Murdered border guards cry for justice from the grave

Murdered border guards cry for justice from the grave

The head of Homeland Security made it a point at every opportunity to tell America and the southwest border states how safe the borders were. She boasted that the borders were safer than at any time in history – claiming it was because of her. She with Eric Holder and Obama boasted that the numbers of illegal aliens crossing the border were down to unprecedented levels. She, along with Holder and Obama, made it clear that anyone who argued otherwise was doing so for political expedience only.

This is the spin they were weaving even as Operation Fast and Furious was claiming the lives of Mexican citizens in staggering numbers. This was her claim as American border guards were being murdered by rogue high powered assault weapons supplied to drug cartels by the Obama administration, even as they were on a campaign to restrict the Constitutional right of American citizens to own and bear arms.

GET ON THE INSIDE WITH THE MOST EXPLOSIVE CASE AGAINST ERIC HOLDER YET!

FREE Massie Teleconference with J. Christians Adams 11/1/11 Lean More Here

Here’s my point. Obama, Holder, and Napolitano lied. American citizens along the border aren’t safe. And together they have done everything to ensure the safety of property owners who suffer, the border towns that are overrun by illegals, and most egregiously – they are personally and singularly responsible for the deaths of Americans and 200-plus Mexicans who have been murdered by the illegal weapons they supplied to criminals.

Now Holder and Napolitano sit before Congressional hearings being pressed to tell what they know. The end result of those proceedings is Napolitano contorts her face in rage and contempt, at the very thought that she would be pressed to give truthful accounts of Fast and Furious. Holder, in league with Obama, has moved to change the Freedom of Information Act, to permit government agencies to lie and claim that requested information doesn’t exist even if it does, specifically to prevent the truth of Fast and Furious from being revealed.

And as my late grandmom used to say, if you kick a stone long enough something will crawl from under it. Well, specific to that point, this week we saw Hillary Clinton giving testimony before the same Congressional Committee. Her ability to deny, obfuscate, and dodge questions reminded us of the skill she displayed in protecting her husband from the sexual assault allegations, that should have sent him to jail and had him register as a sexual predator.

My outrage is directed at the way they dismiss the murders of Americans murdered, directly because of the illegal actions they committed. Hillary claimed that she was unaware of any State Department involvement. Well, hell’s bells – isn’t that a safe answer. Napolitano glared and looked even more unpleasant than she does on her best day, and actually tried to verbally intimidate certain Congressmen on the Committee. Holder flat out lied and Obama has yet to fully cooperate with requests.

These people are singularly responsible for the deaths of Americans and Mexicans alike. There is no way, absolutely no way, that low level agents at some podunk border post were going to come up with Fast and Furious on their own, much less come up with it and then set about instituting it with no other agency knowing about it, and without the very heads of the Departments involved signing off on said plan. It just would never happen.

We need an investigative panel with the ability to indict and bind over for trial. The charges against them should include international gun smuggling and conspiracy to commit murder and murder. We need them removed from office and if (read when) found guilty they should receive the harshest penalties available and then they should be handed over to Mexican authorities for criminal proceedings for the people murdered there. And for the rest of their lives, when a crime is committed anywhere in the world with one of the illegal weapons, they should be tried as complicit in the crime.

The families of the murdered border guards should be allowed to sue them for all charges applicable to what has happened. They should see their wealth taken from them and their families left destitute like common criminals. And we need to press congress to ensure that happens. Murdered Americans cry from the grave for justice.

And now it has come to light that Jesus Diaz, a border agent, is serving 2 years in jail for “assaulting” a drug smuggler. It appears Diaz, lifted the smugglers arms while he was handcuffed and caused him “pain”. Based on this a Judge sentenced him to jail. This is an outrage! His Wife appeared on FOX last nite and finally a todo is going to be made……thanks to Bill O’Reilly! Here’s a link for those who want more info:

That’s because it is a Democrat in the White House.
And, I think Hillary Clinton knew about F.&F. a long time ago. It was shortly after her becoming Sec. of State, that she started the drive to ban weapons saying that the guns coming from the U.S. were responsible for all the violence in Mexico. That was all about U.S. citizens having the 2nd Amendment stripped away. (If I remember that rightly)
So, my question: What did she know, and when did she know it?

