Obamacare Ruling No Favor To Obama

The Supreme Court of the United States has decided the Constitutionality of Obamacare: Obama’s signature piece of legislation has withstood the scrutiny of the Supreme Court. The ruling was 5-4 with Chief Justice John Roberts rendering the deciding vote and siding with the liberal side of the Court. I will tell you that as I put pen to this Daily Rant, I have not read the entire opinion. I respect the opinion of the High Court, even as I vehemently and bitterly disagree with the majority ruling. I will not curse them or call them names.

With that as a caveat, I submit that the High Court has not done the Obama administration any favors. Quite the opposite. What they have done is tantamount to the weakest person in town, casually walking up to the most powerful and dangerous person in town, and not just slapping him in the face, but spitting on him and then giving him the single finger salute as he turns to nonchalantly walk away. If that person thinks he can victimize that strong person without paying a significant personal price, he is moments away from finding out how wrong he is.

The point of the referenced analogy is that I believe the High Court has ignited a wave of opposition to Obama and those legislators who are responsible for placing this yoke of government burden around our neck.

Keep in mind that the High Court ruled in accordance with the arguments of lawyers willing to change language and argue the very thing that Obama and his minions claimed The Affordability and Portable Health Care Act was not. This was the success of the oral arguments when the High Court sanctioned the slaughter of unborn children and when it sanctioned the removal of God from the public square.

Obamacare was a bitterly opposed bill that America still opposes. Obama is too narcissistic to not crow like the Marxist banty rooster he is. He will rub this in the face of those politicos who opposed it, not realizing he is rubbing it in the face of We The People.

My friends, our course has been laid before us. The battle has been brought to our doorsteps by government fiat. We do not have time to weep and wring our hands. We must work feverishly to secure the Senate with a super majority and we must add to our numbers in the House of Representatives. We must demand they repeal Obamacare, not allow it to survive as Congress did Abortion and the bastardizing of the Separation Clause.

And finally, we must defeat Obama. With this victory in hand, he will be emboldened in ways that he no doubt thought of but was reluctant to impose. This is our battle and if we do not have Congress repeal today’s ruling it will become the abortion issue of our present and future. If we do not remove Obama from office, this is but a hint of what life under his rule will be like the next four years.

There has never been a moment in our history as important as this one because the High Court‘s ruling has opened the door for the expansion and intrusion of government into our lives in the most unprecedented way in history.

The High Court has handed down a ruling on the bill that more than 60 percent of America opposes. If every one of those 60-plus percent vote against Obama in November, Obama will be crushed in November. And that will be a decision that the High Court cannot rule against.

I just read this opinion and found it worth sharing:

Chief Justice Roberts Is A Genius

Woody, given that the number 70% is often stated as being the percentage of voters that are against ObamaCare, and given that the Supreme Court has said that it is the responsibility of the people to decide the wisdom of the “Affordable Care Act”, it seems quite clear to me that “the people” need to start sending notice of no election or no re-election to every politician running for office in 2014. Tell them that if they don’t start immediately to dismantle or void the entire program, we’d vote to remove them from office. No excuses, no stuck in committee, no game playing, no blame inaction on someone else, no political BS; get to it Congress. You work for us and we can and will fire you.

Given that they seem to think we’re all dumb as chickens, let’s exercise our stupidity and get to work pushing this cart uphill. I’d start with the town mayors and city council and work my way up to the office of the President if I had any say in the matter, which I mostly don’t except for myself.

Right or wrong in the opinion of everyone in the country, the Supreme Court is the arbiter of the law and the final say so. We’re going to have to live with it until we can get enough conservative politicians in office constantly looking over their shoulders to watch the wolf pack smacking their chops behind them.

Seems to be a great issue for the Tea Party to take up.

    From the Roberts opinion:

The Supreme Court upheld the Individual Mandate by calling the penalty for not purchasing insurance a Tax. They court went on to say, “BUT THE COURT DOES NOT EXPRESS ANY OPINION ON THE WISDOM OF THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT. UNDER THE CONSTITUTION, THAT JUDGMENT IS RE¬SERVED TO THE PEOPLE.”

We The People must let our voices be heard at the soap box and at the ballot box in order to avoid having to resort to the ammo box. But We The people must be heard. Refuse to vote for anybody who will not commit to repealing Obamacare.

