‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

Obama got some set for a eunuch

August 17, 2011

Where I come from, people would say Obama has some set of “*&#@*,” however, I happen to know that eunuchs have but one function, and that is to watch “certain” assets of others. And, in a perverse way that’s exactly what Obama is doing, watching over things for the benefit of others. But I digress.

The point I do want to make is, just who does Obama think he is, to tell Rick Perry he had better watch his mouth and stop accusing the Fed Chairman of treason if he prints more valueless money? I happen to think every person in the country should accuse Obama and the Fed Chairman of treason.

Once again we see Obama’s unmitigated arrogance on display. We see his “I’m the one” attitude. If I were Perry, I would take my shoe off, hold it up to the camera, and ask Obama if he needed his lipstick to kiss the bottom of it. What is this nonsense that a candidate cannot speak the truth?

Michelle Bachmann and Rick Santorum have chimed in with criticism of Perry for freely speaking his mind as well. Bachmann should stop worrying about Perry speaking the truth -and start explaining in clear, concise terms her involvement in farm subsidies.

As for Santorum; I like Rick. I’ve worked with him Senate Committees and I would have worked on his last senatorial campaign, but high price ignorant Philadelphia lawyers were more intent on spending his campaign money on limousines and lunches, than they were working in the trenches of Philadelphia – so I told them “see-ya.” That said, Rick of all people, should understand go for the jugular politics, especially after what Arlen Specter did to him in his campaigns.

Bachmann and Santorum need quick trip down the not so distant memory lane. Have they forgotten when Obama called for civility in the aftermath of the Arizona shooting, in which Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords was wounded? Obama was followed by a chorus of liberals and kum-ba-yah Republicans, all wanting to make nice-nice.

Well, I don’t do nice-nice and I don’t believe in mincing words. We need candidates who are not afraid to speak the truth in an uncompromising way. Liberals and anarchists are quick to make pleas for niceties, right up until the point they stick a spike in your back. It’s about time conservatives understood that. It’s about time that the rules of civility are to speak the truth, not to try to beat liberals at their own game.

We don’t get points by suckering up to media polls and liberal talking points. As for Obama, what about the encyclopedia of lies he told while running for office? What about the lies he told pursuant to healthcare and the budget talks? What about his lies about Libya? Bachmann, Santorum and every other so-called conservative need to develop backbones and understand they are in a zero-sum game. They don’t get points for trying to out-nice their opponents.

THey should also remember that the contest isn’t to get hardcore, progressive liars, like Obama and Pelosi to like you. The idea is to convince conservatives you’re worth voting for and to convince the undecided you are better than the craven, sissy eunuchs like Obama – who pretend to know what leadership is – when in fact, not only do they not have a clue, they are interested in only one thing – getting their way no matter what they have to do, and who they have to step on.
