Is Fox News Channel Becoming The Black Supremacist Channel

Fox News Channel has taken support and encouragement of divisive racial double standards to new lows. Fox News has made a conscience decision to not only endorse black supremacists but also to give them sanctuary and turn a blind eye when they spew their racism. Fox has long been a place where Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton were welcomed in prime time viewing slots and even encouraged to spew their bigotry–unchallenged. And they have now given Jehmu Greene carte blanche to make racist insults at her leisure without concern.

It is worth noting that Don Imus was a shock jock when he referred to the Rutgers’ women’s basketball team as “nappy-headed hos.” Making fun of people is part of what Imus was paid to do; it’s what his listening audience enjoyed. Sponsors paid huge advertising dollars because his edgy humor commanded a large listenership. To be fair, Imus and Sid Rosenberg were joking while Sid was doing the show’s sportscast. It was edgy, but neither Imus nor Sid meant it as anything more than locker room jocularity.

Imus apologized for his comments, and subjected himself to Al Sharpton’s “genuflection tour.” Sharpton and every other black face and wannabe came out of the woodwork excoriating Imus for his comments. Sponsors jumped ship and those that hadn’t immediately came under siege by hostile hordes demanding they drop him. Imus was humiliated, suspended for two weeks, and ultimately fired.

Donald Imus and his wife are philanthropic juggernauts. The Imus Ranch for children with cancer and their charities rival any individual charities in scope and magnitude in America today. But for all of his good work, Imus was forced to grovel and suffer humiliation before being fired.

Remember Los Angeles Dodgers’ General Manager Al Campanis and the comments that had him branded a racist, publicly humiliated and fired from his job? I’ll refresh your memory. During the 40th anniversary of Jackie Robinson’s breaking of baseball’s color barrier, Campanis was asked by Nightline host Ted Koppel about the dearth of black managers and the absence of black general managers. Campanis responded that blacks “may not have some of the necessities to be, let’s say, a field manager, or, perhaps, a general manager.” He would later explain that what he was trying to convey was that blacks “[lacked] the necessary experience, not things like inherent intelligence or ability.” But it was too late. Campanis was unceremoniously fired, driven out of baseball, and remembered as the baseball executive who made a racist statement.

What he was trying to say was absolutely true at the time. What wasn’t mentioned is that Campanis was anything but a racist. What went unmentioned was that in 1947, when Campanis and Robinson were both Dodgers, it was Campanis who offered to room with Robinson–when the other players wouldn’t even share a water fountain with him. It was Campanis who taught Robinson how to pivot at second base and throw the ball low enough that the approaching, Robinson-hating base runners couldn’t gore him with their spikes. In the minor leagues, it was Campanis who always invited Robinson to eat with him while the other whites shunned him. It was Campanis who, in the middle of a minor leagues game, threatened to deck an opposing team’s player who was bullying Robinson. It was Campanis who was responsible for signing Roberto Clemente, Tommy Davis, and Willie Davis.

White players, black players, and baseball personnel alike, openly insisted that Campanis didn’t have a racist bone in his body, but it was all for naught. The man who had, by his actions and life, exhibited anything but racism, was fired and suffered an ignominious fate of being remembered for one poorly worded answer. All of the good things he had done for Robinson and blacks in baseball were forgotten.

There was also sports announcer Howard Cosell. It is widely believed that he was driven from the airwaves because he made reference to Washington Redskins wide receiver Alvin Garrett, as “That little monkey gets loose doesn’t he?” The truth is he wasn’t driven from the airways, he retired at the end of the season to spend more time with his family and grandchildren, and because travel and sports casting were changing and he had grown tired.