Mychal-I agree w/ you 100%; however, John Roberts is up against Obama’s Chicago political thug machine.& I know you remember the Clinton’s file- gate. Not to mention Kagan’s illegal participation in this debacle!

Obama guess sees us all as coal miners. If we even try to make a living for ourselves just doing what we can with what we have at our disposal living our lives as our moral consciences command us he will devise a plan and federal laws to change it all preventing our endeavors and taxing or fining us out of existence. Just like he did to the folks in West Virginia.
This has to be the most “in you face” arrogant egotistical high handed and deceitful public official I have ever seen.

  8. sumitch June 28, 2012 at 5:38 pm #

Barb, we’re going to pay for them too. We’re going to “share the wealth” until everyone lives in a concrete wall apartment and we spend every dime we get paid for food. The wealthy will for the most part will not be hurt. Especially if they make suitable donatons to his re-election stash.

It’s going to take a while, but I don’t think the middle class with put up with much more. I hope November gives us some relief; and some moving vans and empty chairs in DC.

I encourage as many people as possible to read up on the quality and availability of health care in China and Russia. It’s as scary as hell. Not only is “not everyone” provided health care, you could have someone as little qualified as a certified nursing assistant providing health care to you, or a medical nurse’s assistant……Doctors will become more scarce. People with money will be bribing for the better health care. Something sounds familar about this scenario…the poor will continue to get the least quality care and the rich will get the better care. So what has really been accomplished here?… the same old answer, it’s about control and nothing more.

  10. sumitch June 28, 2012 at 5:28 pm #

Mychal, I’ve already sent very polite emails to my Representatives plus some other House leaders; “Now what? I don’t think the voters are going to set around and watch you do nothing this time”.

I don’t expect answers, but I’ll bet I’m not the only one that is filling their in boxes. We should jam their email servers and their phones. If we just sit here and do nothing, they’ll just dust off their hands and leave for the 4th of July vacation. They’ll only do something if they hear from enough people and feel threatened.

Is it possible that there is a game plan to Justice Roberts decision? He has been considered a conservative and this is mos def not a conservative action. Perhaps he uncloaked Obama care for what it is rather than what Obama says it is when he speaks through his lying teeth. There is a good chance that the revealed lie among other hot points will take him down and be his undoing. I am at a place where it isn’t just politics anymore. I think Obama is actually trying to rip the constitution into pieces like so much trash. In the history of humanity, the United States is just a “baby” as far as a country. Our freedoms could be shredded if “we the people” don’t get this pompous narcissist out of office. Vote and make the vote count. Don’t throw your vote away by voting for a remnant candidate. There is no perfect candidate, but there is a candidate running who can win in Mitt Romney, and we are at an “anybody but Obama” place.

  14. jocelyn anderson June 28, 2012 at 3:28 pm #

It is very hard to not feel the sense of doom from this ruling. After the Arizona ruling, I think we had a hint on where this Court is going on Constitutional issues. I am leaning more with JP and MontieR on the realism of this. I believe tide is against us. It is against human rights for the most vulnerable and unwanted, against individual freedom, against faith in God, against even common sense. Obama the Nazi Narcissist and the hens at the Supreme Court are now the symptom of the disease of a dying society. Those of us fighting against it are the Don Quixote of our age. Too many are on the books of the government in one way or another, and this was planned years ago. Our children are weak and desensitized to evil and error, and besides, there are video games and shopping to be filling their time, while their autonomy is eroding. But, as my mother stills says at 88 years old, “right is right if everybody is wrong”. Keep fighting.

    • Mychal June 28, 2012 at 4:45 pm #

jocelyn anderson: we do not have time to be afraid or fearful…we have a fight on our hands…if this ruling doesn’t inspire us to oust obama nothing will…

  15. Chris June 28, 2012 at 3:24 pm #

I am LIVID over this ruling-just what did Obama blackmail Roberts with? The fact that he left BHO re-take the Oath of Office a 2nd time w/out the phrase…”so help me God” in it should have been the warning siren. For those of us still employed, what this means is that our employers will find it more cost effective to shelve our plans (and mine is a very good one, but I pay dearly for it thru payroll deduction) & pay the penalty. Then us employees will have to purchase our own health insurance plans at inflated premiums, no doubt.

