‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

Muhammad Must Be Okay With This

October 11, 2012

If Muhammad doesn’t sanction this behavior aren’t the Taliban the real traitors to Islam? Conversely, if the Taliban are not the traitors to Islam, then Muhammad must be as evil as the Taliban. In any case Muslims cannot have it both ways.

Once again we have another example of the Erebusic evil of the followers of Muhammad that are so quick to shout allahu akbar. The Taliban attempted to murder a 14 year-old little girl, while she was on a school bus, because she advocated the right for Pakistani women to be educated and she had blogged to the BBC pursuant to what real life was like under the Taliban.
I had no idea a foul-breathed, toothless goat-herder, who probably bathes as often as it rains in the desert, could feel so threatened by a little girl learning to read and write.
Where are the malicious feminists and duplicitous women’s groups that protest women are being treated unfairly because certain private organizations are not open to women? Where are the feminist women’s groups that claim to care about the health of women worldwide?

What more concern of the health of women can there be under the sun than to end the Islamic practice of throwing acid in the face of women? What more concern for women’s health can there be than the Islamic practice of stoning women and beating them?

The rueful liberal feminist groups are quick to protest that women are not treated the same pursuant to education and the lack of equal pay bromide, but wouldn’t the sane among us think the mistreatment of women by crazed Muslims would be a cause celebre for them? Where’s Madonna, Gaga and Hollywood? Wouldn’t a live concert/telethon to raise awareness and bring an end to such a primitive evil be a great step toward ending same?

We know that Planned Parenthood would only get involved if it meant more abortions, condoms and birth control–but where are the other liberal women’s’ groups that claim to care about women?

The little girl, Malala Yousufzai, was shot in the head and neck at point-blank range. Miraculously, she is expected to live (unless, of course, the Taliban storms the hospital to complete what they attempted). Predictably, a Taliban spokesman said, “This was a new chapter of obscenity, and we have to finish this chapter.” I had no idea a foul-breathed, toothless goat-herder, who probably bathes as often as it rains in the desert, could feel so threatened by a little girl learning to read and write.

Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani 14 year old repeatedly shot by the Taliban in an assassination attempt this week. Malala bravely spoke up for girls across her nation, seeking basic human rights and an education, and she criticized the violence and oppression of the Taliban. They responded by boarding her school bus this week, finding her and shooting her in the head and neck.

The Associated Press reported, on October 9, that Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf condemned the attack and called her a daughter of Pakistan. State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland called the shooting “barbaric” and “cowardly.”

The Associated Press also reported, that Leila Zerrougui, the U.N. special representative for children in armed conflict, condemned the attack “in the harshest terms.” ‘’Education is a fundamental right for all children,” she said in a statement. The Taliban “must respect the right to education of all children, including girls, to go to school and live in peace.”

The problem with what Nuland said is that it amounts to absolutely nothing. It is completely devoid of substance. Of course it was “barbaric” and “cowardly.” It was also evil and criminal.

The comment from the U.N. special representative for children was even more ludicrous. What good does saying you condemn it “in the harshest terms” and that “education is a fundamental right for all children” do? How does saying the Taliban “must respect the right to education of all children, including girls, to go to school and live in peace” help end this religious animalism? Is that the best they can come up with?

How will their feigned laments end this barbarism? The answer of course is that it will not.

If Islam is what the supporters of same want us to believe then Muslims must end this on their own. The American Revolution started with a few men who met in a New England pub. Are we supposed to believe the people who live over there do not know who belongs to the Taliban? Brave American men and women have given their lives to end the control of these elapids, and all they get in return is an IED parked inside their compounds.

Our brave military must be concerned about being killed by the very people they are training. I say, if Muslims are serious, let them start hunting down the Taliban living in their villages, and rendering them incapable of hurting their women and children. It’s time for them to start carrying the freight.

No civilized people celebrate this type of evil. No civilized people tolerate it. If those over there aren’t willing to start killing those they know to be Taliban, I say build a wall around them and put a roof over it and leave them to themselves. Because they don’t deserve our help.

As for the liberal women’s groups, the music industry and Hollywood–shut up and go away until you decide to do something that actually matters.
