‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

SPECIAL EDITION FRIDAY: Biden Purposely Creating Hardship

The immediately following is an email addressing whose is responsible for the crippling increases of gas.  It’s from John Brinson, my longtime friend and colleague.  He has been a frontline warrior in the fight for energy independence and environmental subjugation.  John is informed and knowledgeable regarding the lies and thoroughly dishonest actions of politicians, environmental extremists and the economic terrorists destroying our energy independence – all the while increasing the financial hardship(s) upon the public sectors most unable to withstand the exponential increases in cost of living, goods and services. John writes:

DOE Sec. Jennifer Granholm blames Putin, but gas prices were up 30% before Russia invaded Ukraine. (Have you ever seen a more arrogant face than Denholm’s?)

Here’s why fuels are up so high, by US Senator Josh Hawley:

“He immediately re-entered the Paris Climate Accord, he cancelled the Keystone Pipeline, he halted leasing programs in ANWR, he issued a sixty-day halt on all new oil and gas leases and drilling permits on federal lands and waters … that accounts for 25 percent of US oil production. He directed federal agencies to eliminate all support efforts for fossil fuels, he imposed new regulations on oil and gas, and methane emissions; those were all just in the first few days!”

But, don’t blame Biden – he’s clueless. Blame instead the climate control cabal. The US economy runs on oil and gas – reduce supply and all prices increase – not just gasoline and diesel fuel.

Here is where I apologize to my learned friend, because I do blame Biden.  He wasn’t clueless under Obama and that cabal.  Biden understands what’s going on and he darn well knows what is going on.  And that knowledge alone is sufficient for him to impeached and investigated for a plethora of wrong doings.  His family as a whole should be investigated for financial impropriety.  Which of his family is concerned about the cost of goods and services?  Certainly not his brother and most certainly not his decadent drug-addict son, Hunter.

THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION DOESN’T WANT YOU TO KNOW:

The following are facts that prove that the Biden administration is purposely destroying the economy and knowingly subjecting Americans to financial hardships that are wholly avoidable as proven by President Trump.  These facts are collected from the government’s own United States Geological Survey website.  The data shows this administration is fully aware of the harm, pain and immiseration they are inflicting upon We the People.

This administration is singularly responsible for the unicorn-illusion that electric vehicles will save the  day and rescue people from the horrible idea of fossil fuel.  Fossil fuel is not the problem – cultural Marxists and economic terrorists are the problem.  Blackmail, graft and politicians using their position to circumvent law and precedent for personal and family gain is the problem.  And those are only for starts.

Following are the facts this administration is concealing:

U.S. OIL SUPPLY – INCREDIBLE

Some months ago, there was a news program on oil and one of The
Forbes Bros. was the guest.  The host said to Forbes, “I am going to
ask you a direct question and I would like a direct answer; how much
oil does the U.S. Have in the ground?” Forbes did not miss a beat, he
said, “More than all the Middle East put Together.”

The U.S. Geological Service issued a report in April 2008 that only
Scientists and oil men knew was coming, but man was it big.  It was a
revised report (hadn’t been updated since 1995) on how much oil was in
this area of the western 2/3 of North Dakota, western South Dakota,
and Extreme eastern Montana.

The Bakken is the largest domestic oil discovery since Alaska’s
Prudhoe Bay and has the potential to eliminate all American dependence
on foreign oil. The Energy Information Administration (EIA) estimates
it at 503 billion barrels. Even if just 10% of the oil is recoverable
(5 Billion barrels), at $107 a barrel, we’re looking at a resource
base worth more than $5.3 trillion.  “When I first briefed legislators
on this, you could practically see their Jaws hit the floor.

They had no idea.” says Terry Johnson, the Montana Legislature’s
financial analyzer.  “This sizable find is now the highest-producing
onshore oil field found in the past 56 years,” reports The Pittsburgh
Post Gazette.

It’s a formation known as the Williston Basin but is more commonly
referred to as the ‘Bakken.’  It stretches from Northern Montana,
through North Dakota and into Canada. For years, U.S. Oil exploration
has been considered a dead end.  Even the ‘Big Oil’ companies gave up
searching for major oil wells decades ago.

However, a recent technological breakthrough has opened up the
Bakken’s Massive reserves, And, we now have access of up to 500
billion barrels. And because this is Light, sweet oil, those billions
of barrels will cost Americans just $16 PER BARREL!!!!!  That’s enough
crude to fully fuel the American economy for 2041 years Straight. And
if THAT didn’t throw you on the floor, then this next one should –
Because it’s from 2006 !!!!!!