  11. Fishfam says:

Mychal, why don’t you run for Commander and Chief! Let’s get this

There are evil things that some people do that those who are honest will never understand. I know there’s mental sickness, but that doesn’t explain a lot of what is going on. These people aren’t crazy. Just evil.

I’ve often wondered why the same politicos that people can’t stand keep get send back over and over. The only thing I can come up with is the people that yell the loudest vote the least.

  22. Mychal says:

danbubalo: indeed…you don’t get it because it defies reason…to understand it one has to reason outside the accepted box…

  23. Marilyn says:

Hmm. Suppose politicans and committees all afraid to step forward and get the ball rolling because they all have something to hide and this would be just tip of the iceberg!?

  24. danbubalo says:

A man who holds The Constitution in utter contempt, who has exploited the use of executive order, organized a cabal in the Justice Department to ligigate the rights of states as well as sneer at the rule of law while unilaterally “creating” laws of their own, circumvents Congress at every turn, and simaltaneously enabled islam to gain significant geo-political ground throughout the Middle East and northern Africa sounds like a foreign operative to me.

He has abused The Office of the President and we still don’t know anything substantive about his past——-only that he harbors views consistent with our enemies throughout the world and strives at every turn to empower them at the expense of our own national security.

Meanwhile, for reasons at best described as murky, Congress and the media have abdicated all sense of responsibility. I don’t get it.

  25. Sumitch says:

But I’d take ‘em back in a Yankee minute.

  26. Sumitch says:

A rose by any other name would smell as sweet. I suppose if you called a skunk a possum it would still stink. Or, as ole Mo used to say, “You can call it a radio, but it don’t sound like a radio.”

My buds still hold to the need to know rule. They just know that I need to know a little or I’ll go nuts. I don’t have any launch codes anymore, but I do know where a lot of the fuses are.

  28. Sumitch says:

I’m sure you have heard “You can delegate authority, but not responsibility”. If they didn’t know, they should have. Having dolts lead the parade isn’t much consolation.

  29. Sumitch says:

The Clinton’s were just liars and thieves. These boys and girls are after our very way of life. I still remember why I disliked both of them so much and haven’t changed my mind. Every day I find a new reason to hate the “leaders” we have today.

  30. Mychal says:

sumitch: simply put they should be made to pay the harshest penalties the rest of their lives…and yes I believe they are guilty…trial is necessary only to confirm same…

  31. Mychal says:

sumitch: could be…depends on what clearances/access you have…

  32. Sumitch says:

They’ve infected a vicious animal with rabies. Good ranchers, farmers, nature lovers are being killed. And maybe with our government’s help. It’s like giving Little Kim operational ICBM’s and then being surprised when San Francisco goes up in flames. They are complicit. They should pay. I’d be a traitor if I gave them to Mexicans. Just because they have been elected doesn’t make them any less.

  33. Mychal says:

sumitch: only thing i want from them is to see them doing perp walk in shackles…

  34. Mychal says:

    sumitch: well said…

  35. Sumitch says:

Deb, you’re right. But they can only rule if we let them. I’m hoping 2012 is going to show them who the rulers are. I’m only a young 70 and I’ve never seen the country so dissatisfied with the government. Not even under “Give ‘em hell Harry”. I want the country to evolve naturally, not by sneaks and thieves like we have and certainly not by strength of arms. But you can only push a junk yard dog so far …

  36. Mychal says:

shark_daddy: what do yo mean if…I’m telling you the very most that happens is holder resigns…big deal…resigning is last thing he should be encouraged to do…they should be horsewhipped and thrown in jail…and sued into serfdom…

You mean we’re not going to get royalties?

  41. Shark_daddy says:

It should be clear as day that a largesse government and its department heads are never accountable for anything. The very government that they wish to continue to grow, hides the crimes of the builders of the largesse. If Holder, Napolitano, and Obama escape criminal action, “we the people” should take it as our notice that our government can, and will, engage in unspeakable evil and never be held to account.

