‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

Fox News Covers Dixon-Neely, But Ignores Jehmu Greene Poison

May 23, 2012

It didn’t happen immediately, but social studies teacher Tanya Dixon-Neely was ultimately suspended from her teaching position at North Rowan High School in North Carolina–even if it was with pay. The important thing is that she will no longer be able to spew her bias and ignorance in the classroom.

Neely did what many mind-numbed, race-blinded black teachers do every day and get away with. But in this instance a student turned the tables. The student did what white adults are terrified to do–he respectfully stood up to the teacher and exposed her biased bigotry.

Tanya Dixon-Neely was captured on a 10-minute video telling the student he could be arrested for speaking ill of Obama. The incident occurred in her social studies classroom, and Neely can be clearly heard telling students that criticizing Obama could land them in jail. (SEE VIDEO HERE:http://www.salisburypost.com/News/052112-WEB-North-Rowan-teacher-suspended-qcd)
Let me take you back to a piece I wrote titled “If Obama Had Son, He’d Look Like Shawn Tyson.” (READ ARTICLE HERE: http://www.wnd.com/2012/04/if-obama-had-son-hed-look-like-shawn-tyson/) The article was about a white youngster who said he was doused with gasoline and set on fire by two black youths reported to be students at the boy’s school. I referenced two black teachers, Ms. Karla Dorsey and Ms. Veda Monday. As I wrote, these women teach at East High School in Kansas City, Missouri. They have been prominently identified as allegedly performing their teaching responsibilities in the most racially-biased and bigoted ways imaginable. I spoke at length with the East High School District’s Public Relations person, Andre Reiley, on April 18 and once again today as I prepared this rant.

And then there is Fox News Channel. I don’t watch Fox News Channel anymore, but this morning (May 22) I watched Bill Hemmer and Martha Macallum’s show at 9:00 AM eastern. I watched for one reason: to see how Fox would report on the North Carolina teacher situation. MaCallum and her guest host made strong points about the incident during the segment with the student. But we’re still waiting for her and her Fox News program counterparts to explain why they are promoting racial double standards and encouraging black racists like Jehmu Greene to attack white contributors with racial epithets that no white person would dream of using.

The common thread running through all of the incidents above is they all deal with black bias and black bigotry and in the case of Fox News–outright black racism. Even though the North Carolina School District tried to ignore things, realizing things weren’t going to go away with by doing nothing, they made a half-hearted attempt to address the situation by suspending Neeley with pay.

But in the case of Jehmu Greene‘s racist name-calling of Tucker Carlson, Fox has done nothing. No public statements and no public apology by Greene, just the same oleaginous, condescending sneer by Greene as Fox continues to have her appear on the programming.

As this election heats up we are going to see more and more racially motivated actions similar to these. It is also safe to say that these events are not isolated classroom incidents. I argue they are emblematic of the greater issue which is blind allegiance to Obama, not because of his policies, but rather because he is black. Fox News Channel’s allowing Jehmu Greene to call Tucker Carlson a “bow-tying white boy” on the air and to give her no reprimand, contributes mightily to the black-bully mentality and the duplicitous racial double standards that blacks wield against whites with such authority.

Just as Hunter Rogers, the white North Carolina student who refused to accept the errant information from his black teacher, we must refuse to quietly accept racial impropriety such as that of Jehmu Greene. If a white male had called Greene a “thick-lip jungle bunny” that man would have been immediately removed from the air. And everyone who is honest knows it. If a white teacher had spent time in her classroom championing Mitt Romney and telling students that they were not permitted to speak ill of him in her classroom, blacks and the liberal white media would have lined up to attack the school, the teacher, and whites would be cast as satan himself. Marches, demonstrations, threats of violence, and the A-list of black race-mongers would be sprinting for the eagerly waiting microphones and the Fox News shows.

In the interest of fairness, Fox News must respond to the insulting behavior of Jehmu Greene. It is unfair for Fox to encourage and support a culture where everyone is not treated the same. Greene has been given a pass that would never be given a white person. If a high school student is willing to confront ignorance and racial bigotry we must be willing to do the same.

Fox News producers either know they have handled the Jehmu Greene racist insults wrong or they don’t give a rat’s behind about the insult to their viewership. Emails from viewers are not responded to, and my phone calls to Irena Briganti, the Fox media relations person, go unreturned. I left messages today that have been ignored.

This is the behavior of a company that believes it is above responding to us because in their opinion we have nowhere else to get news and information. I say they are wrong and if you agree with me then I’m asking you to join me in telling Fox News Channel we demand an apology and the suspension of Greene. And we want an acknowledgment from Greene stating that her racist bigotry was wrong and that it has no place in public discourse.
