‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

What tired Obama out?

August 20, 2011

Obama is on vacation as I referenced in yesterday’s “Daily Rant.” And as several of those commenting on posts have posited, he deserves vacations because the presidency is a hard, laborious job. They argue he has been hard at work and that President Bush also took vacations.

Even using the Bush took vacations argument as the low bar for an absence of reasoned response – some stoop lower to argue that it’s racist to criticize the person whom I think is best characterized as the male “Madame de Pompadour” – i.e., the chief male mistress of those who secretly plan for the globalization of America. But, enough of that, the question is just what on is he vacation from – what has him so tired out?

I submit the following is what has tired and drained him to the extent that he needs so many vacations – the following is that for which he is singularly responsible since taking office:

Oh, yeah, there’s one more thing that has worn him out it’s the nearly 100 rounds of golf he’s played – which is somewhere in the ballpark of 300-350 hours spent on the links. Yes sir, accomplishing all of this in only 2 years 9 months – would certainly wear me out.
