The Obamas have no shame, no class, but they are not lacking when it comes to moral turpitude. And nothing bears this out more than Michelle Obama‘s latest attempt to portray her husband’s disastrous presidency as something of godlike proportions, orchestrated by a divinity named Obama.
Daniel Halper reported the following yesterday: Michelle Obama made a remarkable claim when talking up her husband, President Barack Obama, at a campaign event earlier today in Nashville, Tennessee. “I am so in,” Michelle Obama said toward the end of her remarks. “I am going to be working so hard. We have an amazing story to tell. This president has brought us out of the dark and into the light.” The crowd of nearly 450 folks applauded as the first lady likened her husband to a Jesus-like figure. In the book of Matthew, we read, “the people dwelling in darkness have seen a great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.” (Matthew 4:16) The phrase is used to describe the words Jesus preached. In Micah, light, however, is a reference to God‘s words. “Rejoice not over me, O my enemy; when I fall, I shall rise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD will be a light to me,” it says in Micah 7:8. Either way, in religious terms, light is used to denote the true path, presented either by God or a savior. Exactly what light has Obama brought us into? Nearly 50 million people are now on food stamps thanks to his policies or more accurately stated: his lack of coherent policies. If we count jobs lost from the time he took office, Obama is the only president dating back to President Truman, who saw a net jobs loss during his presidency. And, yes, I am aware of the argument that if we start counting the number of jobs lost beginning his second year in office the numbers change–but following that rationale, we could start counting the beginning of his third or fourth year. The point being, the numbers can be manipulated to give him a favorable outcome.
Fox Business Channel said: “Forget the official 8.2% unemployment rate. Take a hard look instead at what’s known as the U6 rate, which tracks not only those out of work but those who’ve essentially given up looking for work. Does bringing us into the light include his forcing a condemnable healthcare plan that 56 percent of the people are opposed to? The lies Obama told to get his healthcare legislation passed and the lies he has told about it since passage are legion. Specific to that point, since Michelle is alluding to scripture, how does she reconcile what God says in the Book of Proverbs 6:16-19, where scripture speaks of the things that God hates? Specifically in Proverbs 6:19 scripture reads: “[God hates] a false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among the brethren.”
Obama has done more to erode race relations, and sow the seeds of class warfare, than any other president. Does she call his forcing the failed socialist policies of Europe, (that even the Europeans now acknowledge as flawed) upon the greatest free-market capitalist country in the world an act of his divinity? Is his Executive Order 13547, Stewardship of the Ocean, Our Coasts, and the Great Lakes, which is effectively the seizure of all property rights in the United States, a step into her so-called light? Is she saying his National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which strips us of our civil rights whenever the government desires, a step into the light?
Obama can spin it any way he wants, but he is responsible for the high fuel prices, that are making people decide between cereal and bread or gasoline. Are Solyndra and all of the other failed green energy companies that were given billions of tax payer dollars and failed, while he continues to double down on algae as a source of energy, examples of his bringing us into her so-called light? Or maybe she was referencing his attacks on the Supreme Court.
These people are beneath contempt, and for her to use the Holy Scriptures as a back drop to their depravity is the very essence and definition of moral turpitude. Her husband spoke derisively of Americans clinging to their guns and bibles as a means of explaining our frustrations. Our frustrations are caused by a government, led by him, that is intent on stripping us of our traditions and destroying our Constitution. But thanks to him, We the People have awakened and we are not inclined to take it anymore. So, I guess in a perverse way, it can be said he has led us into the light–the light of we’re mad as hell and we’re not going to tolerate him any longer.

