Frau wasserman shultz dnc head, said: “we own the economy, we own the recovery.” I plz’d to hear her say that, because for once she opened her mouth and the truth came out. Obama and the democrats do own it. Since obama and dems began crowing about the “summer of recovery” 1.9 million jobs have been lost, gas prices increased over 100%, we’ve had 28 straight months of unemployment above 8% (in fact there are those who are telling us the true unemployment numbers are north of 18%) – indeed as has been said the only thing going down under this obama/democrat recovery is the value of our homes. Over 6 million foreclosures in the last year alone, 7.4 million people unemployed, nearly 5 people competing for every 1 job opening, and weekly unemployment claims over 400K a month for the past year – heck yeah, dems do own the economy and obama’s printing more money and chanting “raise taxes” is about as much of a recovery plan as obama and frau wasserman shultz blaming bush for the crisis today.
