‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

Military dads

June 19, 2011

I was just thinking – we really need to do more for our military dad’s. We need to give special attention to their families, especially the wives and children. It’s father’s day and for most of us as fathers we are w/ the family and children. But what if dad is several continents away? What if you haven’t heard from dad in weeks and don’t know if he is hurt, wounded or even alive? Think about it in those terms. It doesn’t take a brass band or special convention – it takes you and I caring about those who preserve our way of life and sharing ourselves as a thank you. Their children need to know their dads didn’t serve in vain. We should especially go out of our way to embrace the children whose dads have paid the ultimate price. And while you’re doing that – remember those in law enforcement as well.

Take action and share this!
