Ferguson Riots by Dr. Lyle Rapacki

The following is by Dr. Lyle Rapacki. I submit that the reason Obama had someone in his chain of command order the National Guard to stand down was to punish Ferguson, MO. for the grand jury having the audacity to find an innocent man innocent.

Days and weeks prior to the Ferguson Grand Jury Decision city, county, and Missouri State officials planned every aspect for the orderly defense of the City of Ferguson. While their plans were not discussed in details openly, it was widely known and discussed that officials would not allow another destructive riot as was experienced in Ferguson this past summer. So everything was planned and rehearsed just waiting for civil unrest, praying it would not come to reality. But then it did. Knowing there were tactical plans and defensive strategies, I sat in amazement watching how building fires and multiple location shots fired occurred with no response. While the police were professionally restrained and proper with their interventions, I wondered why the National Guard was not brought on scene to assist, and even relieve law enforcement so they were able to respond to the various crimes in progress like looting, gross destruction of property, arson, shootings.

Once again Obama steps into matters and brings chaos and his own sense of transformation. The Missouri Lt. Governor Peter Kinder, along with Ferguson Mayor James Knowles made statements to FOX News as to how the National Guard may have been ordered to stand down by the Obama Administration, and not respond to the numerous requests by the Mayor for assistance. Ferguson Mayor Knowles began making these requests as he watched the crowds become riotous leading to destruction of property. The National Guard and even multiple police agencies failed to protect businesses and property. This aspect must be looked into, and I pray someone finds the courage to do just that![adsanity id=11817 align=alignnone /]
