Black Star Project: Only Pretending To Care About Black Children
On May 5, 2015, in my syndicated op-ed titled “NY Times Editorial Board Imply Blacks Too Stupid For Thinking Jobs,” I wrote: “The article is intended to provide validation for politicians advocating: 1) reward for bad behavior; and/or 2) reward for lack of personal responsibility. But in either case the conversation will include generous references to the NY Times as if same is the singular authority for all things black.” (New York Times Editorial Board Imply Blacks Too Stupid For Thinking Jobs; 5/5/15)
It wasn’t a prescient observation it was simply a case of realizing the ever-so-predictable habits of race-whores and acrimonious blacks. And as if on cue Phillip Jackson of the Nation of Islam front group “The Black Star Project” has stepped up parroting what the white liberal New York Times Editorial Board purposed when they wrote the article I referenced above.
[adsanity id=15905 align=alignleft /]Jackson said: “You will always struggle to grow Black boys into strong, positive and productive young Black men with 1.5 million missing Black men from their lives. Fix the problem of missing Black men and you will fix the problem of troubled Black boys. You cannot mentor or educate or wish your way out of this catastrophe!” (June 1, 2015; The Black Star Project)For the record, this Louis Farrakhan front group would complain about white clouds in a blue sky. They are racially jaundiced to the point of duplicitous absurdity.
They are institutionally dishonest but no skin color worshipping black person would ever find that a matter of concern as long as skin color was exalted and whites were cast as villains.
Specific to that point, on The Black Star Project website, directly under the factually flawed NT Times article, is another article that has become their cause célèbre. They have determined the punishment of the 11 corrupt Atlanta public school teachers who were found guilty under “Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act” (RICO) in one of the biggest cheating scandals ever is unjust. Principally because the 11 guilty teachers are black.
Here again we see the dishonesty of race mongers who prostitute skin color with the same cruel disregard for humanity as that of Chicago pimps. In the face of overwhelming evidence The Black Star Group have unleashed their racist bile toward white prosecutors.
In my syndicated article titled “Chicago’s ‘Black Star Project’ Synonym for Hypocrisy” I wrote: “This Chicago based organization is supposedly “committed to improving the quality of life in black and Latino communities of Chicago and nationwide by eliminating the racial academic achievement gap.” Which I argue is simply code-speak used to extort money from industry, and to blame whites for black underachievement.” (Chicago’s Black Star Project Synonym For Hypocrisy; 4/21/15)
[adsanity id=8405 align=alignleft /]I further stated: This Chicago based organization is supposedly “committed to improving the quality of life in black and Latino communities of Chicago and nationwide by eliminating the racial academic achievement gap.” Which I argue is simply code-speak used to extort money from industry, and to blame whites for black underachievement. … In the second sentence of The Black Star Project mission statement we read: “Good teachers and administrators are invaluable to the educational process.” But as I observed earlier when it comes to the mission of black hate groups, and let there be no doubt that beneath the veneer of “just cause,” The Black Star Project is simply another “it’s because we’re black” and “the white man is out to get us” black hate group using skin color as a bludgeon.Pursuant to the black Atlanta teachers found guilty under RICO charges, it should be noted that RICO charges were created to combat organized crime on the highest of levels, which means that the size and scope of criminal activity of these teachers was monumental.
As I wrote in the referenced April 21, article: Wall Street Journal commenter Michael Sullivan said it best: “The truly amazing thing is that 187 black educators were convinced they could engage in mass corruption and given rampant corruption in Atlanta nobody would notice. The motivation? Greed plain and simple. They pocketed bonuses based on fake scores. The superintendent (now deceased) pocketed over $500,000 in bonuses on top of her obscene $350,000 annual salary with massive perks. None of that money has been returned to the taxpayers.” (Eleven Atlanta Educators Convicted in Cheating Scandal; Cameron McWhirter; 4/1/15; wsj.com; see comments)
The fact that these teachers have perpetrated the most heinous of crimes against the very black (male) children Phillip Jackson and his race pimps claim they care about hasn’t stopped The Black Star Project from demanding Obama give the black teachers a presidential pardon. Do you think they would be saying the same things if even one of the teachers had been white?
But their condemnable race-based double standard doesn’t stop there. There is the Georgia teacher who is accused of permitting students have sex in the classroom.
Quentin Wright is a 25-year-old Atlanta math teacher is alleged to have permitted his middle school students to have sex in a storage unit in his classroom. (Georgia Teacher Accused of Letting Students Have Sex; CBS/AP; 5/20/15) He is charged with four misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Wright reportedly arranged times with students when the classroom would be empty and gave them condoms. It was unclear if Wright provided the condoms out of his own pocket and/or at his own expense. (Sarcasm intended.)
Apparently that is the kind of math class The Black Star Project approves of and Wright epitomizes the type of teacher they have in mind when they say, “Good teachers and administrators are invaluable to the educational process [of blacks boys].”
And these aren’t the only incidents this racist Chicago group has been obliged to ignore, as long as black teachers were the ones perpetrating the harmful acts upon black children.
The Black Star Project is using race to extort money and blame whites while defending the very types of teachers whom they accuse whites of being. They are also guilty of encouraging children to underperform based on the skin color of the teacher.
In my 26 total years of education I have never had a black teacher. Which of these race hustlers is prepared to argue I am educationally challenged? No one in my family had a black teacher before college yet their educational and professional attainments cannot be challenged. My son attended private school and never had a black teacher. He is now a successful business owner, would he have, to date, accomplished more with black teachers?
Sadly, many blacks are blinded by the shine of their skin to the point of being willful participants in their own underachievement.[adsanity id=11817 align=alignleft /]