The truth about his comment “that little monkey” is that it was a term of endearment Howard used. He called his grandchildren “little monkey” from the time they were able to crawl around. He referenced white athletes Mike Adamle in football and Glenn Hubbard in baseball as “little monkey” because he admired their skills and athletic ability. It was Joseph Lowery of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, a virulent black group, who attacked Cosell as being racist and demanded a public apology. Cosell rightly and justly refused–standing on his insurmountable record of support for black athletes, not least of whom was Muhammad Ali. Lowery overlooked Cosell’s record and attacked him as racist.

Jehmu Greene, on the other hand, has continuing questions about her time with Project Vote and about her sordid relationship with ACORN: questions she refuses to answer and that Fox News has refused to address with her publicly. Greene has done nothing to enhance society; she has no reputable philanthropic involvements–she has only black supremacist and Marxist anarchy to show on her resume. I encourage all to read: Former ACORN Insider Infiltrates Fox News written by Anita MonCrief. (http://emergingcorruption.com/category/corruption/acorn/)

Fox News has not held Jesse Jackson accountable for him extorting $10 million from Texaco, for accusations of racism that never took place. Nor have they held him accountable for his anti-Semitic barrage of “Hymies” and “Hymietown.” Fox has, however, rewarded Jackson by hiring his daughter Santita Jackson to be an on-air contributor. Fox News has given a complete pass to Sharpton’s Tawanna Brawley lies that nearly destroyed the lives of innocent police officers. They do not mention that he is responsible for the fire and murders at Freddy’s Fashion Mart in Harlem. And it would appear that they intend to extend the same courtesy to Jehmu Greene.

Show host Megyn Kelly had an opportunity to do the right thing by confronting black racism but instead she laughed it off. There isn’t a snowball’s chance in the desert that she would have laughed it off had a white male guest called Greene “Aunt Jemima.” It is time we stood up and stared down these types of double standards. People watched Fox News because it was, at one time, an honest alternative to the alphabet cable news channels. That can no longer be said.

I say Fox News should hold Jehmu Greene to the same standards that white hosts are held to. She should be fired or at the very least be made to issue a public on-air apology followed by a two-week suspension without pay. As for Megyn Kelly, Fox News should have her apologize for being complicit and compliant in sanctioning Greene’s racism.

Calls to Fox News Media Relations person Irena Briganti have not been returned.

I don’t know about you but I am sick of Whites (I do still love them dearly) turning to the respectable Conservative Negro for leadership and wisdom.

I am not talking about liberals but many White “conservatives” also swoon when it comes to any opportunity to post a thumbs up to a Conservative Negro.

Let me see, I have gotten probably a dozen emails on what some Conservative Negro has said scolding his brothers on their despicable behaviors (behaviors mind you NOT nature) and pointing out racism on the part of blacks. Or even scoring points by defending White people.
    thumpety-thumpety-thump-thump.

I have had to finally exit the soppy, sappy facebook pages on account of excessive nausea induced by this Conservative Negro hysteria.

Its as if Whites have lost their own tongue and put these blacks out there to do all the “dirty” work for them.

In the end the black respectable Conservative Negro, when he gets firmly ensconsed, is going to pull a massive chimp-out on deluded Whitey! Seriously, do they believe that these negroes are color blind and would not help their own first and foremost over Whitey??

    I am sick of it!

Bill Cosby, Thomas Sowell, Allen West, J.C. Watts, Herman Cain, and now some Mychal Massie.

    Who else?

I really like the way you have characterized Howard Cosell. He had a great impact on sports. Revenues and player salaries began skyrocketing with the popularization of sports in our loving rooms.

I turn on Fox News at 6AM every day and leave it on all day while I’m working in my office. What I’m doing more often than not these days however is muting it to keep my temper and blood pressure in check. I am really getting fed up with a lot of their on air personalities and ever creeping political correctness. The people that bother me the most are Bill Hemmer who sounds like an egotistical jock that doesn’t have a clue about how real Americans in flyover country live, Megyn Kelly the Drama Queen who acts like every story she covers is the most outrageous thing that’s ever happened in history but giggles like a silly liberal at things that should disgust decent people, Shepard Smith who is just a knee jerk liberal buffoon, and finally Bill O’Rielly who is so full of himself he’s impossible to watch. I wish there was an alternative that were more like what Fox News used to be like. Another thing that bothers me is that Fox gives Obama more face time than all of the other networks combined, and he’s not welcome in my home so there’s that much more muting of the TV or switching the channel. I like staying informed, but am having a harder and harder time being able to tolerate the messengers.

