opportunities have been there for everyone through work and sacrifice. That makes me right proud of my Country. Proud enough that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic to my dying day.

      • PWest July 20, 2012 at 12:43 pm #

Thank you J H for calling this out. This comment was as racist as you can get. When we are divided, we are weak. If this country does not come together, our children will be speaking Arabic, Chinese or Russian. Get over the petty crap and look at the big picture. Who is diving this country like never before? Who is weakening our borders? Who is weakening our allies? A civil war in this country? for what? to make us as vulnerable as the people in Egypt, who are now under the control of the radical Islamists, who by the way hate Americans. They relly don’t care what color you are.

Anyone that’s a hyphenated American is not a true 100% American and shouldn’t be able to hold any office.

bruce s: the problem race is used for nothing more than to divide us…

Mychal, you are right on target with your analysis of Megyn Kelly and her association with Jehmu Greene. We must all strive to condemn racism by all persons regardless of their affiliations or status. Thank you.

I believe you are ALL, including you Mychal, off base regarding Megyn Kelly. I have listened to her for years and it appears she just took the Fox News motto of “Fair & Balanced” a bit too far. I suppose you would all be bitching at her if she had taken Jehmu Green to task and verbally flattened her as she is quite capable of doing. (Ever see her duke it out with the king of the big mouths, Bill O’Reilly?). Sometimes a person just can’t win so they just keep on doing the best they can under the circumstances.

It’s all an act. She would take O’Rielly’s show if she could. She is like a Black Widow

          pwest: agreed…

cheryl nespor: that’s a specious argument…why would we/I object to someone doing that which is right…race-based duplicitous double standards are wrong no matter the color of the perpetrator…that said if carlson would have called greene a name kelly would have been all over him…she ripped another person for calling biden a buffoon…your argument has less merit than kelly…

      rick: you are exactly right…

I emailed all names from yesterday’s Rant but feel it’s like throwing marshmallows on the courthouse steps. Kelly is a saboteur and Fox seems to be OK with it.

A problem with today’s conservative news viewers is they will take anything that is thrown at them with no more reaction than the left……….that is sad. I realize we don’t have much from which to choose but when decay enters a news studio, it’s time to move on to the internet and conservative newspapers.

smogdew: they may pretend to ignore it but believe they are aware the public is upset…more importantly their little diva knows it as well…

I’m with you Mychal…and a few others have to go too (like Alan Combs, Bob Beckel, etc.) My emails are on their way!

    • PWest July 20, 2012 at 12:04 pm #

I think this is exactly the reaction Fox wants. I enjoy the Five, but Fox is allowing Beckel to demean & disrespect women so much, I wish Kim, Dana and Andrea would walk away.

      hidlins: thk you…appreciate it…

… and all this time I thought MY litany of complaints about Jehmu Greene and “Drama-Queen” Kelly had finally kicked in. LOL

    Good call, Mychal
