The other evening on my twitter, a person asked me why I didn’t like the Obama’s? Specifically I was asked: “I have to ask, why do you hate the Obama’s? It seems personal not policy related. You even dissed their Christmas family pic.” The truth is I do not like the Obamas, what they represent, their ideology, and I certainly do not like his policies and legislation.
I’ve made no secret of my contempt for the Obamas. As I responded to the person who asked me the aforementioned question, I don’t like them because they are committed to the fundamental change of my/our country into what can only be regarded as a Communist state.
I don’t hate them per definition, but I condemn them because they are the worst kind of racialists, they are elitist Leninists with contempt for traditional America. They display disrespect for the sanctity of the office he holds, and for those who are willing to admit same Michelle Obama’s raw contempt for white America is transpicuous.
I don’t like them because they comport themselves as emperor and empress. I expect, no I demand respect for the Office of President and a love of our country and her citizenry from the leader entrusted with the governance of same. President and Mrs. Reagan displayed an unparalleled love for the country and her people. The Reagans made Americans feel good about themselves and about what we could accomplish. Could you envision President Reagan instructing his Justice Department to act like jack-booted thugs?
Presidents are politicians and all politicians are known and pretty much expected to manipulate the truth, if not outright lie, but even using that low standard, the Obama’s have taken lies, dishonesty, deceit, mendacity, subterfuge and obfuscation to new depths. They are verbally abusive to the citizenry and they display an animus for civility.
I do not like them, because they both display bigotry overtly, as in the case of Harvard Professor Louis Gates, when he accused the Cambridge Police of acting stupidly, and her code speak pursuant to now being able too be proud of America. I view that statement and that mindset as an insult to those who died to provide a country where a Kenyan, his illegal alien relatives, and his alleged progeny, could come and not only live freely, but rise to the highest, most powerful, position in the world. Michelle Obama is free to hate and disparage whites, because Americans of every description paid with their blood to ensure her right to do same.
I have a saying, that “the only reason a person hides things, is because they have something to hide.” No president in history has spent over a million dollars to keep his records and his past sealed. And what the two of them have shared has been proved to be lies. He lied about when and how they met, he lied about his mother’s death and problems with insurance, Michelle lied to a crowd pursuant to nearly $500,000 bank stocks they inherited from his family. He has lied about his father’s military service, about the civil rights movement, ad nauseum.
He lied to the world about the Supreme Court in a State of the Union address. He berated and publicly insulted a sitting Congressman. He has surrounded himself with the most rabidly, radical, socialist academicians today. He has fought for abortion procedures and opposed rulings that protected women and children, that even Planned Parenthood did not seek to support. He is openly hostile to business and aggressively hostile to Israel.
His wife treats being the First Lady, as her personal American Express Black Card (arguably the most prestigious credit card in the world). I condemn them because, as people are suffering, losing their homes, their jobs, their retirements, he and his family are arrogantly showing off their life of entitlement – as he goes about creating and fomenting class warfare.
I don’t like them, and I neither apologize nor retreat from my public condemnation of them and of his policies. We should condemn them for the disrespect they show our people, for his willful and unconstitutional actions pursuant to obeying the Constitutional parameters he is bound by, and his willful disregard for Congressional authority.
Dislike for them has nothing to do with the color of their skin, it has everything to do with their behavior, attitudes, and policies. And I have open scorn for their playing the race.
It is my intention to do all within my ability to ensure their reign is one term. I could go on, but let me conclude with this. I condemn in the strongest possible terms the media for refusing to investigate them as they did President Bush and President Clinton, and for refusing to label them for what they truly are. There is no scenario known to man, whereby a white president and his wife could ignore laws, flaunt their position, and lord over the people as these two are permitted out of fear for their color.
As I wrote in a syndicated column titled “Nero In The White House” – “Never in my life, inside or outside of politics, have I witnessed such dishonesty in a political leader. He is the most mendacious political figure I have ever witnessed. Even by the low standards of his presidential predecessors, his narcissistic, contumacious arrogance is unequalled. Using Obama as the bar, Nero would have to be elevated to sainthood…Many in America wanted to be proud when the first person of color was elected president, but instead, they have been witness to a congenital liar, a woman who has been ashamed of America her entire life, failed policies, intimidation and a commonality hitherto not witnessed in political leaders. Tom, can you please explain why Obama is "100 times worse" than Bush? It's easy to throw nonsensical statements out there, but it means nothing. Try being specific and if you don't mind, make sure you are placing the blame where it belongs. We already know the debt has increased while he was in office, but it all started when Bush was in office. Obama has actually spent considerably less than Bush and has been cutting government, so please don't use that as your basis.
The frightening thing is you actually believe he has cut government and reduced spending. Where have you been? He has spent more then all previous presidents combined, including GWB. Government payrolls have increased massively under him which is his idea of reducing unemployment. By your logic, the deficit he inherited was begun by John Adams. Sorry, all you need to do is look at CBO reports, look at economic indicators, look at unemployment 17%, look at increased regulation on small businesses, EPA over reaches, a justice department that bases decesions on political calculation rather then law, homeland security expansions. You want details, take the time to look for yourself.