  44. Christel says:

I sure wish you would be the leader in bringing this government down on their knees. Ever since this all started in 2008, I was just so sure there would be some type of revolution to get us back to reality. Sad to say, nothing has happened at all to change anything. We need someone intelligent, knowledgable and capable of getting the ball rolling. You would be simply amazed at how many others would follow and help. There just doesn’t seem to be any one capable of bringing Congress and the other left wing liberals accountable for their actions. Help!! Help!! Help!!

  45. Mychal says:

  47. Mychal says:

deb: you are spot on…if it were a company…media would be camped out front of offices…we would see people doing perp walks…and have congressmen givng speeches round the clock condemning, blaming, and demanding heads…which would almost certainly be conservative heads…

  48. Mychal says:

memett: they all need to go…there is no way this is done w/out them all signing off on it…you’re talking about an international gun running activity w/ potential for murder…no one takes that on by themselves…they spread that kind of liability around like a high risk insurance policy…

  52. Mychal says:

buffalo john: don’t blame politicians…blame the people…politicians do what we allow them to get away w/…we cannot continue to send hatch, mccain, boehner, et al back to congress and expect different outcomes…we need to ignore karl rove and the party hierarchy…their concerns are not for us…term limits yes…but housebreaking is more needed…these dogs continue to mess on the floor then wag their tails and get rewarded…as I said yesterday we cannot expect government behave different from us…people buy into regulated lives can’t complain when they find themselves regulated…we are the problem..and fact that they continue to elect the same trash…proves it…

  53. Thank you Mychal, this article is a message that must be spoken. I also believe that the very souls of these men cry out for justice even as Holder, Napolitano and others are enjoying their daily lives and going about enjoying life in America.

This is a grave insult to those brave men and their respective families.

  55. Mychal says:

sumitch: strength is the greatest deterrent against attack…bin laden attacked because he knew clinton was a nothing…iran took our people hostage because they knew he was weak pie-eyed pushover…we haven’t been hit under obama yet because he has paved the way for bad guys to have all they wanted…but they aren’t happy he has continued bush practice of killing back guys…

  56. Mychal says:

dave bulkoski: when he turns away from socialism, fomenting race and class warfare, advocating the murder of unborn children, berating American people, undermining Israel, and stops his attempts to take away my right to own and bear arms, and turning our military into a homosexual theme park…I will have absolutely no respect for him…and those things are my short list…

  57. IloiloKano says:

Best possible scenario would have them all charged the day AFTER Obama leaves the White House; otherwise, he’ll simply pardon them all, and the guilty will never face justice (in THIS life).

  58. Deb says:

I agree Sumitch! I hope that happens. And actually you can’t call our politicians anything but what they are, which is our rulers. Politicians exist to support the people and the constitution. Our rulers have a different retirement structure (hundreds of thousand of dollars a year), don’t seem to get in trouble for tax fraud or any tax issues and can do criminal acts with impunity. This is a RULER (as in the king and his court can get away with anything)

  59. Mychal says:

marilyn: that’s a good question…why aren’t the republicans going after them…I argue its because they are just like them…

  60. Mychal says:

sumitch: she is another old hoofer who sold her soul in the belief that in so doing she brass…instead she has ended up old bitter and to the greater extent disillusioned even though I’m sure she would never admit it…

  61. Mychal says:

sumitch: i have no aversions to bringing the government down and exposing their misdeeds…that is the revolution that Jefferson advocated…

  62. Sumitch says:

They don’t go after them because they are more interested in protecting their jobs than they are in doing them. They somehow think that doing nothing will not give anyone anything to come after them with. Also, they are afraid that as the peel back the skin on the onion they’ll find stuff they don’t want to know. Stuff like how Franks and Dobbs forced the banks and lending institutions to make the sub prime loans which started this wheel rolling. The good old boys club is going to protect their fellow members at all cost because if they didn’t, they might me next.

  63. Sumitch says:

Watching her testimony yesterday was irritating and enjoyable. For just about every question she was asked, she’d start off on some tangent carefully crafted to sound like she was saying something when in fact she was evading the question like a mongoose evades a cobra. But the panel would basically interrupt her and say to the effect, “That’s fine but it’s not what I asked you”. She looked more and more like a fat toad as the questioning went on.

