‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

Another Liberal Name Caller

In the course of any given day I encounter the lowest rungs of liberal idiocy. The past two days that rung was occupied by Greg Hatfield who goes by @gregoryh325 on Twitter.

As is the case with white liberals today, his bitter hatred of the truth is spewed forth in skin color epithets. It has been my experience that liberals like this person have always thought ill of persons such as myself. The difference is that in the past they would whisper their bigotry to one another, today their hatred of President Trump has so destabilized them that they now will call someone such as myself a “nigger” repercussions be darned.

Hatfield took exception with my syndicated column from Tuesday titled, “Jimmy Carter: What You Should Know As He Attacks President Trump.” It is a well documented fact that his kind are severely allergic to truth and facts. So much so, that when they are confronted with same they immediately flail and name call.

What his kind overlooks is that truth is its own defense. His kind also overlook the fact that petulant puerile name calling, especially using skin color epithets are like water off a duck’s back to me.

Every word in my syndicated column is easily verifiable by multiple sources. Carter’s bigoted racism, dishonesty and failure as president is well documented. The fact that he builds homes does nothing to change the corrupt socialist views he still embraces.

I pity people like Hatfield, because his kind are possessed by hatred and consumed with anger. Calling me names doesn’t make his life better. It just makes him angrier because I’m not phased by him.

I blocked his vitriolic name calling on Twitter. He then stalked me to my Facebook page to continue his name calling and I blocked him there.

I share this to make the point that there is no need to fear his kind. They are possessed by evil and cannot help themselves. We need not stoop to their level of cursing and ad hominem attacks to make our points. Truth is on our side; we must simply speak it and not be afraid of what they call us.

Booker T. Washington wrote in his epic autobiography that he would never permit any man to provoke him to hate them. I feel the exact same way. If we are speaking the truth why should we be fearful of how it makes them feel?

Just because his kind call us a name means nothing. It’s easy to be brave on a social platform and his kind always are, their open boldness notwithstanding.

I repeat to you that we must not be afraid or concerned with what Hatfield’s kind think or say. Their hatred doesn’t do one thing to us, but it consumes them to the point of insanity.

We must become bolder in our speaking the truth. The more we speak the truth, the more people are enlightened, encouraged and strengthened. Be bold and be steadfast in the truth my friends. Do not be deterred by hate filled name callers who occupy the lowest rung of propriety and decency.

Take action and share this!
