Thank You and Merry Christmas

As we approach Christmas, I would like to take a moment and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support, readership, and encouragement.

In some ways this has been a year of new beginnings. The Daily Rant was changed to Mychal Massie – The Daily Rant and is now the face for Mychal Massie Publishing.

You have no doubt also noticed that the monthly fund-raising petitions have ceased. In fact, there has been only one fund raising request since this past March. That has been by design not by oversight.

I, of course, will continue to offer books and various other planned items as a thank you for donations, but you will not be inundated with donation request letters on a monthly basis. And it is not because I had a wealthy aunt pass away leaving her entire estate to this ministry. The “Please Donate” tab will remain on the website and on mailings.

Mychal Massie – The Daily Rant offers more than just conservative opinion and insights from a unique Christian perspective that you can trust. It offers same from a firm belief that I am doing exactly what the Lord would have me to do.

I’m blessed beyond measure by every person that post’s comments and/or shares their personal experiences. It is always a welcome experience for me when I have the opportunity to personally speak with you during my day.

Those who have written to me privately, sharing a particular prayer need, please know that it is my greatest privilege to be trusted to keep my word in praying for you. This past year some have shared that God has answered their prayers, and they or a loved one was healed, found a job or found a home, etc. Some of you have shared and requested prayer for heartbreaking personal concerns. Be assured you are prayed for by me and at times I have your first name with your prayer request placed on our church bulletin, which means our entire church is praying for you as well. You are prayed for as long as the need exists.

I am at a lost to adequately say how much you all mean to me, and how much I genuinely love those of you I have gotten to know personally.

From my staff, volunteers and incredibly talented new digital team, a special thanks to all of you. Nothing that has been accomplished this year has been done alone. God has worked through an incredibly talented team of professionals, as well as all of you, to make Mychal Massie – The Daily Rant the success that it enjoys.

From all of us, I pray that all of you will have a blessed and Christ-centered Merry Christmas, and that it is filled with warmth, mirth, joy and peace. I pray that this Christmas the past memories will be shared and that it is the beginning of new memories that will be treasured moving forward.
