Don't Cain, Bachmann, Santorum count?

I’m pretty certain there were seven republican candidates taking part in Monday’s presidential debate. As a matter of fact I know there seven because I counted them. Said being the case, why is it that pawlenty and romney were covered wall to wall on foxnews yesterday w/ a spattering of Michelle Bachmann thrown in? What has the fair and balanced network got against Herman Cain and Michelle Bachmann? It was not until Neil Cavuto at 4:00 PM EDT, that Herman received any creditable coverage, juxtaposed to what the other program hosts were giving pawlenty and romney. Judging from the first debate and now this one, a person could be forgiven for believing the so-called fair and balanced daytime media is not interested in being fair to Cain, Santorum, or Bachmann. Today they took it a step further singing the praises of a poll supposedly showing that giuliani second in polling behind romney. The problem is that giuliani hasn’t announced yet. Let me tell you what I think. I think the powers that be want a romney or pawlenty ticket because here again they are going by some twisted matrix that they can beat obama and what works best for them not us. And they will do whatever it takes to ensure that outcome. Call me crazy, call me suspicious, but I know politics. Consider how rove, krauthammer, et al smugly savaged Sarah Palin. Consider who the left-handed acknowledgments they give Cain and Bachmann. I tired of sleight of hand politics and the manipulation of information when it comes to candidates who truly represent the majority of Americans. The message we must send to rove, krauthammer, foxnews, et al, is that we will not accept more of the same and when we look at romney, pawlenty, giulinai and the others – that’s all we see.