Spending is very high and if you look at it in raw numbers, it’s higher than ever. However, you can’t just look at raw numbers. You have to account for inflation and other things. For instance, did you know under Bush the cost of the wars were “hidden” off the books, but are counted for Obama? You do realize Bush was responsible for TARP, but the cost is associated with Obama? The financial collapse was caused by the housing bubble, which was caused by deregulation of the banks, basically letting them do whatever the hell they wanted to do. They screwed this country over big time making billions of dollars and now this idiots on the right want to blame Obama. It wouldn't have mattered who won the last election, because the economy cannot have a significant recovery until the housing market improves and the job market improves. I think Obama has done a tremendous job considering what he walked into and the congress he has had to deal with the last two years.

Toby, civil rights were supported by members of both parties. I think it's too big of an issue for one party to claim ownership of civil rights history. First of all, as you probably know, both political parties have gone through many changes over the years and have changed positions on various issues. Republicans like to claim Lincoln as one of their own. However, the republicans of his time are not the same as now. The republicans during the civil rights era also are not the same as now. There used to be "liberal republicans" and they were the ones that supported the civil rights act along with democrats, except for the "conservative democrats". The republican party went through a big change during the Reagan years and again more recently. Did you know there was a time when there were more pro-choice republicans than democrats? That's because republicans that truly believed in smaller government, also believed government should not tell a woman what to do with her body. They firmly believed that government had no right to be involved with that. My point being, Frank's comment is based on today's democratic party and the fact that it was historically liberal politicians that supported civil rights, though that did include both parties.

There's no whitewashing that. Further, if we are going to address the evolution of humanity, you can't ignore the growing pro traditional values of today's Americans, which gives me more hope than Obama ever did. I will also agree that government has no business regulating abortion, much less funding it. It is each woman's decision, and not a health care need, but a want of convenience. If a woman doesn't want to have a child, either prevent it proactively or don't engage in the act. To me it is the epitome of selfishness, except in the rare case of medical indication (rape, incest, maternal mortality). To use abortion as a form of birth control is nothing but selfish and lazy, and it should never be paid for with someone else's hard earned money. If we, as a people, stopped glamorizing bad behavior, had a fair system of accountability for all, we can be whole again. Until then, with a sitting president pitting American against American, we are in big trouble. Which is why I pray more now than I ever have in my adult life.

