‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

Kukla, Fran, and Ollie

November 29, 2012

This morning I watched Lindsey “Goober” Graham, John McCain, and Kelly Ayotte droning on about their private meeting with Susan Rice. It was like watching “Kukla, Fran, and Ollie”. Their collective, feigned indignation was appalling.

Susan didn’t just cover-up what happened in Benghazi — she outright lied. Even more egregious, she was fully aware that she was lying.

Need I repeat the obvious? Four Americans (Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty) were allowed to be murdered as the intelligence agencies, and, in all probability Obama himself, had ringside seats to live feeds coming from two aerial drones taping the seven-hour firefight.

Is this the best we can expect from senior Republicans? We need more than politicians appearing on television. The families of those murdered Americans deserve to know why they were allowed to be murdered. America deserves to know why they were allowed to be murdered. And their military brothers and sisters certainly deserve to know why they were allowed to be murdered.

But all we are getting from the elected is posturing before any available camera. Talk is cheap, but their murders demand more than talk.

We watched politicians talk and pontificate about Fast and Furious — and at the end of the day, two low-level bureaucrats quietly resigned with full benefits. In the meanwhile, the families of our brave border patrol agent, Brian Terry and ICE special agent, Jaime Zapata are left without answers and the American people are left not knowing if the illegal operation has been stopped or continues in another incarnation.

Are we willing to allow our elected Representatives to give Obama another pass on the murder of Americans? Or are we going to, en masse, flood the airwaves, editorial pages, and Congressional offices with our outrage at what has taken place and the way it is being handled?

No one cares about Susan Rice’s skin color; we care that she knowingly lied about what happened. The fact that the left is alleging racism and sexism is a specious argument intended to redirect and derail our demands for justice.

It is time for the elected to find more than cameras and expensive suits/dresses, and do what they were elected to do. Obama and his administration have blood on their hands, and Republicans are literally willing to wash it off for them.

We need to rally the same outrage that we have witnessed liberal groups organize in the blink of an eye.

Obama is now going to his supporters to rally support for his preposterous economic proposals. I say we meet him there with signs demanding the truth about Benghazi and calls for his impeachment.

It is the squeaky wheel that gets the oil, and that means it is time for us to squeak so loud that our Representatives will be forced to address our demands.

Take action and share this!