U.S. Oil Discovery – Largest Reserve in the World Stansberry Report
Online – 4/20/2006.  Hidden 1,000 feet beneath the surface of the
Rocky Mountains lies the Largest untapped oil reserve in the world.
It is more than 2 TRILLION barrels. On August 8, 2005 President Bush
Mandated its extraction.  In many recent years of high oil prices none
has been extracted. With this mother lode of oil why are we still
fighting over off-shore Drilling?

They reported this stunning news:  We have more oil inside our
borders, than all the other proven reserves on Earth.

Here are the official estimates:

8 times as much oil as Saudi Arabia

18 times as much oil as Iraq

21 times as much oil as Kuwait

22 times as much oil as Iran

500 times as much oil as Yemen

And it’s all right here in the Western United States !!!!!!

HOW can this BE? HOW can we NOT BE extracting this? Because the
Environmentalists and others have blocked all efforts to help America
become Independent of foreign oil!  Again, we are letting a small
group of people Dictate our lives and our economy. WHY?

James Bartis, lead researcher with the study says we’ve got more oil
in this very compact area than the entire Middle East, more than 2
TRILLION barrels Untapped. That’s more than all the proven oil
reserves of crude oil in the World today, reports The Denver Post.

Don’t think ‘OPEC’ will drop its price even with this find? Think
again!  It’s all about the competitive marketplace, it has to. Think
OPEC just might be funding the environmentalists?

The following is an article by Lauren Fix for NewsMax from July 9, 2021:

The title of the article asks the question: “Will All These Electric Cars Crash The Power Grid? Explained.”  Before you read Fix’s article let me say emphatically that not only will it crash the power grid, but the mindless stupidity of the demonic hordes pushing electric vehicles is not to be construed with being of benefit to us.  It is the exact opposite.  The cost of the impact on the environment alone will be far beyond the harm green zealots are claiming comes from fossil fuel.

Fix wrote the following July 9, 2021:

High temperatures, increased demand for the electric power for air conditioning, computers and electric cars charging; will all these new electric cars crash the grid?
The latest dose of reality came this week when California, facing triple digit temperatures, began to worry about the pressure on the state’s power grid as a result of everybody charging their electric vehicles all at once.
This is not just a California problem, it impacts the entire United States and we are starting to see the results of relying 100% on solar and wind and reducing nuclear, natural gas and coal usage. I promise this will lead to increased electricity costs.

I’ll explain.

From a June 18th post on Facebook: “California literally just told everyone to not charge their electric cars due to power shortage.”

This year, the scorching temperatures arrived early, prompting the first power conservation advisory of the summer on June 17 and setting off speculation on social media about how the heat could impact electric car owners.

This sparked discussion on social media about whether California has the resources to continue to move toward electric vehicles in pursuit of a greener future. Currently, California is planning to sell only electric cars by 2035.

For California, it can’t provide enough electricity for the homes and businesses they have, yet they are mandating everyone drive more electric cars.

But this electric grid issue impacts other states. Look at Texas which recently was in darkness for weeks..

This is a state known for oil and gas. They tried changing their base load power to wind and solar and reducing the load from natural gas and coal. The energy board was humiliated and many stepped down. This was a bad decision that impacted many people’s lives.

New York City, Seattle and Portland were other large cities that asked people to not charge their electric cars, shut off their air conditioning and unplug any unused electric appliances.

The demand has increased and the supply isn’t as reliable if you rely on wind and solar. Charging at night doesn’t work for everyone.

So what is the impact to you and your wallet?

The grid has problems that are greater than electric cars. The grid needs to be upgraded, but adding on the load from electric cars and powering it with solar and wind is far from being able to support all the draw required to charge every car and all of the other electric needs.

There is a theory that people plug in at night. In Silicone Valley, every office has charging at the office as a benefit to employees, so people charge at work for free and don’t plug in at home; its just more convenient.

The best conditions for charging are for people to charge at home; instead, it’s easier to charge at work, and every car adding to the systems draws against the base load power during the day taxes the system.

Companies, homes and universities use quite a bit of power during the day, too.

Increasing the supply of energy is not the answer. The grid needs to be upgraded, and to increase the capacity will cost trillions of dollars.