The most important issue facing the citizens is not Obama; not initially, not this year. It’s a congress, more specifically a House that refuses to act, which in itself is a violation of their oath and reason for us to vote them out of office at the first opportunity. Because of them our constitution is failing and without it, our entire system of checks and balances is becoming a joke. Our country is falling and the majority of the citizens watch reality TV and believes that nothing is wrong, that it’s all politics and fear mongering.
Obama has found a way around the constitution with his executive orders and a congress that lets him get away with using them as he has. Even if he is not elected for a second term, he will not leave the office peacefully. We are well on the way to becoming just another country run by a dictator. This generation will most likely not see the consequences of the full disaster of his work, but our future generations will. The future generations that we tearfully proclaim are being saddled with our debt. And people sit around talking and doing nothing of substance. It’s all talk and nothing more. We have become a nation of cowards, content to let someone else tote the load.
It is obvious to even the most ignorant Obama supporter that he has violated the constitution. Even these brain dead idiots can’t deny that. They can ignore it and sidetrack the issue with some big words and BS, but it still is happening. Citizens for this country need to forget trying to show them the light or explain how they are wrong. And it is obvious that congress has not and will not do anything about it but hide behind “he’s very political and very aggressive”; words from a staff member of one of my elected federal representatives. What did the dolts think the job was going to be? All cocktail parties and short work weeks? When faced with a true issue they stick their heads in the sand and hide behind how hard it would be to impeach the president. Tough congress. For my part I did not elect you to go to Washington for the free haircuts and lifetime entitlements.
We are watching the destruction of our country that, while not perfect or fair to all, is the best, most generous, most willing to fight for our way of life and protect other countries than any the world has seen. For whatever standard of living they have, it will be worse when the United States is removed. We’ll listen to crap like the United States is only 2 of the world’s population but users of 25% of the natural gas. Anyone consider how many goods and services we provide using that 25%? Maybe it takes a little more to run the factories to manufacture the equipment we need to go half way around the world and fight someone else’s battles. Google the billboard in New Mexico and note at the bottom “paid for by a veteran still fighting for his country”. We’ll laugh and email pictures of it all over the world, but we won’t do anything nearly as meaningful as this person has done. We’ll email the latest photo of Obama and his “crotch salute” and decry his lack of patriotism, but we won’t do more than that. How many of you are truly willing to stand up when the time comes? How many really know what that means? It is upon us. We’ll see.
So much for my occasional and disgusted rant. Not that it carries any weight or will generate anything.

Mychal: Totally on another subject….Ann Coulter just published a column entitled “Negroes and Guns” dealing with the accurate history of the origins of gun control. Democrats wanted gun control to prevent freed slaves from exercising their 2nd Amendment rights. Any way you could work some of that into a future column (with proper attribution, of course) so your followers could benefit from the factual information Ann included?

Obama often refers and looks to Lincoln for his inspiration. He somehow missed Lincoln’s words…One Country One Destiny…. Obama is the complete opposite of Lincoln 2 countries a destiny of anarchy.
I hope you read this we must do a better job of educating our poorer folks who are being so manipulated. Continue to vote democratic and insure your children and grand-children will never know a life better than their parents and grand-parents. The American dreams will be just that a dream!

If President Obama has led us into any kind of “light” it is the light of a lamp held by one of his cronies or his wife. Never before in the history of this country has one family spent so much on their own personal satisfaction. Never before have so many had to look so hard at how they spend the money they have. Never before have so many had so much trouble finding work. Living on a fixed income these days is more than just a challenge, especially when a large part of that income is taxable and those taxes are being spent so stupidly by the First Family and Congress. This has got to stop or the country will have to deasult on the debts owing. What then?

Lola: I have very few friend left who are even so much as in favor of the Barry Santoro, the illegitimate president. They have either changed to become highly critical of all political party characters espousing New World Order such as Progressives and Socialist/Marxists/leninists like the Obamas, or, they have now chosen to become silent and uncommunicative with me. My ex-wife is the only one I know of who is actually a “B.O. idolizer” and I believe God led me to my separation and divorce because he didn’t want me unevenly yoked with a non-christian and irrational Progressive!
You need to be brave and tell your friends the truth because only truth shall set you (and them) free. Find the facts and express it to them. However, be aware that my experience is that ultra-left liberals truly display “cognitive disonance” ~ meaning they literally build a mental “wall” against the truth because it clashes with their world-view ~ and because they refuse to accept the truth they simply dig in their heels and become obstinate, stubborn, and irrational. You might experience losing friends over this and that is the saddest outcome of trying to be a good American Patriot.
