‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’  

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

We Are At War With The Most Formidable Enemies In History

My fellow countrymen who love America, who thank God for America and for our unalienable rights;  it is imperative for us to realize and acknowledge that America is at war within our own borders.  We stand on the verge of losing everything our nation was founded upon, and that which has sustained us these past centuries.

The enemy is not the Chinese CCP, crazed Muslim terrorists, Russian president Vladimir Putin, the threat of nuclear war or any of the other threats we are warned about.  The war we fight is a war against the Erebusic elements from within.

We are under siege from wave after wave of inculcated menticide that has been introduced and perpetuated to undermine and erode the Judaeo-Christian moral fiber America was founded and built upon.  As I have quoted many times both from the pulpit and in countless other settings: “In the Lord put I my trust…” (Psalm 11:1 KJV)

America has succumbed to the seductiveness of intellectualism as a virtue esteemed as evidence of superiority, even though almost invariably said quality is more perceived than it is factual.  But, the greatest lie can become a great truth embraced by those afflicted with the demonic disease of pride disguised as knowledge.  It is only when a people, i.e., a nation are on the verge of collapse, that said is realized.

Let me be more clear.  God gave the new world, i.e., America, the greatest form of government treatise since Solomon and Hammurabi, only to see the freedoms and protections afforded under same corrupted.   As I have also said many times over, the only thing the ‘American Constitution’ could not protect us from, was evil, godless men.

Jefferson and the framers of our constitution understood this, which I argue is why our constitution was phrased as it was:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

This was the philosophy that America was founded upon.  Note that I said, “philosophy that America was founded upon,” which brings me to the war surging within our borders.

The war crushing America is a war of philosophies.  Thus the reason it is, at this point, all but impossible to win.  I am the farthest thing from a fatalist, but I am a pragmatist, and I’m not speaking of theories of pragmatism originated by William James, Charles S. Peirce and John Dewey.

We are in a war of philosophies and defeating a philosophy is nearly an impossible war to win.  Islamic terrorism is a war of philosophies, the systematic extermination of children is a philosophy, anti-Semitism is a philosophy that despite the defeat of Hitler, is even more publicly entrenched today. (Consider Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Princeton et al.)  The butchering of children, and for that matter, the butchering of adults has waxed from a mental disorder to a mental disorder philosophy.  The Democrat Party from it’s inception has been based upon a philosophy of oppression and suppression.  The idea of weaponizing the myth of skin color is a wedge devised on an invented philosophy by W.E.B. du Bois and agreed to by Vladimir Lenin.

Dominic Sandbrook wrote: Marxism started as the philosophy of a “A hard-drinking, chain-smoking man, scruffy and shambolic…who suffered from terrible trouble with genital boils.”  The variants of Marxism, e.g., cultural Marxism, Fabian Democratic Socialism, gradualism, Communism, Socialism, Darwinism, climate lunacy, the diminishing of family and parental rights, and so on, are all philosophies.

Charles Darwin, Friedrich Nietzsche, Friedrich Engels, John Maynard Keynes were all lucifarian philosophers.  Each of their philosophies have transmogrified into more threatening anti-American and anti-propriety constructs with each generation.

The problem with defeating philosophies, is they’re constantly evolving and ultimately coagulate into hybrids each based upon a variant form of immiseration and schadenfreude cloaked in the illusion of summum bonum.  Presented in such manner, any responding philosophy regardless of the practical common sense truth inherent in same, is condemned as a lie and a social grievance.  Those who refuse to apologize and/or conform to these ever evolving philosophies suffer vicious ad hominem attacks, such as we have witnessed President Trump endure.

This is why until now, none apart from President Reagan, Ross Perot, and to a lesser extent my late friend Herman Cain, have had any remote interest in truly working for the betterment of We the People.    Both Bush’s shared most of the same philosophies with the philosophical insurgents.  To a greater or lesser extent nearly all of the old guard Republican country club political class and the Neo-cons shared some measure of the injurious philosophies I mentioned.

America is at war with nebulous, faceless philosophies.  They’re not defeated by dropping bombs or killing more of them before they kill more of us.  They are kept in check by the constant outpouring of truth.  Satan cannot defeat truth.  The problem is, many within in the church and Christendom have made peace with this evil or they have embraced some portion of one or more of these philosophies.

I remind you that even during the first world war, newspapers around the country, prominent newspapers on the east coast, and wealthy industrialists were quietly supporting Germany.  They hid their symbiotic sympathies that were aligned with the rise of Nazism.

This is the reason President Trump had such an uphill battle in his first term.  Let there be no doubt, lurking in the shadows and behind the scenes there are Republicans who share some portion of the malevolent philosophies mentioned above, who are working against President Trump now. (I reference Karl Rove and FoxNews specifically.)  Thankfully, this term he has been able to pick those who share his America first, common sense philosophy.

We are in a war.  You and I must fight with every ounce of strength that God has given us.  We must fight armed with the truth of Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit.  It is my opinion that until the Lord’s final battle, by the grace of God, we fight to keep these philosophies in check.  As I said, philosophies are not defeated with guns, bombs, and military campaigns.  They are fought by holding them in check with truth and facts.  We put our trust in the Lord.
