The One Thing Obama Has Proven
There is one area in which Obama has proven to be an unqualified success. Of course, said area is in the arena of “be careful what you wish for because you might get it.” But liberals, especially Neo-Leninist liberals, aren’t known for learning from their mistakes. Which brings me to my point.
One of the arguments Marxists/Leninists are quick to offer for the failure of communism is that it hasn’t been given enough time to work. I’m not sure how much more time is needed when we look at the old Soviet Union, Communist China, or Cuba to name the three communist countries that come immediately to mind for most people.
Neo-Leninists have been trying to convert America into a communist state since Lenin first looked across the ocean and determined that the former slaves were the ticket communism could use to infuse itself into America.
What Obama has proven is that not only do Americans not like and/or approve of communist principles governing their lives, but, as his plummeting poll numbers show, We the People don’t think much of the person trying to force it upon us either. Of course, unlike Jimmy Carter, Obama can claim the problem is not his policies—it’s because he’s black.
The ideas of communism, socialism, Marxism, and Leninism (or whatever other related “isms” you want to reference) are dead orthodoxies which are reanimated in classrooms by professors whose minds are as dead as said orthodoxy. They drain the embalming fluid from the corpse of communism and remove its vital organs from the canopic jar and attempt to breathe life into the failed Frankenstein experiment.
It sounds good as it is theorized and glorified in classrooms, but, not unlike the Yugo automobile, it just doesn’t cut it when you take it to the people. Pretty much everything sounds good in the sterile classroom environment. But reality is a cruel lady, especially when she comes to teaching fools a lesson.
In the dictionary Obama’s picture belongs next to California’s as poster children for the epic American socialist failure.
There is a spirit of rugged individualism based on a belief in the God of creation that our Founding Fathers instilled in this great land. It is that spirit of God that welcomed people who came here (yes even the slaves). You can feel the presence of “The God” consciousness the moment you step off the plane or boat and are welcomed by freedom.
That’s right—freedom. As much as God is about sovereignty and righteousness He is also about freedom, and in America, unlike anywhere else in the world, we have freedom. We the People — when push comes to shove — are not willing to just roll over and relinquish that without a fight.
As Michael Goodwin wrote: “[Obama’s] chickens are coming home to roost, and what a mess they are making…We are racing downhill and he is stepping on the gas. Will he stop before the nation crashes?…Even more alarming, he shows no signs of trying to learn.” (Chickens Come Home To Roost For Obama; New York Post; 3/30/14)
This is where we draw our own line in the sand and just say no. No to obamacare; no to more taxes; no to more government; no to more deprivation of our Constitutional rights; no to Democrats; no to Republicans; and no to forced servitude. God is about freedom; freedom that even those who do not believe in Him enjoy. But Neo-Leninism and the other “isms” are about the control and the denial of freedom. They are also about the rejection of God.
That coupled with the abhorrent policies and the emperor and the arrogance of his empress are why we do not like him or approve of them. He can hide behind the race card but as the saying goes, “that dog will only hunt for so long.” He may believe himself above us, but he isn’t. By the standards that America was founded on and the orthodoxies he embraces he is beneath America.
