‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

Black-on-Black Crime By The Numbers

February 28, 2014

You will recall that my February 25, nationally syndicated column titled “Blacks Are The Hunters Not The Hunted” referenced a racialist, supposedly a journalist, by the name of Ta-Nehisi Coates, who said: “Spare us the invocations of ‘black-on-black crime.’ I will not respect the lie. I would rather be thought insane. The most mendacious phrase in the American language is ‘black-on-black crime.’”

Well I say just color the person fully insane then because as Sean Collins Walsh, Staff Writer for the Philadelphia Daily News wrote: “In Philadelphia, 75 percent of homicide victims and 80 percent of [the] perpetrators are [black] males.” (Aiming To Help Black Men; 2/25/14)

Philadelphia is not an isolated example of horrific examples of black-on-black crime. There are similar and higher examples in other urban jungles such as New York, New Jersey, Detroit, Cleveland, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, and whatever urban area that is predominantly black.

Black intelligentsia, who are today’s version of W.E.B. du Bois’ “Talented Tenth,” like Ta-Nehisi Coates can claim there’s no such thing as black-on-black crime or if there is that it isn’t the pandemic that it is claimed to be until their hair (allowing they have any) grows blond and straight, but that will not change the facts. Black-on-black crime exists; it is a pandemic. And those blacks who try to deny same and/or who argue “white people are doing it, too” are a camorra of chthonic fools who purposefully, denying the truth because to admit the truth would mean they would also have to admit that it’s not white people — it’s black people who are holding other blacks down.

[adsanity id=11884 align=aligncenter /]Coates also sarcastically said: “The irrelevance of black life has been drilled into this country since its infancy, and shall not be extricated through the latest innovations in Negro Finishing School.” I confess: — I haven’t a clue what Coates was attempting to say, but specific to his sarcasm; “finishing school” for Negroes like him and those killing one another in the streets would probably be a good idea.[adsanity id=11817 align=alignleft /]