The whites have no experience in freely lashing out at blacks w/o being accused racists. But blacks can lash out at whites w/o being called racists. It cannot change overnight, but it can change in a decade. The attitudes of millions have been forever changed by Obama’s and Holder’s in-actions. Obama was voted in as the first black president because in his speeches he presented himself as Martin Luther King and John Kennedy all in one – someone who was going to WOW the world and bring everyone together in harmony. But he fooled everyone and marched us backwards. This is the work of an anti-christ disciple.

What can we say about FOX except they’re probably being blackmailed by Soros’ Media Matters? Remember how Megyn Kelly reacted/treated Herman Cain? Her behavior comes as no surprise either-she’s a liberal lawyer turned (pseudo)journalist. I try NOT to watch FOX news or any news channel on TV for that matter. Thanks Mychal to you & other conservatives like Jessie Lee Peterson, Thomas Sowell, Erik Rush, Ellis Washington & many others for pointing out the lies of Black Liberals vs. the Truth of Black Conservatives! All you guys are my favorites. (p.s. leave us not forget the women represented by Star Parker & Deneen Borelli, too!-Keep it up ladies)

    • Mychal May 11, 2012 at 12:14 am #

chris: fox isn’t being blackmailed…they are simply taking on the character of those who host the shows and their producers…

  6. gunter May 10, 2012 at 1:21 pm #

After reading some of the blogs about Fox’s change of attitude of late, it hit me. I used to watch intently, to all the commentators giving their opinion on the political landscape, sans the left wing bias and It was my dose of sanity, away from the soooo very biased msm and the total lunatics at MSNBC.
Recently, more like since Juan Williams was given various reoccuring spots on Fox, I have been less inclined to stay glued to the this channel with the vigor I once had. Without questioning too much, my discomfort with the state of the news being dished up by many of the new talking heads and figuring it was just from my mood of watching the same old, same old every day, it now becomes clear to me why I started to surf around of late. The once reliable Fox has now drifted into the land of, “Let’s give the leftists a voice, without calling them out on their lies and distortions, soley for the sake of diversity.” That’s not what made you so popular Fox, why are you screwing up a good thing. Your viewers know when bull***t is being shoveled, and we expect you to call these people out on it, rather than placate them.
O’Reilly has been the most egregious in this manner. His style of reporting used to be, “you ain’t going to get away with that nonsense here in the “no spin zone,” but he seems lately to fear being tabbed as a racist, if he takes them to task. Your a big 6’4″ presence Bill, start using it, instead of genuflecting to these prenicious liars. I think his tours with Beck/Miller have taken a toll on his for-sight.

    • Mychal May 11, 2012 at 12:19 am #

gunter: I could see a case being made for your last sentence…juan isn’t a bad guy he’s just wrong on practically every issue…he sees everything through a colored prism…

  7. Kathleen May 10, 2012 at 11:57 am #

I do believe FOX and associates have under reacted in terms of their response to the slander and racist comments by their lefties but I also believe they are letting the wolves slowly peel away their own sheep’s clothing. I appreciate the opportunity to see them for what they really are every time they let their guard down. I believe this exposure is good for those viewers who have not otherwise had the opportunity to witness what many of us have experienced firsthand. Let’s hope it gets out more sensible and intelligent voters.

      kathleen: very well shared…I agree w/ you…

  8. Garwoodv6 May 10, 2012 at 11:39 am #

I was initially ‘put off’ by the caption of this daily rant, but as I read it, I understood -and agreed wholeheartedly.