    • Mychal June 28, 2012 at 4:50 pm #

chris: oh please…don’t start w/ the conspiracy mongering…I do not agree w/ roberts decision…but I absolutely believe he rendered it in good constitutional conscience…I also believe it is a means to control congress…let’s get obama out of office and not start w/ the rumors about scotus…this was a phyrric victory for obama and if I know it he knows it…

Sumitch I understand any one with an income pays….what about those on food stamps, government housing etc who do not ‘earn’ money? or earn it under the table? if one adult in the family works, he/she pays, what about the others in the family who don’t work or have an ‘accountable’ income? of which there are plenty….and illegals….

sumitch: I just said same thing…you are correct…

  19. Barb June 28, 2012 at 3:16 pm #

I have never ever heard anyone on any talk show or read in the paper/magazines or heard on radio how in the world do you get obamacare payments out of unemployed people and their dependent families…..so in the end….are those who are still working going to have to pay for the unemployed and their families too? and how are the ‘illegals’ who get on obamacare supposed to pay since we are each supposed to pay for the medical care?
some very thick fog here…..please explain someone….Thanks much

    • Mychal June 28, 2012 at 4:54 pm #

barb: bottom line is those paying now will continue to pay and those not paying will continue not paying…as long as they are able to claim poverty…or union privilege…

And the people that ignore politics and/or aprove of what is going on don’t have the brains to see that the axe isn’t really going to fall until 2014. Hmmmmmmm I wonder how that date was plugged in?

We’re going to be tested people, tested hard, and it’s just started. I hope we have the back bone our forefathers did. I’ll be astride the rearing stallion when it’s over at least. Not that that’s any real comfort.

The Supreme Court doesn’t have to opt in on ObamaCare. I don’t believe they are that stupid. But, they have served a mighty injustice to THE PEOPLE who are forced to be in Obama’s control and I find this unacceptable. I thought the Government could not sell Health Insurance. That was the big cry a few months ago! This decision is downright Socialism in our Supreme Court. Maybe worse. Now Obama can dictate without the Supreme Court and Congress. Both Branches have given him the go-ahead. I still can’t believe we are $paying$ this clown and the entire Administration to destroy America.

    • Mychal June 28, 2012 at 5:03 pm #

marilyn: I disagree in part…I think what they have done is give us the incentive to get up on our back legs and take the battle to congress…its time for us to stop waiting for someone to do it for us…unsheathe our swords and take no prisoners…we must work to oust obama…we need a repeat of 2010…

  22. n holiway June 28, 2012 at 2:42 pm #

To those who look to Nov to solve this & return us to being a “free people” I can only say wake up! You have forgotten that Romney was the real father of Obama care & just flip flopped to pretend he’s against it when his staff told him how unpopular it was with voters. You also forget that it was BOTH Dems & Repubs who passed it to start with. Move on to Romney fully approving of NDAA which is a full assault on our freedom & now TPP which will take what’s left of our freedom! The GOP has shown it’s true colors in the way they used corrupt & underhanded methods in the primaries to force Romney on us even though no one seems to really want him. Add to all that Romney’s eagerness to send our children to die in yet another unnecessary war(Iran)while draining even more from our treasury that’s already broke! The republicans are no better then the Dems & we’re no smarter then the Germans who allowed a man like Hitler to take their freedom & enslave then.

n holiway: we need another 2010 november election…

  23. Cindy June 28, 2012 at 2:36 pm #

Actually, when this ruling came down (brought to me by my husband’s frantic cell phone call, while he patiently waited to board an airplane)…I didn’t weep, I didn’t swoon to the floor nor did I wring my hands. And I did not have an impending feeling of doom. Now I, like many of you, are trying to “sort” out the dissenting arguments, and those the Court agreed upon. I am trying to sift through all the comments, from all the bobble heads, the know-it-alls and the like, on this historic ruling. But I have to tell you…one thing I am definitely feeling is that this Republic is not dead, as some would have us believe. This Republic is alive. This Republic is healthy. This Republic is on fire like I’ve never felt it before. You can just feel the energy. This Republic did not see its final demise as a “no-nothing radical Progressive” waged a silent coup back in November 2008, aided and abetted by his willing and cunning cohorts in the Congress and the MSM, culminating in his being elected to the highest office of the land. Just the opposite. And Chief Justice Roberts remarks to whit: 6/28/12: Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts: “It is not the job of the Supreme Court) to protect the people from the consequences of their political actions.”

