There is no way to sugarcoat what I’m about to say–Barack Obama is a congenital liar. His lies are of such epic proportions that he makes Bill Clinton’s finger-pointing lie, pursuant to what took place between him and Monica Lewinsky, pale in comparison.
Obama’s latest epic lie is provided by Rex Nutting of MarketWatch. Nutting wrote an article titled “Obama Spending Binge Never Happened” which claimed that Obama slowed federal spending and Obama has been running with it since it was published.
I understand that most people have no idea how things really work at this level of politics. But, when it comes to presidential politics, they don’t tell what they had for breakfast without first doing focus-group studies and conducting a poll. I know firsthand that administrations have people they will approach to write favorable (read biased/slanted) articles for and about them. There are also those sycophants who would swim through a canal of horse manure let alone write a slanted piece in favor of Obama. Then there are the blind ideologues who believe whatever they are told to believe.
Which of these groups Nutting falls into can be debated sans his being truthful pursuant to same. But from where I stand, it has the White House fingerprints all over it. Nothing persuades me that his article “Obama Spending Binge Never Happened,” is not White House manufactured.
The tell-tale signs are all over it, including how quickly Obama latched onto it and claimed the manufactured facts in the article as true. The truth is their facts aren’t true. They’re as fallacious and misrepresented as Obama himself. Nutting’s assertions are based on a chart conveniently produced by Nutting (with, I argue, the White House‘s assistance). The chart is supposed to show that Obama slowed federal spending to a level not witnessed since President Eisenhower.
But, as Anne Coulter points out in her article “Claim Obama Slowed Spending Shows Democrats’ Dishonesty”:
“Nutting, author of the phony MarketWatch chart, attributes all spending during Obama’s entire first year, up to Oct. 1, to President Bush. That means, for example, the $825 billion stimulus bill, proposed, lobbied for, signed and spent by Obama, goes in … Bush‘s column.” (Investors.com; 5/23/12)
Anne continues: “Nutting’s ‘analysis’ is so dishonest, even The New York Times has ignored it. The theory is that a new president is stuck with the budget of his predecessor, so the entire 2009 fiscal year should be attributed to Bush. But Obama didn’t come in and live with the budget Bush had approved. He immediately signed off on enormous spending programs that had been specifically rejected by Bush.”

Mr. Nixon and Clinton lied to save their backsides. Although, I would argue there are no plausible explanations for doing what they did, I could entertain arguments pursuant to understanding their rationales for lying. But in the case of Obama, he lies because he is a liar. He doesn’t only lie to cover his misdeeds – he lies to get his way. He lies to belittle others and to make himself look presentable at their expense. He lies about his faith, his associations, his mother, his father and his wife. He lies and bullies to keep his background secret. His lying is congenital and compounded by socio-psychological factors of his life.
Never in my life, inside or outside of politics, have I witnessed such dishonesty in a political leader. He is the most mendacious political figure I have ever witnessed. Even by the low standards of his presidential predecessors, his narcissistic, contumacious arrogance is unequalled. Using Obama as the bar,

As appalling as he is, I’ve watched two of his campaign commercials. They are without a doubt dishonest representations of our economic reality and morally opprobrious, but clearly not out of character for Obama. They, like his manufactured life’s story, are pure agitprop.
But Obama isn’t trying to reach those of you on my blog. My demographics show my followers to be educated and informed. It is my opinion that the Obama campaign have done their polling, and based on same, they believe they can win the election with 43 percent of the 47 percent of the people who pay no taxes and those on the government dole.
We knew Obama had to lie about his record, and we knew there would be those who believed him. Obama doesn’t want people to know that nearly 70 million are now on some sort of government assistance. Government dependency increased 8.1 percent in the past year alone. During his time in office, the number of people on food stamps increased to nearly 50 million. The true unemployment number is still around 12 percent. Millions of jobs are gone forever; millions are unemployed and still more are dropping out of the job-search market altogether.
With the aforementioned being only the tip of the bad-news iceberg, it’s understandable that a pathological liar would feel compelled to lie about his record. It’s understandable, but it isn’t forgivable.

I took time to look at the Constitution of the United States, Bill of Rights, First Amendment. It just may be that We The People do have a ‘leg’ to stand on. It is our Constitutional Right to inact a first class action petition for Redress of Grievance for Restoring Constitutional Law in America. Perhaps Sheriff Joe or Mr. Corsi, someone with some clout, has the ability to initiate such an action. This was suggested in another blog spot and it makes sense to me. What say you, Mychal? I grow old and weary of all the lying and clearly disrespect of our Constitution.