Tony, it seems to me you and I may actually agree on more things than we disagree on. I think posting on places like this can misrepresent our full position on issues. I am personally a pro-lifer. I could never ask my wife to have an abortion now or many years ago when we were dating. It has never been part of my DNA. However, I don't feel I should push my feelings on the issue on to other people and I really don't think the government should be involved with this issue in any way. I feel very strongly about that, no matter what situations you want to present. I hear what your saying about rape…etc, but I don't see that as being a managable alternative. I think when it comes down to it, abortion needs to be legal, needs to be the decision of the woman and her family but we need to educate people as much as possible. Making it illegal is not the answer. I have no problem with the government not funding abortion. If someone wants one, they should have to pay for it. Though I will add that my tax dollars go to many things I may disagree with including wars and the president never calls me to ask my opinion on it. However, I would never advocate for government funding of abortions.
Your comments about Senator Byrd are certainly correct. I really don't want to get into a history lesson on these things because as I've said, parties have changed and people have changed. Byrd renounced the KKK and apologized for being part of them many times. I would prefer to focus on the current parties, which are very different than the parties of the past. I am a previous republican and I do not relate to the current party in any way other than I do believe in working hard and everyone should try to contribute in some way to society. I came up the hard way and nothing was handed to me. I came from a blue collar family, served time in the military and worked very hard to get to where I am. However, not everyone has the same opportunities and I do think we need to have more opportunities for our people to succeed. We spend way too much money on military and not enough on our own people, education, police, fireman, infrastructure…etc. We need to focus on our own needs before fighting wars and worrying about other countries. Let's meet our own needs first, then we can consider others if able.

Robin, this country has had a long history of racism. Racism comes from people not political parties. Your referencing old politics as a way to show how the democratic party is racist, is misleading. We have had many political parties consisting of all kinds of ideologies. Racist people will follow the party they most identify with. Early on many were democrats because of that party's support of slavery during the civil war. By the time of the civil rights act, that started to change because of so many democrats supporting it. The biggest change came during the Reagan years when the religious right basically took over the republican party. Being a republican doesn't make you racist, but I think most people would agree that racist people identify more with the republican party and more specifically the tea party which I believe is a fringe group within the republican party. The KKK is a white supremacy group as you know, and the current democratic party has a large minority following. Do you really think they would want to be associated with that?

Toby, I agree with you regarding showing respect for the president, no matter what party he belongs to. I also wasn't a huge Bush fan. I think picking Cheney as VP was a big mistake. He had a couple good people in Colon Powell and Condalezza Rice in his administration but Rumsfeld and Cheney were cancers that made Bush look even worse than he actually was. Cheney was a big reason why we went to war. As far as the criticisms Bush received from the left, you have to admit, he set himself up for so much of it. The poor guy was not very articulate and misspoke frequently. Having started two unpaid wars also left him open for a lot of criticism. However, when it comes to Obama, he has not made the same kind of mistakes Bush has and doesn't deserve the hatred and vitriol that is being directed at him. The hate directed at Obama is far worse than anything Bush received and is actually kind of scary when you see just how strong it is. I don't think just because you don't like Obama it's because of race, that's too much of a generalization. However, there is absolutely no doubt that there is a tremendous amount of hatred for him that is based on race. The attacks on Bush were just as ugly as anything we see today towards Obama. The difference to me is that we had a guy (Bush) trying to hold us together vs a guy who is supremely egotistical and arrogant. When I read Mr. Massie’s editorial I felt that he was right on target. With that being said I would like to point out history from both sets of eyes. Ask Americans what they thought about the dropping of the A-bomb on Hiroshima and you will find a mix of feeling but can almost without checking snoops or other “fact” sites. Most Americans in my eyes would have not liked it but felt it was necessary! Now go to Japan and ask a common citizen what they thought about it. The words unfair, unnecessary, uncalled for, blah blah blah and/or EVIL would come from their mouths. So with that being said it’s all in the eye of the beholder! My feelings are such when it comes to politics, “how do you know when a politician (dem, rep, lib, green, tea, commie, nazi…….) is lying? Their mouth is moving!!!” I’m going to sum it up all in the words of my faith Christianity. They brought a harlot to Jesus, almost demanding that he condemn her to be stoned (and trust me they was ready with stones in hand)! Without taking too much time he said “he without sin cast the first stone” The silence was deafen as all of the rightous dropped their stones and turned to leave. I do not care who you choose to follow or what you believe but when you point a finger you have 3 more pointing back at you. I didn’t read every one of the postings entirely but what I did reminded me of the two who was trying to show the others who could swim the deepest holding their breath, they both drowned because they each thought they was better than the other one. Bottom line is that we need to fix what is broken before we do not have a country to fix and that means Liberal, Democrats, Republicans, Tea Party, Left and Right Wingers need to pull together before we disappear. So now for all of you that will choose to reply in a fashion that would get my grade school kids mouth washed out with soap (yes I do for all attacks on another human) I will pose one question and see if you can solve the riddle……if a tree in the forest falls, and no one is around to hear it…..does it make a noise?

