Obama sent an email to campaign supporters (that’s an oxymoron), saying he was frustrated with Congress. That’s rich, because we are a hundred times more frustrated with him.
When he ran for office president he had all of the answers. He was going to heal the sick, feed the poor, change water to wine, and walk on water. Once elected the man who made promises that were beyond pollyanna and bordered on outright lies, came face to face with reality – but I get ahead of myself.
What we are seeing is a man coming undone around the edges. The source of his angst is the fervent and increasing public opposition to his policies, and public condemnation of him for treating the people as peons.
Bottom line, even the things he has been able to pass, have done so by fiat and by executive orders. I don’t need to recite what the legislations were, the question that needs to be addressed is why has that been necessary? While he was able to bully his healthcare through, it was a costly Pyrrhic victory.
People are opposed to his underhanded tactics and objectionable policies. Said run antithetical to everything we hold dear. It’s an easy accuse to blame opposition to his policies on the color of his skin – but that argument dissolves quickly under the slightest examination. It is ridiculous to believe that those who invested huge sums of money and who worked ceaselessly to get him elected, would now object to his policies because of skin color. If the growing number of liberal supporters who are turning against him based on their disgust for his color, why did they support him to start with? Why not support Hillary?
I believe Obama is disgusted with Congress because he didn’t just expect whatever he said to be done, he believed that should/would be the case. Remember his campaign debate line, where he was just going to pick up the phone and talk to Ahmadinejad and other terrorists. He wouldn’t have said it if he hadn’t naively or arrogantly (take your pick), believed that’s all he had to do.
He doesn’t expect people to object to his plans, because he views himself as above everyone. He came into office with a puerile sense of entitlement. His life in the White House has been drama in multiple parts, of a man who literally believes himself to be pharaoh-like.
A leader of reasonable ability understands what it takes to get the best out of people and more importantly they understand what it takes to have people follow them. They understand that infantile outbursts, blaming others, verbally accosting those around them and attempts to make public displays of people is not leadership.
If he had true leadership ability he wouldn’t need to play the race-card and blame game at every turn. It is true that he does it in part to have the people war amongst themselves, while he like a pestilence works to implement his destructive policies behind the scenes.
Specific to that point, is this latest dust up over when he can give a campaign speech, that he is masquerading as a policy speech, before Congress. I submit he envisioned one of two outcomes based on the way he handled it. The first had to do with his narcissistic arrogance, that allows him to believe his will be done. He wanted it and that settled it. The other potential reason for his not submitting to proper protocol in scheduling his speech, is an attempt to portray Congress in bad light. That would allow him to demagogue and spin it into an issue he could use as currency. In either case, it shows his willful mendacity and predilection to self and deception.
The more he is opposed, the more he determines to get even, vent his anger and seek revenge on those who reject his policies. Those who blame disapproval of his actions, policies, and leadership (such as it is), on race are either themselves the true racists or ignorant.
People are capable of deciding why they object to a person and the person’s policies. I think those blaming this on color of skin should have to give account of what they say about persons of another color when they are amongst themselves.

For those of you who missed Dr. Massie’s interview on the radio, I will tell you that it was TERRIFIC. He and the host DJ were in total agreement and it went great. About this article, it is an absolute truth that we have a president who is not only a narcissist but a pathological one at that. I would bet that this is certifiable. As far as whether or not this pro-Muslim president is a liar or arrogant, I would offer that he is both from the standpoint that a narcissist normally, if ever, believes he/she can do no wrong but so what…………a narcissist fully contends that even if he/she does something very wrong, he/she rules over all and therefore it is not possible for him/her to lie. This includes doing something illegal. A narcissist is fully convinced that he/she is the very center of the universe and will always chose to do anything and everything he/she chooses. Lying, arrogant, wrongful actions and choices, these things make no difference to a pathological narcissist since they do not exist for such a person.

Mychal, I’m really concerned about the left’s violent rhetoric as well. They think they can energize the left with anxiety and anger. I suppose they can. Its too bad that a discussion regarding Truth is no longer a viable option for the left… maybe it never has been an option. Thanks for your blog.
Loren: first of all lies is all they’ve ever had…secondly, lies, race-baiting and fomenting discord is all they have to run on…they can’t run on jobs, economy, homeland security, spending, education, housing, etc…what else has he got…
It has occurred to me that he is like a spoiled kid that has had everything he wants all his life and now that he has some who see through his smoke and mirrors, can’t understand why he isn’t immediately followed by his serfs. Even if he wasn’t such a wash out as president, I don’t think I’d like him from the first just because of his carriage and “I know it all” attitude. He really does think that he’s smarter, more educated, better looking and superior to almost everyone. He’s been told that all his life. Reverend White might be an exception. He pitches a tantrum and a fit if he doesn’t get his way. But consider, he’s had 3rd grade drop outs jump when he says frog and now me that that he isn’t bowed to, thinks he’s being mistreated.

The email Mychal refers to from Obama to his supporters also was interesting in that it exhorted his following to “contact” Washington NOW and to urge their legislators to support his jobs plan – BEFORE HE EVEN PRESENTED IT! – does that hubris sound familiar?
Editor: excellent point…another one of his “just do as I want done” attempts…that said you can bet by early next week there will be some bogus poll trying to convince us people are supporting something they’ve heard, seen, or read…yep, we haven’t seen this act before….
