Hillary Is The Crafty One
Hillary Clinton is accused of being a lot of things — 99 percent of which are unflattering and true. That said, I had an ah-ha moment that reminded me of just how sharp she can be.
My ah-ha moment came last week while I was reflecting on the contemptible arrogance of Obama as he, without the least bit of concern for being exposed as a liar, told people that he had never said we could “keep” our current healthcare plans if we liked them, despite the fact that as I and others pointed out, he had been video recorded saying that very thing. Neil Munro writing for The Daily Caller indicated there were at least 29 separate videos of Obama making the promise that we could keep our current healthcare plans if we preferred them.
These words came out of Obama’s mouth; there was no ambiguity. His words are on tape. He can lie, and obviously there will those who are so addicted to the color of his skin that they will either believe the lie or overlook it. But that still will not dismiss the fact that he lied and he is on record doing it.
[adsanity id=10449 align=alignleft /]But Hillary, on the other hand, when faced with the possibility of perjury and/or Obama being charged with suborning perjury showed once again just how crafty she is.If you remember the fury coming out of Hillary’s testimony before congress (pursuant to the murders of Ambassador Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Sean Smith, and Glen Doherty in Benghazi) was Hillary saying, “What difference does it make?” in response to Senator Ron Johnson, R-WI, pressing her as to how the Benghazi terrorist attack and murders of our brave Americans could have been a spontaneous attack.
You will recall the gasps in the hearing room. Her responsse sucked all the oxygen out of the room, and it was the hot topic on news programming for days and weeks thereafter. But therein was her genius.
Hillary was walking on the equivalent of the blade of the world’s sharpest knife. Everyone in the hearing room, including the media, knew Clinton had two options: tell the truth and lose her career right there plus face the wrath of the people she would have betrayed including Obama — or lie. So Clinton chose option three. She said something so over-the-top and in-our-face that she was met with instant condemnation, but to her thinking that was better than being met with perjury or telling the truth.
Condemnation aside, it was a brilliant move on her part. Her response took all attention away from why Obama permitted Stevens, Smith, Doherty, and Woods to be murdered while he refused to lift a finger to help them. It also derailed questions that would have backed her into a corner concerning why she and Susan Rice knowingly lied about a movie triggering a spontaneous attack.
For those who do not know, it was Hillary who came up with the idea for her husband, Bill, to question the definition of “is.” That, too, was a brilliant bit of lawyering on her part.
Perhaps in the future Obama would be better off asking Hillary how he should go about lying. Because his lies are more transparent than those told by Pinocchio.
It’s sad though that someone as obviously gifted as Hillary is chooses to use her talent for evil and ill will juxtaposed to using it in a way that benefits America. But then again she cannot do that can she? She cast her lot with criminals, liars, thieves, and Neo-Leninists, and as they have sunk further into the mire she has been forced to go with them, or admit she has been wrong all her life. No wonder she comes across as a bitter harridan.
Hillary has been very good at keeping her husband in office and keeping Obama in office. But will the American people be deceived into giving her a chance to hold the office.[adsanity id=8405 align=alignleft /]
