I Was Thinking
I’m going to share couple things I’ve been thinking about this morning and you can choose to share your thoughts per same. It’s no secret that I’m not a Romney fan and that I will not support him. That said, have you heard anything remotely coherent pursuant to what his plans are for economic recovery? Not even he was able to articulate his economic agenda during a debate when challenged to do so by Herman Cain.
Speaking of Herman Cain, as I tweeted yesterday – I think what Romney and his corporate raiders did at Bain Capital was immoral, but it was not illegal. It was about making money and that’s what capitalism is about. Certain acts of capitalism can be immoral, consider the debit cards being pawned off on unsuspecting persons with poor credit. Romney did nothing illegal at Bain, so I wonder how he feels being falsely accused? I wonder how he feels being Herman Cained? Where were the cries of outrage and consternation of the people crying unfair now, when Herman was being falsely attacked?
Something else I was thinking about and that is I believe liberal church denominations have opened the door for homosexual activists to be victorious and place the courts in charge of what can be preached and taught. Liberal denominations are actively ordaining homosexuals, even though not every individual church within said denominations support or conjoin in agreement with same. If the denomination’s governing body is amenable to same vis-a-vis the ordination of homosexuals – can lawsuits against those churches within the denomination that refuse to participate and preach against same, be far off. I do not think it unreasonable nor a reach to believe liberal courts would side with the bringers of my, at this point, hypothetical “what if?”

Then there is Obama. He’s called for a department of business, which will be the consolidation of several agencies. He has also elevated the head of the Small Business Administration to Cabinet-level status. I see this as nothing more than another in our face power grab that Republicans well quibble and wring their hands over, even as they salivate how they can exploit it when there is Republican president. End result, we’ll see more spending and an epic growth in government. Having the head of the Small Business Administration in the Cabinet gives him direct control over an agency for which he has displayed an extraordinary lack of understanding.
Speaking of which, I can’t wait to see how Boehner, et al, sail us farther down the river of no return, pursuant to Obama’s demands for another trillion-plus dollars in debt ceiling moneys. I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to wrestle it around the Keystone Pipeline that Obama has no intention of letting come to fruition. But then what do I know?
These are some of the things I was thinking about this morning – what are your thoughts on same?
