Obama Boasts Release of Deserter But Ignores Tahmooressi and Others

United States Marine Corps Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi is imprisoned in a Mexican prison for ostensibly a wrong turn along the U.S. and Mexican border. A wrong turn that resulted in his unknowingly ending up in Mexico with his legally registered guns in the back of his car.

I should note that this is the same border that hundreds of thousands if not millions of illegal alien Mexicans continue to criminally trespass across. Sgt. Tahmooressi is in prison for having legally licensed guns – while Obama, Holder, and Hillary Clinton remain free in the aftermath of Fast and Furious the illegal gun-running operation that resulted in hundreds of innocent Mexicans being murdered as well as U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry and ICE Agent Jaime Zapata.

Tahmooressi was beaten with a bat so viciously that his jaw was dislocated. He was chained naked to his bed four weeks which resulted in his not being able to walk when he was unchained. He said “he was crippled from such bad muscle dystrophy and joint pain and not being able to fire the muscles in his body. His treatment is being likened to that of a POW in Vietnam.

All of this and nothing from Obama.

[adsanity id=8405 align=alignleft /]Mexico receives massive amounts of American taxpayer aid – even as John Boehner, Mitch McConnell, and Obama plan to reward illegal aliens (the majority of whom are Mexican) with amnesty during the lame duck session of Congress immediately after the November elections.

Meriam Ibrahim, the Sudanese woman who was to receive a hundred lashes for converting from islam to Christianity, who was ultimately sentenced to be hanged and who gave birth to her American child in a Sudanese prison, received no help from the Obama White House even though Americans and her American husband pleaded for help from the White House.

Obama has completely ignore the families of Ambassador Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty who were murdered in Benghazi because Obama personally refused to authorize help for them as they were under terrorist attack. But Obama did suborn perjury as he paraded Susan Rice out to knowingly lie about what took place.

And let’s not forget that the survivors and surviving family members are still being denied requisite pay and benefits commensurate with terrorist attacks, etc., pursuant to Nidal Hasan’s attack at Fort Hood in 2009.

But, Obama did personally intervene in the release of the Army soldier believed to be a deserter and AWOL at the time he was captured in Afghanistan. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was released in exchange for five of the most dangerous Taliban prisoners in Guantanamo Bay.

Obama made Bergdahl’s release a White House event inviting Bob Bergdahl (father of the deserter) to the Rose Garden, where he spoke. At the end of his speech Bob Bergdahl praised allah and Obama hugged him. Bergdahl’s father recited the most frequently quoted phrase in the Koran “In the name of allah, most gracious, most compassionate,” in perfect Arabic.

Afterward Bob Bergdahl deleted a tweet from his twitter account which read, “God will repay for the death of every Afghan child, ameen!”

Bowe Bergdahl was the canary in the coal mine used by Obama to release five murdering terrorists and was rewarded with a White House ceremony, but Fast and Furious, Benghazi, the murders of Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata, Meriam Ibrahim, and United States Marine Corps Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi are ignored.

CNSNews reported that speaking in Poland, Obama compared himself to George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, and Franklin R. Roosevelt pursuant to Bergdahl being returned. Obama also said it doesn’t matter how Bergdahl ended up with the Taliban: “But let me just make a very simple point here, and that is — regardless of the circumstances — whatever those circumstances may turn out to be — we still get an American soldier back if he’s held in captivity — period, full stop. We don’t condition that. And that’s what every mom and dad who sees a son or daughter sent over into war theater should expect from, not just their commander-in-chief, but the United States of America.

Once again we see the evidence of that which I addressed at the beginning of this article. The fact is: it does matter how Bergdahl ended up with the Taliban, and the circumstances surrounding his release matter as well. And for Obama to say that it doesn’t is tantamount to Hillary saying “What does it matter” pursuant to the four Americans Obama allowed to be murdered in Benghazi.

As for Obama’s comment that “every mom and dad who sees a son or daughter sent over into war theater should expect from, not just their commander-in-chief, but the United States of America” it’s too bad he doesn’t behave as he likes to boast. If he did we’d have answers to why he allowed Americans to be murdered in Benghazi, we’d have satisfactory resolution to Fast and Furious, and we have satisfactory resolution at Fort Hood.[adsanity id=12788 align=alignleft /]