Lit off a light bulb in my pee brain. This Republic was first defined and set up as the people being in charge, not the government.

This gives me a great deal of hope.

I believe that the majority of the American people who opposed Obamacare, are made up of an assortment of colors and backgrounds. We may belong to different parties but we have all have found that we’ve come together as one unit like never before as we have one thing in common and that is we don’t like being pushed around; we don’t like having a President and a Congress telling us what we can and cannot do; and we definitely do not like the fact that if we do not sign up for health care under this this so-called Affordable Care Act, that the IRS is gonna come knockin on our door.

If ever there was a time for this country to re-write history, it is now.

Today’s ruling by the Supreme Court, after all the naysaying and handwringing is done, will support my belief that there may be some pain we’re going to have to endure but in the end, states’ rights and the PEOPLE’s rights will rise above anything a federal bureaucrat can impose on us because we have the power to change things. We always have. That’s why we are THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, A REPUBLIC, UNDER GOD AND MADE UP OF FREE MEN AND WOMEN –THE GREATEST COUNTRY ON EARTH.

This ruling will be a short-lived victory for a gloating President and Congress. I guarantee you that.

But the people and the state’s need to step up to the plate to see that this LAW IS REPEALED.

So, this November, let’s get out there and show them who’s really in charge in this country.

    And it ain’t OBAMA.

God Bless all the good and decent, law abiding, tax paying, hard working Americans, of all colorS, who make up this magnificent land.

Now, on to victory in November!

    • Mychal June 28, 2012 at 5:08 pm #

  24. sumitch June 28, 2012 at 2:25 pm #

Well, our supposed Constitutional Lecturer either didn’t know what he was talking about (easy to believe) or like the man said “You Lie” (easier to believe). In this case I don’t think he knew what he was talking about and lying. To tell the truth, if he knew what he was talking about, he would have had to tell us that they will be a new tax, so it’s either/or. I’m not sure which is the greater danger.

The real lie is that “Taxes on anyone making %250,000/year or less will not see their taxes go up a single dime”. But he left himself a back door here too. Taxes didn’t go up on a quarter million dollars a single dime; they went up something closer to $25,000. I wouldn’t be overly surprised to see him say exactly that with a straight face.

Now while we wait for Election Day and see if we can somehow beat the liberals and the stupid, the “our first black President”. Ain’t we just the very be all end all of no racism”, the unions, the blacks (sorry Mychal, facts are facts), SEIU thugs, The New Black Panthers, the now split up but still in business and still being funded by the government ACORN, the voter logs filled with illegal aliens, dead people, the NFL, Walt Disney’s entire cartoon cast, the voters that vote twice and the stuffed ballot boxes ably assisted by the AG (hopefully soon to be facing contempt of Congress ruling), we may have a chance.

We’ve heard a lot of knowledgeable legal authorities that say if one part is unconstitutional, the whole thing is, but the Supremes managed to re-write the suit and handle that, that it’s going to be taken apart piecemeal by the Republicans and a couple of Democrats (are they DINO’s) or voided or whatever you call it, in toto by a new President if he makes it to the White House or some other hot breath and BS out of D C.

We’ll see. I’ll bet my last shiny dime that Congress won’t do anything but puff out their collective chests and beat them while making dark threats about whatever they can come up with.

I’m no legal expert by a long shot, but I didn’t know you could change boats in the middle of a law suit.

The only thing left to do is vote out EVERY Lying Liberal, and EVERY cowardly Rhino. Remember, just because they have an (R) behind their name, does NOT mean they are Conservatives. We’ve had plenty of Rhinos giving in to the tax-and-spend Libs. We need to call them out and make them accountable for sending this great country over a fiscal cliff. It makes me very afraid for my kids and grand-kids. In past centuries people left oppressive governments and came to the U.S. Where is there a free country left to escape to? None. We must stand and fight for this country. However, in saying that I don’t have much optimism left. I don’t really trust Romney, and there appears to be in-fighting within the Tea Parties. Someone tell me what the next step is??? How do we fight Obama’s Executive Orders, his stepping over Congress? And now he is going to be more emboldened by this horrible SCOTUS decision.