What happened to FOX NEWS CHANNEL? In the last year, I have noticed their decline -and watched less and less of it.

There was a time when FOX News commanded most of my TV viewing time; it all made sense. Not so much these days.

Time to clean house, FNC. And find that “pair” you had. See a doctor if necessary… perhaps you suffer from low “T” ?

    • Mychal May 11, 2012 at 12:30 am #

garwoodv6: hahaha…they are on top of the heep only because the other channels are so bad…fox is analogous to our nation…it started out w/ the best intentions and did very well for a while…then slowly almost imperceptibly at first they allowed evil liberals to creep in…and before you knew it they like the nation had been subverted and turned into something we barely recognize…but know we are displeased with…

  9. mamajo May 10, 2012 at 10:43 am #

Thank you for confirming what my gut told me about Jehmu Greene. She reminds me of a pecking order animal that feigns friendliness with a cheshire cat grin and a soft spoken purr while spewing out garbage at her opponents. Is this the extreme approach to the other end of the spectrum of the Black Panther intimidation approach? So insincere that I have to steel myself whenever she comes on. How can these people that manipulate true feelings live with themselves. Their integrity is so low and their beliefs are so evil that they stoop to such tactics as the truth would give them an ulcer if they told it! mamajo

    • Mychal May 11, 2012 at 12:35 am #

mamajo: they can’t live with themselves…they just don’t realize it…she is amoral and evil…and I would say that to her face…

Mychal, a Great Rant today as usual! I’m passing it on to all the people I know. I particularly like your Rants that are relevant to what’s happening at the moment as this one does. Thank you & keep up the Rants!

  11. LoneStar May 10, 2012 at 10:40 am #

Have you noticed how Jehmu Greene always talks with a very pleasant smile on her face, no matter what she’s saying? Guess she thinks this will disarm people and lead them to agree with her. As for Fox News, I think Bill O’Reilly has become one of the worst for giving these black racists a soapbox and his ego won’t allow him to admit it. He is, after all, “looking out for” us!

    • Mychal May 11, 2012 at 12:44 am #

lonestar: keep in mind that crocodiles shed the equivalent of tears moments before they eat you…her sneapish sneer is as disgusting as she is a bigoted marxist…

  12. Jeanne May 10, 2012 at 10:32 am #

    Mychal,
You are quite right that Fox is enabling racists like Greene and it’s a shame. I have been emailing the “powers that be” at Fox, demanding that Greene be punished. I’m sure they’ll get right on that – as soon as pigs fly. I’ve also emailed Ms. Kelly and shamed her for failing to perform the most basic duties of a host – making sure the discussion is civil and even-handed.

No one should get a pass for bad behavior, but this goes beyond that as you so ably point out. It is incomprehensible to me that the most “famous” names in the “civil rights movement” can engage in arguable criminal behavior with impunity. The emperors parade around, start nekkid’, chastising us for our shabby clothing, and no one says a thing. Incredible.

Thank you for another day of truth! I have to call and read your column to my mother every day. She’s hooked, just like me.

    • Mychal May 11, 2012 at 12:48 am #

jeanne: don’t expect fox to respond until they feel they have to…they know what I’m saying is being heard…they’re counting on other groups not speaking out for fear of not being invited on the show…please know I am deeply touched by you very last sentence…thk you so much…

  13. loto May 10, 2012 at 10:21 am #

She NEVER stops talking!!!!!!!!! She is like the female version of O’Reilly – she just never stops talking!!!!!! It’s sad to watch Fox crumbling into the abyss of political correctness.
Great article Mychal, and thanks for your defense of Mr. Campanis – he was truly a good man.

