Bud Seling, the Commissioner of Major League Baseball, has appointed a committee to determine why there are so few African-Americans playing professional baseball. I certainly hope that the African-Americans he is referencing just got off a boat or jetliner from Nairobi or Mozambique or some other African domicile.