We will have great problems in the next election. You have all missed the boat in the fact that the average American thinks that entitlements are free and will vote for the devils that promise them. The Supreme court is a rubber stamp now for this Usurper and his minions.
I do not believe that we can ever get back to the middle. This Country is doomed and way beyond redemption. I grew up in “Camelot” and watched as our Constitution was dismantled, helpless to prevent the assaults.
This was the final blow to a great society that will never be again.
It took a tea tax to spark the fire over 200 years ago, but those were brave people who were united in their cause. We no longer have a united cause; we are left with every man for himself.

I would like to think that Americans are still the greatest FREE people in the world. We were able to rally all the willing fighters to fight the enemy when they bombed Pearl Harbor. We proved we could stand up to an enemy and win. Now we have an enemy within our own Government. Can we still prove we are not cowards like our elected representitives? Can we still defeat the enemy at the polls? Hell yes we can. I for one haven’t given up the fight yet.

First of all, we must remember that God has but one Wife – Israel, His Chosen People. America is not and never has been God’s Wife nor His chosen people. Secondly, the Bride of Christ is ALL true believers in Jesus Christ, Jew first, and Gentile. Thirdly, an eye opener is Dr. John MacArthur’s book, “When God Abandons a Nation.” A good place to start is to listen to Dr. MacArthur’s interview with Brannon Howse at this link: http://www.worldviewweekend.com/worldview-radio/play.php?id=showsFlat-21500. America is failing morally so rapidly that the events in Washington are to be expected. Romans 1 is an excellent description of God turning us over, and it is happening. As passionate as we may be about the political, economic, moral and social issues that anger and frighten us, we must remember that Satan is a master at diversion and distraction. As Christians, we are not called to fight the flesh and blood battles, but the spiritual ones. Our commission from Jesus is found in Matthew 28:19-20 and Acts 1:8. The Book of Acts is an excellent record of how the early church pursued that commission, and we would all do well to remember that and do likewise. SPEAK THE WORD OF GOD BOLDLY so more souls can be added to the Bride of Christ. We are not called to solve issues; we are called to save souls.

    mychal,

your last sentence is the most telling – the supreme court approved something that 60% of the people do not want. that is the beginning of trouble, when the government, paid for by the people, start doing things that the people don’t want. this has been happening for a long time, due to the huge increase in federal government size in recent years, but this is another great step forward in government power. #$%* them.

In my opinion the only chance we have now to avoid an active, possibly very violent revolution against this burgeoning, cancerous Marxist/communist obama dictatorship is to awaken, educate, and activate enough people to get off their apathetic behinds and not only overwhelmingly vote them out of office but clearly inform their elected representatives that if they support the communist destruction of this country, they too will be gone in one way or another. That is if another election is even allowed.

The SCOTUS ruling today, while not unexpected by many of us, is a prime example of just how deep and pervasive the scourge and corruption of far left influence in our government has become. When a slim one vote majority in our second highest court once again turns the Constitution upside down by upholding the most egregious piece of abominable, freedom crushing legislation a cabal of treasonous snakes ever illegally smashed down our throats against the clearly expressed will of about seventy-five percent of us, the certain end of individual freedom for this American people and subsequently the world, is looming on a very near horizon. The deciding vote by Chief Justice Roberts is perhaps the most disappointing of all. I had thought he had a spine but apparently I was wrong.

In addition, the fact that we as a nation have not risen up and demanded the end of slaughter of tens of millions of the unborn is going to bring upon us a judgment much more harsh than any court of mortal humans could ever impose.

I called it the second highest court because there is a much higher court untouchable by their rulings that everyone on the planet, including those now so intent on ruling us, will eventually answer to. However, if we intend to regain and maintain the Liberty defined for us by our Founding Fathers and paid for so dearly by our courageous ancestors, we cannot wait for the eventuality of the true Justice that WILL certainly be dispensed by the highest court in the Universe. We must help ourselves.

I am stunned and confused by this ruling! First of all, I thought the Court was supposed to rule on the bill’s constitutionality. Period. Instead, they rule it O.K., if it’s a tax! HUH? Then Roberts tartly states they can’t rule on the wisdom of who we elect? HUH? Is this a huge middle finger to us saying “well, you elected him and the other losers who got this through Congress? Last, what the heck is wrong with Roberts? I can only guess he woke up with a horse head in his bed! How else to explain the Arizona ruling, and now this?