  64. Marilyn says:

So, why is it taking so long to go after Holder, Ms Napolitano, and Obama? Oh, I forgot. Obama is on a bus tour to get re-elected at tax payers’ expense in the expensive bus that he had created in Canada; Holder is telling lies to protect himself and his goons and President; and, Ms. Napolitano eats the wrong newspaper for breakfast each morning which makes her feel like nothing is wrong with this country. All three will yell that Congress or President Bush Did It. Someone is getting rid of evidence as the days lead into months. You can count on that. Personaly, I think all three eat scum-dumb-stupid pills for breakfast that lasts until the next morning.

  65. Mychal,

My uber liberal uncle was “disgusted” by you comparing Obama to a cute chimpanzee. What disgusted him is that he thought it was disrespectful to the President of the United States.

You know what? I had a great deal of respect for Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan. These men presided over a government which seemed to actually practice restraint and respect for the “little guy”.

What i would like to see is the president downsize the government by 40%, drastically reduce spending, and stop wasting our money. I wish he would respect state’s rights, and stop pushing the federal crap on us. I wish he would represent efficiency, and even have the faintest clue how economics works. After all, the “little guy” only wants to have a stable life, own a home, and love his family and have some money for retirement. The “little guy” has nothing to do with Libya, gay rights, or government double speak.

When Barack Obama starts acting presidential, and starts doing the right things for “his” people, like cutting spending, defending human rights, and stopping corporations from lobbying our money away, I am sure I will think he is cuter than my 3 year old granddaughter, much less a chimp.

  66. Sumitch says:

Buffalo John, I’ve got you by 20 years and have the same fears. And if you take a look at my last posts, you’ll see a common thread. It’s said that after Pearl Harbor the Japanese said “We have awaken a sleeping giant”. It’s also stated that they said that they would never attempt to invade the United States because the citizens was too well arms and behind every bush. Both sound like self serving macho stuff to me, but I sure would like them to be true and that this government would take heed.

  67. Sumitch says:

Aardvark – for what it’s worth. I’ve talked to several ranking officers in our military and asked them, ” If forced to make a decision, would they defend an administration or our constitution if they were at odds”. Every one has said the constitution. I think our military has the same concerns about this administration that more than a few citizens do. I’m no Mychal, but I do know a few that have some say in our military. Still ……….

  68. BUFFALO JOHN says:

Mychal day after day lately I read and agree with most of your thoughts. I believe these problems are all real and serious. Unfortunately they are also endless and have overwhelmed us all. At some point if we are to survive we need to get politicians who are going to get to work on fixing the most damaging problems first. Look at the sorry bunch of politicians we have right now. Mix that with our current media options and you have what we have today. Where are the republicans who are looking out for us? They are few and far between. Why are they allowing this communist Obama to walk all over our beloved constitution.

I believe the first 2 things that need to happen are term limits and major lobbying reform. I believe that no politician should be around for more than 8 years in total. The only exception would involve a presidency. All meeting with lobbyists should be in front of a camera. All money coming from a lobbyist should be put into a pool. Any monies collected should be equally distributed to candidates for elections. The details for what defines a candidate can be worked out. We need a system that allows for anybody to run for public office. 100 million plus to be a senator breeds corruption like we have today. I am a 50 year old man. What has happened to our country in my lifetime is a travesty.

I was intentionally off-topic. We need a movement to remove the corruption from the political process. I can think of no better way then to start at the roots of it all.

Mychal I respect you very much for your efforts. Fast and Furious is but a small symptom of our problems. If there are true politicians working for us it will be resolved. I dread this is just some more sabre rattling to side track us from the bigger issues. In the end probably nothing will change. A bigger concern for us is this tuition situation. Another way for the democrats to buy votes with our money. I fear making the illegal aliens citizens is not far behind it. That happens and may the United States RIP.

  69. Sumitch says:

Sorry for missing words and misspellings. My spell checker is on the fritz and I didn’t read my post closely enough.

  70. Sumitch says:

Mychal, question. You have a far greater ability to determine truth in government that I.

