‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

It’s One Huge Mess by Robert Socha

Rules for thee, but not for me…

Hunter Biden’s laptop is in the news again. It is no big deal, though, that a story ignored by the media, with possible presidential election outcome-changing implications, was summarily cast aside. Yet, on the other hand, a debunked story of collusion by the Trump campaign with America’s enemies rang from the rooftops with unending gongs of lies and deceit, known by all engaged in the presidential administration and instigated by his competitor’s campaign, including the man who now holds that office. So, when do the perpetrators of these crimes get held accountable?

Trump’s economic prowess and international policies made for a strong deterrent and solidified American resolve to continue as the world’s peace broker. But, unfortunately, a disastrous, nay I say treasonous, Afghanistan withdrawal, along with other soft-shelled diplomacies and national policies, has emboldened our enemies to threaten allies and the petro-dollar stronghold on international trade.

Inflation and interest rates have reached levels we have not endured for decades, pinching every marketplace, causing unsecured debt to explode, and placing an unseen financial burden on the middle class. It’s like the silent killer of heart disease wreaking havoc from within until the day it quits working altogether.

Our once glorious great cities have been overrun by homelessness and anarchy, exacerbated by feckless leaders who excuse deplorable behavior and handcuff the law into mere babysitters. The protected classes (and I am not talking about wealth) run amuck, and lawlessness prevails. Why would a tourist want to visit Chicago, LA, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, New York, or any other city run by leftist governments who coddle and excuse policies that have wrecked them?

Speaking of protected classes, here are a few that have been coddled for years, if not decades:

Homeless – don’t have a home, no problem. Throw up a tent anywhere you feel comfortable. Don’t worry about the property tax-paying homeowners trying to eke out their existence through hard work and raising their families. We will tell them to get a grip and accept their situation as unalterably normal, for the hardworking individual must acquiesce to these abhorrent conditions.

LGBT… – This debaucherous and unnatural behavior has been thrust upon the West with unrelenting force for as long as I can remember. But, unfortunately, the onslaught has been deafening since the Obama administration, and the perversion and delusion exploding into fictional lore. Suppose you believe in something patently false and shout it from the rooftops. In that case, your delusional rant trumps any sane and rational thought or argument to the point that speaking against such insanity has become a punishable crime in some countries, including areas in these United States!

The first fruits of particular speech codified into illegality have begun, ultimately leading to the demise of any vestiges of freedom left in the world. “Without freedom of thought, there can be no such thing as wisdom; and no such thing as public liberty, without freedom of speech.” Benjamin Franklin.

Illegal Aliens – the flood of illegal immigrants crossing the southern border, I have read, is adding a population the size of Philadelphia to our country, DAILY! And every person is given a subsidized phone and court date, extended to 2027 and beyond. And, insufferably, I read that United States Veterans have been evicted from their subsidized housing in New York City to make room for illegal aliens because the property owner will receive a larger payment from taking in those who should not be on our soil in the first place! These policies are evil and irrevocably detrimental to public policy and public relations.

BLM – reparations anyone. California is, once again, stupidly leading the way in trying to give money to people who did not earn it by taking that money from people who did. This unsustainable policy will be the straw breaking a fragile economic system reasonable people are fleeing at an alarming rate.

Wealthy – if you have enough money, you can always call in the national guard to protect your investments. Nay I say more!

We, the “masses yearning to breathe free,” are the unfortunate ones who must bear the burden of intolerance, for it is not Christians or Jews who are intolerant. Still, the ones mentioned above insist, with the threat of violence and incarceration, that everyone must celebrate and accept their disgusting behavior.

NO! I will never accept that homelessness should be celebrated and unfettered public camping allowed. I will continually speak out against debaucherous behavior, increasingly targeting our children and attempting to normalize sexual perversion, even with minors! I will advocate for the “huddled masses yearning to breathe free” to come to our country legally! I will vehemently oppose any transference of wealth for an institution abolished 150 years ago. I will advocate for equal protection of the laws.

Take action and share this!
