If This Has Happened To You, I Need To Hear From You
Please note that if this has happened to you at any time, it is important to hear from you as detailed below. Thank you in advance.
Dear Subscriber:
Have you ever had money credited back to your credit card and/or store charge card? Has the money been credited back to your store charge card/credit card in the 7 to 10 business days that the majority of businesses promise or has it taken longer? Do you even pay attention to how quickly your monies are credited back to your store charge card/credit card?
I pay attention to this, and more importantly my wife pays even closer attention. I recently had one of the top five online retailers assure me that the money I paid for an item I returned would be credited back to our credit card and that it would be 7 to 10 days until it was back on our credit card. It took six weeks and two phone calls before the money was credited back to our credit card.
A car rental company charged me for a rental that I had cancelled due to their negligence. They admitted to the errors their employees committed every step of the process. I telephoned the company several times. Each time I was assured the monies would be credited back to our credit card within seven business days. It took from March 21, 2018 until September 7, 2018 for the money to be credited back to our credit card.
What this means is that these two companies in effect had free use of our money for a month and a half by the online retail company and the car rental company for nearly six months.
Has this ever happened to you? If it has, I need you to do something for both yourself and for me.
I need you to forward me your name, the name of the company that failed to promptly credit your store charge card/credit card and the approximate length of time it took for your money to be credited back to your credit card/store charge card.
Please respond back to me via this email.
DO NOT FORWARD ME ANY INFORMATION PERTAINING TO YOUR CREDIT CARD/STORE CHARGE CARD. Forward only your name, the name of the company that failed to credit your credit card/store charge card and the approximate length of time it took for your money to be credited back to your credit card/store charge card.
This has happened to me other times over the years; I’ve had enough. Please join me in addressing this problem.