Etheleen, Did you ever think that the reason that people, Republicans/ Democrats/other parties across the board, have no respect for the Obama's rests more on their actions, lack of actions, tactics, political maneuvering, playing the "race card" when it suits them, spending public money irresponsibly while others are starving, elitist attitudes, and socialist policies, abuse of privilege and power, and let us not forget tactics of divisiveness and hate-mongering than with the color of their skin or the party which they represent? I am proud that America overcame the race barrier and elected a non-white guy to the Presidency. I am ashamed at the way that the man, his wife, and his party have represented that race (or as they – in true solidarity I am certain – with other races would say "people of color").

I am proud to say that in the United States of America everyone has the right to express their opinion because more than 1,000,000 men and women have given their lives for that right. I am also proud to say that this country has the ability to change its leadership by votes rather than violence. What I am not proud of, is the ignorance that this country displays when it comes to choosing its leadership.
As I recall, Obama campaigned on Hope and Change and did not outline his plan for either, yet American citizens grabbed onto the Hope and Change concept and voted for Obama even though Obama offered no substance behind the rhetoric. Obama also pledged transparency in government, another positive concept. However, if transparency is the order of the day, why did Obama accept an award for “transparency” behind closed doors in March 2011?
The question of race has become a concern in this country, because whites are terrified of minorities who use race as missiles. I do not agree with Obama’s ineffectual policies or his openly flaunting the laws of this great country, especially when it comes to rewarding those that have entered this country illegally, but that does not make me a racist. I do not agree with the President of the United States throwing around executive power when it suits him, i.e., citing Executive Privilege when Holder was being held in contempt of Congress for refusing to turn over documents regarding the outrageous “Fast and Furious” debacle, but that does not make me a racist. I find both implementing a scheme in which criminals are given weapons and then invoking Executive Privilege to cover up the “mistake”, disgusting and offensive, but that does not make me a racist.
Mychal, Thank you for confirming what I have known for the last four years. I am registered Republican but I tend to vote with my head not my party. I am now 60 y/o. I was intimidated to vote Obama in 2008 by young co-workers. I was disappointed by George W’s ill advised invasion of Iraq and Sen. McCain’s ill advised choice of Sarah Palin. If Obama would not have been such a “secret” I may have voted for him. I am so glad I didn’t. I don’t think I could live with myself if I had. Now we know the Obamas are all about secrets. Many Americans fought and died to establish a Nation free of tyranical royalty. The Obama administration somehow are under the impression that they are royalty! Recently Obama incorrectly invoked executive priveledge to save his minion Eric Holder. Obama (some people will criticize me for not addressing him as President, I refuse to address a criminal and traitor as President)and his administration have no respect for our laws or the will of our people. They are puppets of the “New World Order” and their instructions are to sell us out. Heaven help us!

To those that stated that Obama shared his tax return, yes he did after he was president. A presidential candidate is not required to share their tax returns.
As for wanting him to fail, if anyone thnks about history, and though I’m not putting the label on Obama, would you have wanted Hitler to win or fail? This is a thought you should think about before condeming someone for their views on why they wanted someone to fail. Think of it this way, if what this article says is true, would anyone want him to succeed?