    • Mychal May 11, 2012 at 12:52 am #

loto: what they did to Al Campanis is a disgrace and indicative of their evil duplicity…likewise their action against Imus and Cosell…Cosell had the hutzpah to tell them to take a hike…

  14. Ben May 10, 2012 at 10:08 am #

I think you are so right. FOX is just a little better than the government media. They still are afraid of not being politically correct and pander to the extreme ilk like Sharpton and this Greene woman. They rarely call out the racists and leftist liars for what they are.

Perhaps when their ratings drop they will realize their error. I usually watch GBTV and hope one day it will be on cable and more readily available.

    • Mychal May 11, 2012 at 12:54 am #

ben: their not afraid of not being politically correct per say…they are simply showing themselves for what they have become…

  15. Lofsted May 10, 2012 at 9:49 am #

I cringe every time I see Greene on a show, but there is value in letting her spew her viewpoint in public. People can see who she is. Let Jehmu continue…she is a racist, always has been, and will screw up again in front of millions. No amount of fake apologizing will change her nature. Fox doesn’t have to do anything but sit back and let it happen.

    • Mychal May 11, 2012 at 12:57 am #

lofsted: you’re right she is a racist marxist…but the problem w/ letting evil into your house so to speak…is that like termites it will eventually destroy your foundation and then your house…

  16. Wendy May 10, 2012 at 8:42 am #

Mychal, your articles are so illuminating. I do look up the links that you recommend to people for more indepth reading. Thanks! I used to watch Fox news, I could see it changing. To me, enabling the double standard of racism, for certain races, will continue to break us down as a society. So sad Fox News has joined ranks with biased media. I like Fox News Business. So what is all this “enabling the black racist behavior about”? To keep the black people from becoming ‘more angry’? I don’t get it. It saddens me that racism is being enabled and we’re being forced to accept it as a normal, accetable way of behaving – when, in fact, it is very distructive behavior.

    • Mychal May 11, 2012 at 12:59 am #

wendy: fox is showing itself for what it has become…I watch fox business…most times the guests that lou dobbs has on his show annoy me…but he is ok…

  17. smogdew May 10, 2012 at 8:41 am #

How could Megan Kelly do otherwise and still maintain her Sweet Polly Purebred image.

Give me Ann Coulter, anytime – sometimes a bit distasteful but nonetheless on the mark.

    • Mychal May 11, 2012 at 1:00 am #

smogdew: I’d like to toss kelly out on her ear…she should have been tossed when they covered for her and her involvement with sharon bialek…

  18. Bill Mason May 10, 2012 at 8:13 am #

Mychal, let’s also not forget the racism that exists within our government. Particularly Attorney General Eric Holder. Why he did not go after the Black Panthers for voter intimidation in Philadelphia or recently for putting a bounty on the head of a man the police had already decided was innocent. Or our President who has chimed in twice with race issues only to show the true racist he is. Unfortunately now FoxNews has followed suit. Thanks for being the sole journalist to bring this up and demand answers. We need more like yourself.

    • Mychal May 11, 2012 at 1:11 am #

bill mason: you are spot on and I’m not forgetting it…this rise in overt black marxism and bigotry is directly attributable to the obamas…what we need is more people supporting and helping to spread the work of those such as myself…we also need people to stand up and refuse to bow to this evil…

  19. Duker May 10, 2012 at 7:29 am #

Mychal, we don’t have enough of your kind of hard hitting journalistic integrity today. Journalism is now a joke. There are many infamous propoagandists throughout history that, if alive today, would weep tears of envy over the fawning of the mainstream media over liberal causes. Woodward & Bernstein were the biggest patsies, IMHO, in journalistic history as the story they were fed was most likely leaked from the liberal media bosses. They were then encouraged and coddled to write the “really hard story” when in fact it was a cream puff piece generated out of the depths of those who hated Nixon with passion. The list is endless on the liberal media side. But, hey, that’s my opinion and you know about opinions; they’re like…elbows. Most folks have a couple. Thanks for the straightforward presentation of fact. We desperately need more Massies in our midst.
