Islam is pink gorilla

Over the next few days, or until something more exciting bumps it, we will hear about Anders Behring Breivik, the Oslo shooter. I’m not suggesting he be removed from the front pages, nor am I suggesting that he is not newsworthy. Quite the opposite.

He is emblematic of a deeply troubled individual, and just because he may not get the “preferred psychiatrists international stamp of certified crazy” doesn’t make him any less off his rock, (in my opinion). No one of a sane, rational, reasoned, mind decides the best way to make a point is to on a killing spree. I get upset to the point of nausea every time I see Obama, his jet-setter wife, Geithner, Napolitano, oh hell, I’m upset when I see them all – Boehner, McCain, and whole bunch more. And while I may shout at the television and wish them to be the path of a raw sewage line when it breaks – there is a definable difference between wishing them a bath in that which freely flows from their mouth and murdering people to make that point.

I am doubtful of there being anyone on earth who has the contempt for those mentioned that I do. I am also fairly certain that on many issues I make Barry Goldwater and William F. Buckley look moderate. But my objective is to have them removed from office by utilizing the means provided by Constitution. Seeing them sent to federal prison in the aftermath would be a bonus, but I digress.

Sane people, regardless of their ideological and religious affiliations find ways to accomplish their goals within the constructs of the acceptable mores and procedures available. Ergo, my point. A person coming undone, snapping, whatever one choses to call it doesn’t make them a right-wing or left-wing anything – it makes them at the very least unstable to the point of being unsafe, at worst it makes them crazy.

Unless, and this is the 2,000 pound pink gorilla in the center of the room no one wants to see, you are Islamic. Islamists play by an entire different set of rules. Their singular belief that theirs is the only acceptable religion, their hatred of Jews, their hatred for America, their belief that it is acceptable to lie, deceive, and murder in the name of their pagan beliefs is an ideological dogma that compels them to practice same.

Arab apologists and those who would blame conservatives (especially Tea Party conservatives) everything including a late spring snowfall, are branding this guy as a right-wing conservative nut-case. Breivik might be right-wing, he may even be conservative, but that’s not what made him take leave of his senses and go on a murderous rampage as a means to get draw attention to a very real problem. And if the argument of those saying conservatism made him do it, is too be supported, should it not stand to reason that homosexuals are like Jeffrey Dahmer and Aileen Wuomos.

A Muslim cleric in Norway is/was threatening to have people killed if he was deported, as he should have be. Muslims there were threatening killings, beheadings, and other horrible atrocities, because a cartoonist, in a free society, insulted them by depicting the pedophile murderer they follow, in a way they didn’t like.

Muslim murders, terrorism, hatred etc is not craziness nor is it fanaticism, it is evil that is preached, supported, and encouraged from the womb. Women believe they are honoring Allah if they blown themselves and their infant babies up.

Those so inclined can spin it any way they want; but using this horrific tragedy to pass draconian gun legislation, paint conservative Tea Party members as likely to commit similar atrocities, and shield Muslims from scrutiny is wrong and they darn well know it. Of course why would we expect anything else from them.
