Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the 32nd President is remembered for a lot of things revisionists constantly seek to sanitize, but justifiably well recognized by all for the speech he delivered to Congress and the nation December 8, 1941, the day following the iniquitous attack on our Naval Base in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii by the Empire of Japan, in which he proclaimed the previous day “a date which will live in infamy.” A persuasive argument can be made that June 15, 2012 is a date which will live in infamy as well, because that is the day the 44th president decided the Constitution of the United States of America was little more than a roll of Charmin, and that he fully intends to keep using it in that fashion.
The act of side-stepping Congress for the purpose of granting amnesty to illegal aliens was a black-gloved salute of unbridled militancy, a Mao-Cap-wearing act of the most opprobrious nature, and an announcement to the world that the second term he seeks will be as Despot of the United States Socialist Republic. If this and his latest ambush of asserting Executive Privilege to cover a criminal co-conspiracy between him and his Attorney General goes unchecked the next thing we will learn is that his new jobs program has a heavy emphasis on building gulags for dissidents in modern media who write poignant blogs in opposition to his Marxist power putsch.
Aside from the outrageous imperiousness of giving a one finger salute to centuries of our most accomplished constructionist planners and patriots, jurists, politicians, lawful citizenry, an industrial complex begun and developed by the children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of legal immigrants, and a military that has kept us from becoming another corrupt nation resembling those run by socialist rulers, emperors, and dictators, he played the child-card while doing an illicit end run on Congress.
What a coward.
How about a cursory look at the numbers he was shoveling like droppings from a horse barn? 885,000 illegal alien “children”, eh? How does someone arrive at a nice round number when everyone to whom he refers is UNDOCUMENTED? It was a number he determined he could sell. Not too high and not too low, but in reality nothing but pure fabrication and likely 20 times or more as high. A quick tally from any number of state and federal government websites puts a collective drain on the economy from illegal aliens at approximately $350 Billion per year due to free hospital health care, food stamps, lunch programs, Medicaid, welfare and social services to name but a few, which does not take into account the cost of suppressed wages to American workers, loss of tax revenue, crime, foreign remittances, or the epidemic of diseases in elementary schools due to lack of immunization, a problem our medical research professionals solved over 50 years ago. So what did this president do to demonstrate his disdain for the separation of powers?
He rewarded people with a similar disparagement and disrespect for the rules and laws of a country, a country far more sophisticated and established than the country from which they departed like rats deserting a sinking ship. They came here unlawfully, scammed the system, and taught their kids how the game is played, eventually, spuriously rationalizing that the act of illegal entry is acceptable because it has now become generational. It is no coincidence that a person with an anti-American ethos would want to reward others to whom regulations are deemed a nuisance.
Rules establish structure and laws maintain what has been created and give it sustainability. This orderly codification of law and procedure was created to prevent, among other things, willy-nilly interpretations for the purpose of making a reckless stab at political expediency, most particularly during an election year. It would appear that now, however, we are confronted with a calculated and clearly pre-meditated anarchistic attempt to usurp power for the purpose of creating civil unrest. It should no longer surprise anyone, any longer why a Marxist cross-dresser would pick a like-minded legal fascist for his Attorney General, both of whom come from radical training grounds which did not promote a belief in the rule of law, but by stark contrast, an unyielding belief in the law to rule. The result is an unsavory alliance of a sinister and pre-planned nature, developed specifically to create a symbiotic relationship between Justice and the Executive Branch that would permit and then enable promotion of an ideology.
Holder figured prominently in clemency for a notorious group of terrorists and an infamous fugitive near the end of the Clinton administration then became partner in a law firm that represents Gitmo detainees. The inescapable fact is that Mr. Obama’s devious methodologies and associations have more in common with Russian leaders of the past 90 years than with any US President, for he clearly holds our country in utter contempt and abhors the infrastructure of government, rules, laws, and civility upon which this country rests. And so does his Trotsky.
Enough information has finally been unearthed to show that there is no coincidence between the two men’s behavior and their collective indifference and disregard for well established precedence, and are in fact joined at the hip to assert insidiously that what they are doing is within suitable parameters. Comrade Obama and Generale Attorney have only recently been put under the microscope long after foisting their sophistical policies for random observance of law on an entire nation, and now it’s more a matter of trying to put the egg back in the shell, which is no easy task, for if Congress was too intimidated to once ask the requisite questions of a black AG candidate, it is doubtful it will summon the courage now to investigate what is obvious to even the most casual observer.
If Barack Obama had a son he might or might not look like Trayvan Martin, but if he had a twin brother he would look exactly like Eric Holder.

The problem has been “wished away” for decades, Mrs. Avery, and after so much passing of the buck we now have these unilateral stabs at correcting it.
It didn’t happen over night, nor will it be fixed in such a fashion.
I believe regulations should make it easier for law-abiding immigrants from Mexico to work here and/or become American citizens. I have long stated that if the US wanted to “nation build” it should have begun with our oppressed neighbors to the south. But to give amnesty without any input from Congress in a transparent effort to increase your voter numbers is despicable, as is arming Mexican drug cartels with 2000 high powered weapons.

The way I see it, he’s insulted Israel and thereby the majority of Jews, he’s told the Catholics that their religion is second to his whims and the rest of us believers that we’re nothing more than bible thumping gun totters.
He’s cutting the military funding and as our military is all volunteer; that should irk them that he doesn’t care enough for their welfare and not to mention the weapons manufacturers that are seeing their sales fade away. The pipe liners over the XL pipeline and surely Arizona and Florida are ticked over voiding their efforts to clean up their voting roles and North (South?) Carolina have to have him on their you know what list over the Boeing plant.

I hear reports on the media (and believe some of them) that the blacks are seeing that he didn’t produce for them what he led them to believe he would, the tree huggers are sniveling because he hasn’t completely outlawed any carbon based energy, all of the NASA from the engineers to the floor sweepers, all plumbers and 4 1/2 million people that are out of jobs and trying to live on unemployment should be upset.

I hope the actions of the administration today will give the Speaker encouragement to allow the Contempt of Congress vote to take place this week. Eric Holder has NOT upheld the laws of our country since the day he took office and I don’t believe he will change his stripes anytime soon.
I must give the many LEGAL immigrants their just due and let them know that a large MAJORITY of Americans welcome them with open arms and appreciate the fact that they respected the LAWS of our country.

His disrespect for both Congress and the Supreme Court has been blatant since he gave his first address to the nation…insulting members of the Supreme Court and Congress before the entire country (and world).
The man has NO class and it is quite evident he intends to respond to the Court’s Obamacare decision in the same manner as he did today’s ruling on the Arizona law. It took just a few hours before the administration told AZ to forget about calling…their calls will go unanswered – so what if the Supreme Court ruled otherwise!
I do hope the justices took note of the disrespect shown today for their ruling. I’d like to see AZ take the administration’s thumbing their nose right back to the Supreme Court. Chief Justice Roberts, I am truly disappointed in your vote today. I applaud Justice Scalia for honoring the Constitution in his dissent.
