A ‘Brutal Truth’ About Freedom

On July 4th, 2014, I was the keynote speaker at an event held on the Gettysburg Battlefield, in Gettysburg, PA.  The event was to promote reconciliation and healing due to the resurgence of social discord fomented by Obama and his minions.  My speech was given from the exact same place that President Abraham Lincoln had stood and delivered his Gettysburg Address.  I would be remiss if I did not say I couldn’t have been more humbled and proud to accept the invitation to speak.  I will never forget how I felt that day as I stood on such hallowed ground.

As I rose to speak that brilliantly sunny day, who would have guessed that today twelve-years and one homosexual, Jew-hating, half-a-Negro, Fabian Democrat Socialist Moslem, and his grotesquely unattractive, boorish harridan, (who many believe is actually a man.  Even though I personally am on record arguing she is not a male, even though I believe her to more masculine than her man-loving husband who occupied the White House) – who would have thought America-hating anarchists would still be prostituting the damnable lie that so-called “black folks are being held back by evil white people.”  All of which serves only to incite uneducated, led-through-the-nose low IQ people to riot and burn down their own neighborhoods.

The fact that today you cannot cross the street without seeing a crayon color DEI hire in a leftwing media position or teaching on some leftwing radical indoctrination campus or running for political office, notwithstanding.  The current midterm elections are a testament to the bankrolling barely educated hatemongers who prostitute themselves as a crayon color, as if that somehow translates to credibility and competence.

The following references excerpts from my speech given on the Gettysburg Battlefield as I shared it in my syndicated article, July 15, 2014.  I have edited certain parts of the original verbiage to address more definitively the zeitgeist of, today.  I believe without hesitation; what I said in my speech that day and reiterated since then, is even more important today…

I began by quoting Booker T. Washington’s words from his epic autobiography, Up From Slavery, which I was honored when Pelican, Publishing asked me to write  to write the forward for same:

“We went into slavery a piece of property; we came out American citizens. We went into slavery pagans; we came out Christians. We went into slavery without a language; we came out speaking the proud Anglo-Saxon tongue. We went into slavery with slave chains clanking about our wrists; we came out with the American ballot in our hands.”

Are we to believe that those who derive their self-worth from being recognized as a crayon color have it harder today than those Booker T. Washington referenced or are we supposed to believe he didn’t understand the true nature of his situation? My point being, considering the unlimited opportunity all people have in America today, how can anyone ascribe to the debilitating heterodoxy that someone with less melanin is impeding the progress of those who are melanin dominant.

The transplendent truth encapsulated in those historic words from Booker T. Washington speaks for itself. In the course of my speech, I, like Washington, reminded the attendees gathered on that hallow site, which included persons from India and Great Britain, that if there is to be healing, those who identify as a color must realize what they have and what the hand of “Providence” did for them. I know that it is more popular to wallow in apathy and self-victimization, but that is the very antithesis of what “Providence” has provided.

Included in my speech that I did not share, having made the point differently, were the following words from the Emancipation Proclamation issued by President Lincoln January 1, 1863: “And I hereby enjoin upon the people so declared to be free to abstain from all violence, unless in necessary self-defense; and I recommend to them that, in all cases when allowed, they labor faithfully for reasonable wages.”

The point here should be obvious: the slaves were not freed to become dependents on the government plantation. Quite the opposite.

It is not the so-called common man who has prevented ‘blacks’ from seizing upon the opportunity available to all. It is the behavioral manipulation by Marxian/Leninist elites and the debilitating animus, blame, self-segregation, and self-victimization the Negros wallow in. My assessment is absolutely true. Booker T. Washington understood the need for the former slaves to be self-determinative and he understood that the way same was accomplished was by learning a trade and embracing the “God of Providence” for the blessings “He” had bestowed upon them.

But, instead, so-called blacks today curse the “God of Providence” as the white man’s God and have bought in toto the message of immiseration.  With both sides being blind to how they are being exploited by dark forces.