There is a “news alert” floating around the net that says that a company name Cerberus is quietly buying up our weapons and ammo manufacturers and that this company is owned by Soros. Then asks the question “What better way to disarm the American public than to stop the manufacture of these weapons and ammo.” I’ve done all the searching I know how to do and all that I find is the same story being repeated in one form or another.

Eric Holder said in his acceptance speech that “We’re going to have to look at the 2nd amendment”. Anyone with half a brain that Obama wants to disarm us so that ruining our country will be far easier. Statistics from all over the country and world show that a public that has been disarmed is raw meat for criminals (and that includes governments).

It sounds crazy and just another urban rumor started by someone in underwear sitting in their basement seeing what they can get going on the net. But with the criminals we have in this administration and the cowards we have in congress, scary as it is, I believe that this administration is just exactly the type that would do this.

Anything in your files or sources to verify this story?

  71. Aardvark says:

On 11.11.11 (Veterans Day) Veterans who have sworn under oath to defend this country from all enemies, foreign and domestic, will rally in Washington DC to peacefully demand the impeachment of our treasonous government “leaders” and demanding resignation of all elected officials who have been implicated in undermining our Constitution and avoiding appropriate impeachment proceedings.

Included in the listing of criminal offenses will be the Fast and Furious program designers and participants. Our government “leaders” in both parties continue to lie and deny culpability. With index finger on their cheeks they shamefully deny knowning anything fully expecting the public to believe their continuing stream of lies to America.

There is NO change we can believe in.
    There is no Transparency.
    There is no bi-partisanship.
    There is no competent leadership.
There is no defending of the US Constitution because they are fully intent on attacking it instead.
    There are no budget controls.
There is only scapegoat finger-pointing to anyone but themselves.

Stop the lies, stop the lies, stop the lies. Go Mr. Cain!

  72. memett says:

It’s deer hunting season in Montana. The question I have is where does the buck stop? I hate invoking a Democrat, but at least ol’ Harry Truman had some ethics. Fast and Furious was at its most innocent level incredibly inane, senseless and malodorous. At the most, it was criminal, deliberately devious, and contemptible. The ramifications from this insidious plan were deadly, causing the death of many Mexican citizens, an American federal agent, and probably countless other Mexican and American citizens unknown. Further, by its very nature it has promoted the weakening of the American border with Mexico enabling possible terrorists to come and go with God knows what equipment aimed at destroying us as a nation through currently unknown and unhatched plots. Further yet, as a device to weaken our resolve to protect the Second Amendment to the Constitution, it was a direct assault on our American freedoms by our own government. The buck has to stop somewhere. Eric Holder must go; he either was part of it or too stupid to know of its existence and I believe that it was the former. Same goes for Janet Napolitano. Who is in charge of all of these villains? Barak Obama should be brought up on charges of impeachment for his blatant misuse of power (along with countless other abuses of powers made manifest after less than three years in power). Fast and Furious has brought to the fore the simple question, is the current administration just plain stupid or the real enemy of democracy?

  73. Deb says:

You go Mychal!!!!!! Imagine if it was a “big corporation” that provided those weapons. The State Department would be all over them, stripping them of their wealth and prosecuting them to the greatest extent of the law. Political service is just that, SERVICE to the American prople. I am really tired of politicians and politacal appointees that think they are above the law. Especially when those same people would crucify others for the same acts.

  74. Hidlins says:

I’m with you Mychal! What SHOULD happen tho, never does.
We don’t have a government, ‘For the People” anymore.

  75. Jennie says:

You hit the nail on the head, Mychal. We need an investigative panel with the ability to indict and bind over for trial. The charges against them SHOULD definitely include international gun smuggling and conspiracy to commit murder and murder. What a hare-brained idea. Sell assault weapons to Mexican cartels and see where they end up? They should have been removed from office and tried. They would surely have been found guilty, received the harshest penalties available and then they should be handed over to Mexican authorities for criminal proceedings for the people murdered there. The families of the murdered should also sue the government. Anyone and everyone right up to the top that had anything to do with this operation should be tried and summarily shot. And don’t even try to tell me that the President wasn’t complicit.