The Energy Marketers of America stated that if 10% of America goes to EV’s, the cost will be $147 billion. That cost will be passed down to you.

Electric companies are calling us “Rate-Payers,” and they are charging us for this subsidy whether you use it or not. We are all paying in on the increased prices.

Utility companies are seeking approval to charge rate-payers additional money to pay for the build-out of the electric vehicle charging infrastructure, even though this same infrastructure is going to become a source of revenue for utilities down the road.

According to a recent EMA study, building out the EV charging infrastructure (just the charging port, not the additional electric grid capacity or weatherizing) will cost more than $5,000 for every electric vehicle, charging prices not included.

There are some other options to reduce the carbon footprint, but it’s not part of the Green New Deal. Nuclear power is a clean and sustainable, nuclear is a zero-emission clean energy source, but it’s not subsidized and removing it from our grid will cause brown-outs.

This is already happening all over California. There are also new fracking techniques that could be used to generate energy with no carbon emissions.

Here’s the Bottom line:

In the nation’s capital and state capitals around the country, laws and regulations are being pursued with the ultimate goal of getting rid of gas- and diesel-fueled cars and trucks.

These policies come in many different packages with many different names (infrastructure bills, “zero emission vehicle” mandates, fuel economy standards, clean car and truck rules, low carbon fuel standards) but they share the central goals of making it more expensive to own any vehicle that isn’t electric and requiring the public, rather than private companies, to pay for EV charging.

Already, these government approaches are hitting American drivers. All consumers need to be informed and policymakers need to take steps to insert consumer protections into each of these measures.

There is a push for electric vehicles.  We are moving too fast and the cost to you is going to increase and so will the price gasoline. They are putting the squeeze on us!

As I and many others have warned many times over, it is also important that we remember the green zealots and their political allies are natural born pernicious liars.  Are we supposed to forget Obama’s “If you like your doctor you can keep them and his face the nation speeches claiming premiums would not increase with obamacare?”

On June 19, 2017, in a syndicated column I wrote the following:

One of the greatest myths of all time is the climate change hoax. I remember hearing the over-the-top prognosticators of doom and gloom dating back to my college days and before. I remember hearing the environmentalists predict a global drop in temperature was going to occur and create a new ice age. We are still waiting for Newsweek’s 1975 article about the impending ice age entitled “The Cooling World” by Peter Gwynne, to become a reality – the article predicted the world could expect same to happen within 10 years of its date of writing.

There was the acid rain scare, predictions of forest death in Central Europe, and other apocalyptic predictions, not the least of which were those outlined in William and Paul Paddock’s book entitled “Famine-1975.” They argued that, “by 1975, a disaster of unprecedented magnitude [would] face the world and famines greater than any in history [would] ravage the undeveloped nations.”

The Arizona Republic, on June 2, 1968, wrote “professor R. Heilbroner of New York predicted that in the early 1970s, ‘the greatest catastrophe the world has ever known’ [would] occur when the population far outstrips the available food supply.”

From the beginning, radical prognosticators of environmental apocalypse have been miserably wrong. Now, armed with new fictional threats and apocalyptic warnings, they seek to legislate the environment and thus further erode the rights of individuals.

As I wrote in March of 2007: “From the beginning, radical prognosticators of environmental apocalypse have been miserably wrong. Now, armed with new fictional threats and apocalyptic warning, they seek to legislate the environment and thus further erode the rights of individuals.”

The deranged climate culture followed global cooling with myths guaranteeing cataclysmic certainties due to global warming. Succeeding only at reproducing faux studies and fallacious documentation pursuant to global warming and global cooling in the months preceding same – the climatology schemers came up with “climate-change.”

Climate-change is perhaps the most draconian lie of them all because left in the hands of those like Obama it allows for government to not only control but to elevate climate lies to the stature of biblical truths.

David Deming wrote, “This is not science – it’s religion. It takes faith to believe in global warming. You need to pretend the sun is not the major factor in how warm the earth is at any given time. You need to pretend that your choice of light bulb can really impact the temperature of the planet. You need to pretend that buying carbon credits from Al Gore will actually save the planet. You need to pretend massive redistribution of wealth can reduce the temperatures of the planet. That’s a lot of pretending [i.e., faith]”. (See: The Only True Emergency; 7/14/2009)

Mark my words; this push to toward electric vehicles will be the mother of one of the single greatest disastrously bad decisions in the history of America.

Take action and share this!