If not courage what then? From your posts you most certainly have many virteous character traits. I view courage in “these times” to be very commendable. I whole-heartedly agree with you. 1. I believe BHO be an antichrist (1 John 2:18&19). 2. He is most assuredly a great deceiver ((2 Thessalonians 2:1-12). I am amazed at the ignorance and stupidity (lack of logic) I see by educated people every day. Parents are astonished that their teens don’t have a problem with G&L lifestyles yet don’t attend church, preach Christ, or practice Biblical principles at home. There is a HUGE disconnect in society about absolutes and Godly morality. I believe society in general has become numb by the sex, lies and videos we see every day. Too much information is paralyzing, similar to having too many choices…paralyzing. This is a result of illogical thinking…a lack of critical thinking. Sadly, I think Obama represents a lot of the contemporary mentality in today’s youth. They are shallow, pathetic reprobates, who continually lust after the ways of the world, and put their desires above all else. Normally I don’t lay try to lay the problems of the country at a political party’s feet, but this time with these circumstances, the loving cup goes to the Democrats entirely from the firing gun to the drop of the checkered flag. They and no one else either failed to vet this man when the lightest examination by anyone with the brains of a piss ant could see what he was (and is). They put him in the position to run for President and either did or didn’t care what he is so long as it got them in power.
He had the entire Congress at his feet for two years and still blames everything from this economic crises to bedbugs on Bush. He, Pelosi and Reid are totally responsible for Obamacare because they blocked participation by Republicans totally. When “You Lie” was yelled out on the floor during the joint session, rather than make the man apologize, he should have been given the Medal of Freedom. If the automobile companies had been left alone and gone into bankruptcy, there would still be cars coming out after the new owners put the pieces back together. The financial markets were not watched by Congress and in fact with Franks and Dodd encouraging, forced the insane subprime loans. Then the Democrats come back in and bail out the mental giants that thought they could buy a $500,000 house for half price and get the loan for 2%.
Congress, led by the Democrats fiddled while the country fell into a bottomless pit. Now, with their 3 day work weeks Congress argues over penny ante crap and Obama’s dates, golf games and trips all over the world saying we’re sorry. We could go a long way to getting on the right track by simply telling the world we’re sorry. Because we are so much at fault, we’ve finally learned that we are a disease and are going to stay out of others business and countries unless they are harming us and that includes foreign aid and humanitarian assistance with tsunamis and earthquakes. We can use Marie’s “Let them eat cake” or Nixon’s “you won’t have me to kick around anymore” for justification. If their population is dropping like flies from civil war or plague, let them handle it. All we do is cause problems.
Recently one of our generals said we should move F16’s and B2’s in closer to Iran. Then, one step more, bomb them into an early meeting with Allah. Want to solve the energy problem? Take the oil and shoot anyone that tries to stop us. They can ride camels. Greece going down the tubes? So long baby. We’re sick of setting pins for you. Russia? China? Try something and we’ll bomb you till you glow in the dark. Millions of us will buy the farm in the deal, but we won’t have to put up with the cry babies of the world and the U N. In case I’m not clear, I’m sick of changing diapers and breast feeding the world. Let them all take a fast ride on a bob sled to hell. And Obama can blame Bush and lie his face off for all I care.

I completely agree with you Mychal, AND with Bill Sr.. If Americans continue to abide or tolerate, let alone cheer, this person and his increasingly repressive but powerful machinery, I regret to say they will deserve what they get and it will not be pretty. What we are witnessing in him and his partners in this most massive betrayal is all predicated on lies, fraud, and a depth of corruption we would have never believed could come to such prominence in “Our Country Tis of Thee.” The trouble with that is they are dragging the rest of us down into the Hell they are perpetrating and it is going to tear the country apart, literally, because there are millions of us that will not go willingly with them and there will be great bitterness against them for what they are doing.
He lies every time his mouth opens, whether he has some mind defect that “makes” him do so or not doesn’t matter when one considers what he and his lap dogs have done and what they will do if left in power. As you said, “It’s understandable, but it isn’t forgivable.”

It’s a true shame that a significant portion of the citizenship has trouble “ciphering” much less understanding economics, budgets and accounting tricks. Of those that do, a significant portion pay no attention to news, regardless of its source. And finally, if what is reported doesn’t fit their world view it’s a lie or fear mongering. You literally can’t tell them anything or offer any proof that will be understood and believed.
Nothing is Obama’s fault. It’s because of Bush or what had to be done to save the nation such as dumping trillions of dollars into an economy and calling it a stimulus when it fact it only adds to the inflation which we are seeing in the grocery stores, department stores and at the pumps. So when the bald face lie about spending less than any president since Eisenhower is spewed out, they believe it even they don’t have a clue about what is being talked about.
And when they can’t find the money for their favorite beer or can’t find a job, it’s obviously the rich’s fault and they should be taxed more so I can have more without earning it. Ignore their 80 hour work weeks and their years of education beyond the eighth grade and years of experience. Never mind that the education provided by teachers with no more education than an average eighth grader and a “D” is considered an accomplishment.
What’s really important is that I can make $2,000 a weekend selling nose candy, and play “gangster” the rest of the time. And if it wasn’t for the Caucasians holding us back, we’d have it easy like they do,
sumitch: your point is well made…and you are spot on…it is ignorance that imprisons people…a little while ago I was being called names by a nut case who demanded I tell him how obama was lying…the greater sin if sin were viewed in varying degrees (which scripture references apostasy and purposefully leading people into sin as being)…would be that obama knowingly lies and knowingly mislead people…what does it say about a man who willfully misleads and lies for personal gain when he already has a personal wealth far beyond that which those he is deceiving can ever imagine in their lifetime…

Just like his mentioning Polish Concentration Camps, Obama cannot speak without his teleprompter, and I still believe he writes the speeches, but uses the teleprompter to diassociate hiomself from his statements if the back lash is too strong…it disgusts me to have to allow him to be our country’s representative at any multinational function, and he will get his comeuppance in November….because I believe there is a God!!!

I just wish that the ones who would still vote and support Obama could see what he is actually doing to our country and what the result will be for them.

No jobs, foreclosures at an all time high, unemployment benefits cut down to 26 weeks, and probably will be lowered from that (as opposed to the first wave of people who lost their jobs and claimed unemployment for up to 2.5 years)?
