Obama Has No Constitutional Authority To Force Bathroom Agenda
What Constitutional authority gives Obama the power to dictate that all schools in the United States make their bathrooms available to everyone according to their self-proclaimed so-called gender identity juxtaposed to the biological sex they were born? What Constitutional authority allows Obama to deny funds to schools that refuse to abide his commitment to advance perversion and debauchery? (See:
The fact that a handful of congressmen out of the 535 total members of Congress wrote a letter to Obama condemning his act means less than nothing to me. Obama is not a king albeit he fancies himself a “pantywaist sissified” despot. It is not my opinion, it is a fact that he is governed by the same Constitution that we are. And more specifically, it is the Constitution of the United States that constrains the Executive Branch, i.e., the White House, from just this type of Erebusic and abusive governmental overreach.
What gives Congress and the Courts (specifically, the Supreme Court of the United States) the right to ignore en masse Obama’s unconstitutional actions? Why are the Republicans who hold majorities in both the House of Representatives and the Senate not fighting this edict as vigorously as they fought (and many still do) the presumptive presidential nominee Donald Trump?
The American College Of Pediatricians have issued a damning indictment of gender ideology on its website titled, “Gender Ideology Harms Children.” (Note: The article was originally posted March 21, 2016 – [as] a temporary statement with references. A full statement will be published in summer 2016. [It was] updated with Clarifications on April 6, 2016.) The most respected pediatricians in America and probably in the world published this scientific finding.
It begins: “The American College of Pediatricians urges educators and legislators to reject all policies that condition children to accept as normal a life of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex. Facts – not ideology – determine reality.”
Even if it did take scientists to determine this is life threatening to the children of America (and it doesn’t), are we to believe that Obama is a scientist and knows what is best for our children?
As explained in an article titled: “Pediatricians Call Gender Ideology What It Is – Child Abuse” this action by Obama could not be more transgressive. (See: http://deeprootsathome.com/pediatricians-call-gender-ideology-what-it-is-child-abuse/)
It states that the specific wording of Obama’s violation of authority:
• Dictates that boys who self-identify as female be allowed to use girls’ locker rooms and shower facilities, and vice versa.
• Specifically states that making a gender-neutral, single-stall bathroom available to transgender students is insufficient. If a girls’ bathroom or locker room exists, boys and men who identify as female must be allowed entry, and vice versa.
• Dictates that students must be allowed to play the sport of the gender they self-identify.
• Specifically states that a student may self-identify his or her gender to the school without parental permission or knowledge.
• Forbids any medical requirements as a prerequisite of new gender identity.
Dictates that on school field trips, boys who self-identify as female must be allowed to sleep in the same hotel rooms as female students, and vice versa. Providing a private hotel room for a transgender student is not allowed unless all students are lodged in private rooms.
Again I ask: Where is Congress? Are we a nation governed by our Constitution and laws or not? What happens when perverts, deviants, and pedophiles use this edict by Obama as a means to act upon their perversity to sexually and emotionally damage our children? What happens when a middle age male teacher decides they are a woman and decide to shower with our 12, 13, 15 year-old daughters? What happens when teachers (male and female) decide to use this as an opportunity to engage sexually with our children?
Are we to overlook the already alarming proliferation of teachers being arrested for having sex with underage students? Are we to overlook the emotional trauma this will cause to the elderly as restaurants and airports are being forced under threat of fines to adopt this debauchery?
How long before blacks start protesting that white men are violating the privacy of black girls? Specific to that question why aren’t black race-mongers already speaking out against this? This is one time that Al Sharpton, et al would be justified in their complaints.
We don’t need a few Congressmen to write a letter; nor do we need Congress to engage in the Kabuki Theater of holding hearings on this. We need Congress to do what they were sent there to do and that is represent the will of the people by ending government overreach.
We the People should/must make it known to our local school boards and local governments that there will be a price to be paid if they capitulate to this disgraceful perversity.
And most importantly, we must decide if we are prepared to defend our children from these predators and perverts. I am willing to defend my family and future daughter-in-law from such invasion of privacy, are you?