The Court did not go off the left cliff here, even though I violently disagree with this decision, their decision is defensible, even if such defense requires a long stretch.
I think that Romney said it best today. ‘SCOTUS said that ObamaCare/APA was NOT UNconstitutional. The court DID NOT say it was a good law or even a good idea.’ This decision puts the conservatives on notice – Stand up or Shut up. Mitt clearly identified that this bill will hurt the economy “This law is a job killer.”
We need to use this as our ‘sound-bite’ to replace the Obama Administration and the Left-leaning Senate. This should have been a political issue and SCOTUS has specifically told us that it is political and they are not going to get involved.
We conservatives cannot hide behind the fence any longer. We need to stand up and march forward. We need to mobilize the “Silent Majority” that RR connected with and mobilized. We should take this as a challenge to make this election a statement! We need to beat the progrssives and socialists decisively and effectively. We did this in Clinton’s first mid-term election but did not follow up on that success well enough. We cannot make that same error here. If we can mobilize the grass roots support that we all believe is out there and THEN hold the elected persons’ feet to the fire to do what they were elected to do, i.e. Make Government Smaller and Less Intrusive, the progressivism and socialism will find themselves seriously ill in the USA.

Remembering how this fraud became law it is now very clear we can official rename Obama’s party as the Democratic Socialists. If any of them are not willing to admit it they should switch now.
This is exactly the perception Republicans must use in the campaign and if any of them don’t have the guts to say it publicly they should be sent home.

  42. John McClain June 28, 2012 at 12:41 pm #

The supreme court has done to its self, exactly what obama has done to the executive branch in three and a half long years – evicerated the last remnants of honesty in its ways and means, discarded its actual purpose as established by our founders, and chosen to join the rest of the illegal and criminal central government.
In this ruling, it has simply stated the essense of the whole story of “Alice in Wonderland”. Those commenting on the decision for the past weeks have stated expectations of consideration of the interstate comerce clause, expectations of consideration of the general welfare clause, and rule based on actual constitutionality.
As it has stated, the court ignored those issues entirely, and breaking entirely with the rule of law, chose to use semantics, by accepting the notion fining an individual for failing to buy as mandated, can be considered, in good faith, a tax, and not a fine.
In doing so, the supreme court has followed every other ruling it has made in the face of the contempt of The People, ignored “the rule of law”, ignored the “plain meaing” of the text, and allowed a prevaricating meaning, a lie, be applied to the punishment which will be meted out to those who don’t buy the mandate, and in doing so, it has ended any real relevence it has had with the law in our Nation.
In essence, this decision has demonstrated the supreme court need never consider the principle of “the rule of law” ever again. When government chooses such a stance, it always lives upon it once it is established. We no longer have a Constitutionally derived “supreme court” but a fiat supreme court, equal to the fiat currency we have long had to live under.
I pray we are more conscious of our rights abrogated here, than we ever have been over the fiat money. Revolution should have come with the call to turn in real money in exchange for paper.
Revolution should come with the establishing of the fiat supreme court, as it has no connection in its decisions, with any principle this Nation was founded upon. For those who have forgotten, it was said if the government can mandate buying health insurance, it can mandate buying anything. The supreme court just assured us, if congress only calls it a tax and not a fine, they can now mandate what and how we buy.
Semper Fidelis, America, long may the Flag wave.

It appears to me that the Supreme Ct is once again LEGISLATING! If the argument is that it was NOT A TAX…..WHY ARE THEY SAYING IT IS A TAX JUST TO “DEFEND” IT CONSTITUTIONALLY! If it cannot be defended constitutionally isn’t that the same as it being UNCONSTITUTIONAL! I have lost all faith in the SCOTUS between what they did to Az. and now this! Sounds to me like THE FIX WAS IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Mychal June 28, 2012 at 5:54 pm #

  45. fullcirclethinker June 28, 2012 at 12:01 pm #

I recall back when the elder Bush was running for re-election. The number one thing that defeated him, even though he had been enjoying a 90+% approval rating for the first Gulf War, was his inability to hold to his promise NOT TO RAISE TAXES. This is exactly what the Supreme Court has defined Obamacare as being: A tax increase. If that simple truth can get out there, it could well be the tipping point issue that will see Hussein voted out of office and put America back on the path to greatness once again.