Lincoln implored the former slaves in the Emancipation Proclamation that they “abstain from all violence, unless in necessary self-defense.” But, instead, blacks have elevated the killing of one another to pandemic levels. In Chicago over the same 2014, July 4th weekend that I gave my speech, 80 people were shot resulting in 12 fatalities, nearly all of whom were black.  Anyone want to disagree that number is exceeded this year?  Keeping in mind, the current mayor blames crimes on poverty and a lack of opportunity.

It gets even worse. According to Rich Lowry writing for National Review: “Overall, according to Chicago magazine, the rate of nonfatal gunshot injury in Chicago was 46.5 per 100,000 from 2006 to 2012. But it was only 1.62 per 100,000 for whites. For blacks, it was 112.83 per 100,000. For black males, 239.77, and for black males aged 18–34, 599.65, or ‘a staggering one in 200.’” That’s one in every 200 black males between the ages of 18-24 being shot.  That data is from the year 2014, when I spoke at the Gettysburg, event.  Anyone care to bet those numbers are exceeded this year.  Of course the pathetic so-called leadership of Chicago today, much of which is recognized as a color blames President Trump for their highly visible failures of responsibility and failure to provide safe environments for the neighborhoods.

I said blacks can hate whites and blame former President Bush (who was president at that time), but neither George W. Bush nor mythical white people are roaming the streets and mini-marts murdering black teenagers. It’s not so-called whites selling the drugs that are destroying ‘black families’ and ‘black neighborhoods’. It is not whites who are pimping black women drug addicts. It is not whites breaking into the homes of these people. It is their black neighbors and the black hoodlums who look just like them and who live next door to them.

At the time the slaves were set free, Lincoln said in the Emancipation Proclamation: “that in all cases where allowed, [former slaves should] labor fruitfully for reasonable wages.”  The operative words were then and are now “labor fruitfully for reasonable wages.” That did not mean then nor does it mean today that so-called blacks should become government dependents. Nowhere in the Emancipation Proclamation was it suggested in any way that the government would provide special dispensation based on the skin color of the slaves.

I also said in my speech that day: that it was time for so-called whites to get over guilt for that which they are not guilty nor had any part in. I also proffered the question: where has anger and resentment of whites gotten blacks? I asked blacks if they were better off harboring such emotions?

The brutal truth is that neither July 4, 1776 nor January 1, 1863 nor June 19, 1865, was Independence Day for the slaves. Independence Day for the Africans brought here as slaves was the day they were captured by the Ashanti and Dahomi African tribes (today known as Benin and Ghana) and sold to Moslem slave traders, who in turn sold them to slave traders doing business in America. Because as I reminded a young man who argued with me regarding the importance per his being recognized as a “skin-color” assignation, based on Marcus Garvey’s Back to Africa movement: the legacy of Garvey is Liberia, and that legacy is: economic despair, unimaginable poverty, brutality, disease, ad nauseum.

It is a certainty that African-Americans, blacks, brown-skinned people or whatever they’re being called at that particular time (including being called profoundly hate-filled and resentful), have suffered no more than did the Irish and others who came to America suffered. But, it is equally as true, if not more so for blacks, that they were brought here many long years ago “with the chains clanking about [their] wrists; but [they] came out with the American ballot in [their] hands.” Would Oprah Winfrey be a billionaire if her ancestors had stayed in Africa? Who would the Obama woman and Al Sharpton be shake down artists and extortionists if their ancestors had not come here? How many of the inventions and innovations directly attributable to melanin-dominate persons would America and the world enjoy today if African ancestors had not been brought here?  Would LeBron James be cashing in on the Chinese if his ancestors had not presumably been brought here as slaves or if they hadn’t just hopped on a boat out of wherever they came from?

As I closed my speech at Gettysburg on that July 4th, I called those in attendance to remembrance that the very grass their feet were standing upon had been grown in the blood-soaked soil of freedom. Something so-called skin color pimps and melanin-mongers would have us forget…
