‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

Dogs Must Be Given Medical Attention; Babies Must Die

November 16, 2004, I wrote a nationally syndicated op-ed titled: “Darth Democrat”. This op-ed so enraged Obama that he personally sent me a birthday card that contained a thinly veiled attempt to threaten my wife and family. After I had showed the card to certain trusted colleagues, I publicly responded to his pathetic attempt to bully me in a way that was consistent with his boorish commonality and lack of breeding. I remain singularly unimpressed by him and his heinously unattractive wife. Which is what I, in not so many words said, referencing his puerile attempt to intimidate me into silence because he didn’t want the truth of who and what he was being made public, out of fear that it would harm his soon to be presidential campaign plans.

I’ve also made it clear that where I come from we aren’t intimidated by limp-wristed sissified girlie-men who wear pink panties and kiss other men in the backseat of cars and/or in Chicago bathhouses. Of course unlike the rumors that persist in reference to “little barry’s” childhood, my father never sodomized me either, and my mother wasn’t a wanton caricature of motherhood. But I digress. (See: https://mychal-massie.com/its-time-to-admit-obama-is-a-communist/)

Notwithstanding, the point of this “Rant” is to present the duplicitous dishonesty of those who celebrate with serenade, leftwing extremism. In the article “Darth Democrat” I wrote concerning Obama:

Another trademark of uber-liberal socialists like Lord Obama is complete disregard for human life – especially the lives of the elderly, physically challenged and the unborn. Or in Obama’s case, even the “Live-born abortion victims.” He claimed his reason for not supporting SB1093, the “Born Alive Infant Protection Act,” was the measure didn’t include the “life and health of the mother” provision.

A question that begs an answer is where, exactly, does the threat to the mother lie in said infant protection? Interestingly enough, Obama refused to support two bans which did include exceptions for safety of the mother. So his refusal to support anti-partial-birth abortion bills HB382 and SB230 comes as no surprise.

He also refused to support SB1095, which creates a cause of action for harm or neglect that comes to a child “born-alive” after a labor-induced abortion. Add to that his “no” vote on SB1661, also part of the “Abortion Alive Protection Act,” which created the “Induced Birth Infant Liability Act.”

Obama, along with every self-acclaimed leftwing extremist, and specifically including the 20 that are running for the Democrat presidential nomination, applaud the murder of children even after they’ve been born healthy with no afflictions of any kind.

Virginia governor Ralph Northam is proud of his support for the murdering of babies after they are born if the mother after giving birth, suddenly determines that the child is a threat to her “mental wellbeing.”

Virginia Delegate Kathy Tran introduced a bill that removes all current restrictions on third trimester abortions and permits the child to be killed even while it is actually being born.

Tran’s bill: Eliminated the requirement that an abortion in the second trimester of pregnancy and prior to the third trimester be performed in a hospital. The bill eliminated all the procedures and processes, including the performance of an ultrasound, required to effect a woman’s informed written consent to the performance of an abortion; however, the bill didn’t change the requirement that a woman’s informed written consent be first obtained. The bill eliminated the requirement that two other physicians certify that a third trimester abortion is necessary to prevent the woman’s death or impairment of her mental or physical health, as well as the need to find that any such impairment to the woman’s health would be substantial and irremediable. The bill also removes language classifying facilities that perform five or more first-trimester abortions per month as hospitals for the purpose of complying with regulations establishing minimum standards for hospitals.

Even though Tran’s bill ultimately failed in Virginia, she had the full support of governor Northam, who went even further than Tran. Here’s how Northam responded to WTOP talk radio host:

HOST: …no exceptions. There was a very contentious committee hearing…when Fairfax County delegate Kathy Tran made her case for lifting restrictions on third trimester abortions as well as other restrictions now in place. And she was pressed by a Republican delegate about whether her bill would permit an abortion even as a woman is essentially dilating, ready to give birth, and she answered that it would permit an abortion at that stage of labor. Do you support her measure and explain her answer.

NORTHAM: …Julie, I certainly can’t speak for delegate Tran. … But I will tell you, one, the first thing I would say is this is why decisions such as this should be made by providers or physicians and the mothers and fathers that are involved. When we talk about third trimester abortions, these are done with the consent of the mother, with the consent of the physician. More than one physician, by the way. And its done in case where there may be severe deformities, where there may be a fetus that is non-viable.

So, in this particular example, if a mother is in labor I can tell you exactly what would happen. The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.

So, I think this was really blown out of proportion, but again, we want the government not to be involved in these types of decisions.

Notice how humane Northam tried to make the killing of a fully born child sound, saying that the murdering fully born children was: “…[being] really blown out of proportion.” That statement is even more callous and demonic than his open support for killing children after they have been born.

The conscience of the people did not stop New York, Vermont and Rhode Island from legislation making it acceptable for a woman to kill her child after it has been born, if she suddenly decides she doesn’t want it.

But, and this is a significant “but,” note the following article I read Tuesday morning July 9th.

WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. – A Slate Belt man is facing animal cruelty charges after authorities allegedly found two dead puppies in a clutter-filled room described as a garbage dump.

District Judge Alicia Zito arraigned Gage Ruiz Monday afternoon on neglect and cruelty charges after he allegedly failed to provide any veterinary care and left the dogs to decompose in the filthy room. She released the 18-year-old on $15,000 unsecured bail.

Washington Township police were dispatched on July 1 to a home…to conduct a welfare check on puppies that were believed to have died days earlier and were still inside the house.

The homeowner told an officer there were two puppies in the home and that at least one of them was dead, according to court records. She told police that the dogs were in the bedroom belonging to Ruiz. It’s not clear from court records the relationship between Ruiz and the homeowners.

When the officer pulled back the curtain on the bedroom, he was greeted by up to 3 feet of garbage and clutter on the floor that nearly buried the kennel in which the dogs were kept, according to records. The officer described the room as smelling like animal feces and a garbage dump.

The owners were asked to take the cage outside. Authorities said there were 2 to 4 inches of feces and garbage inside along with the two dead mixed-breed puppies, Dufas and Drake. The officer said there no food or water bowls in the cage or bedroom. The puppies were born in December 2018.

The homeowners told police that the puppies belonged to Ruiz. He had left the house and returned about a week later, confirming the dogs were dead. He allegedly dug two holes in the backyard but left the puppies in his room to decompose.

It’s not clear from court records when Ruiz last checked on the puppies.

The homeowners told police that they didn’t believe the dogs were ever seen by a veterinarian or received rabies vaccinations.

Authorities charged Ruiz with two felony counts of aggravated cruelty to animals. He also faces two counts each of cruelty to animals, animal neglect and failing to vaccinate the dogs for rabies. His next court date is a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 23. I have some difficulty in determining which offends me more. The complete disregard for life by reprobate baby-killers or the fact that they place a higher premium on the lives of animals than they do the the life of a child that someone would adopt, raise and nurture.

Even more condemnable is the fact that these evil people wear their support for more extreme methods  of killing children, like a badge of honor.

I am thankful to God for two things however: 1) every child killed and ripped apart by suction hoses or that have had their skulls cracked open and their brains sucked out, will be whole and in heaven; and 2) I am thankful that I will not be the women and who have to explain to God why they paid someone to kill their child and in many instances, paid someone to kill two or more of their children; and I am thankful I won’t be the doctors who have made fortunes murdering babies.
