‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

Stand by Robert Socha

I returned to Washington D.C. this past Sunday, January 23, 2022, to join millions of people around the world who oppose the worldwide response to Covid-19. People gathered in the world’s great cities to make their voices heard, advocating for the end of lockdowns and mask mandates, for the prevention of vaccine mandates and coercion, to return to standard international and domestic travel, and the end of all state of emergency declarations. From Magdeburg (2), Brussels (3), Poland (4), Toronto (5), Chile (6), Scotland (7), Italy (8), India (9), Liverpool (10), Spain (11), France (12), Sweden (13), Finland (14), Sydney (15), Japan (16), South Korea (17), Switzerland (18), Denmark (19), New Zealand (20), Melbourne (21), Brisbane (22), Adelaide (23), Bern, Tofino, Norway, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, and countless more (24), people around the world marched for their liberty.

The brief monologue that opens a video compilation (25) of marches this past weekend inspires, “It is now about safeguarding humanity. Regardless of where you are in the world right now, we owe it to our children. We owe it to those who are not yet born. We have to do some serious stock-taking as individuals. To what extent are we complicit to the destruction of humanity….standing up and saying, in my own little corner, in my own little space, I’m going to do the best that I can.”

I went to Washington, again, in a peaceful protest against our government’s horrific impositions in response to a virus. I have written extensively about the gross abuse of power enacted from city governments through dictatorial nationwide, nay, global requirements. Governments are cracking down on their citizenry with fines and even imprisonment for simply defying mandates that violate the fabric of their being.

I went because I know that masks are ineffective at best when trying to stop the spread of a microscopic virus, even in sterile environments, and I despise draconian mandates I should wear one.

I went because I do not trust the effectiveness of the mRNA shots at combatting the spread of an entirely survivable corona variant. In fact, the opposite is true. The shots are dangerous, especially to cardiovascular health!

Did you know that over 17,000 verified doctors have signed a letter with America’s Frontline Doctors? Although I could not find a copy online, a declaration was made at the event this past Sunday in Washington, D.C.

I went because I want to remind our elected representatives at every level of government that they are in their positions to secure our rights, not impose their will. I went to declare there is strong opposition to the power grab, especially from Washington. I went to establish the need for truth and justice to prevail. I went in solidarity with millions around the world.

I know we have strayed from the unifying speech Reverend King gave on those hallowed steps back in 1963. I know that the media and our government have stoked irrational fear and political and ethnic division for many decades now. This demonic fear tactic is especially evident in light of a survivable beast whose nonsensically inflated power casts a long shadow on our march to continued freedom. I know it appears we are on a runaway train toward despotism and the end-times.

I also know the power of God, that He has not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7) I know this power overcomes all the power of the enemy. This enemy of our souls whose only ambition is to steal, kill and destroy. Thanks be to God that Christ Himself declared He came to give life and to give it abundantly.

I went to D.C. because I want to continue to do what I can in my space to the best of my ability. I do this to remind myself that liberty has a price. I do this to model for my children to stand, even in the face of fierce opposition for things that are true, noble, of good report. I do this to be as a voice of one crying in the wilderness, “prepare ye the way of the Lord.”
