For those of us raised in the Judeo-Christian ideals that have been the backbone of Western thought for millennia, it is hard to fathom the spirit of Amalek running amok in Israel and the horrific targeting and slaughter of innocents. The Amalekites targeted the weakest among the Israelites after being delivered from the hands of the Egyptians through the Red Sea. The attacks were so widespread that Moses finally sent Joshua to deal with them, and with Moses’ hands lifted up by Aaron and Hur, he prevailed.

The brutality of the ancient world is upon us. Its barbarism is on full display. This unprecedented attack on the Jewish state is only unprecedented in this generation but not historically. Barbarous, murderous, defiling assaults on an army’s enemies have been warfare’s normal consequence from time immemorial. It was only in the late 1600s or early 1700s, when the Swedes imposed the death penalty on soldiers who committed rape in wartime, that managing men’s animalistic behavior in war began and has been the model for Western warfare in modernity.

It is difficult to comprehend how a man can organize a group of armed soldiers and send them to a dance festival to indiscriminately shoot the festival goers, or block a highway by impersonating the police only to open fire on the throngs stuck in the traffic jam, or going door to door wiping out entire families in their homes. It is impossible for us to understand why a culture would train its children to hate their neighbors from childhood and foster and encourage the succeeding generations to destroy this enemy. These attacks during Sukkot 2023 should remind us that when the Iranian regime shouts that they want to eliminate the Jews and push them into the sea, it is not mere postulation but sincere judgment and desired execution.

The rapacious appetite for destruction dominates Middle Eastern and Muslim caliphate thought and seemingly operates with impunity. These cultural sympathizers have infiltrated every Western nation and held rallies in major Western cities, notably London, New York, Toronto, and Sydney, to support Hamas’ barbaric invasion. One Muslim man in New York declared, “We’re done being tortured and hurt and judged. This is the correct religion. This is the religion that all of humanity needs to be – Islam. We will not stop until it enters every home. So, I want you to repeat after me. I want to hear it in every single district. It should tremble. Brooklyn should hear it. The Bronx should hear it. Queens should hear it. Say it – There is no god worth of worship except allah. The God of Jesus, the God of Moses, the God of Abraham, and the god of the last and final prophet, Muhammed…” I am appalled at these protests in large American cities and around the world, Sydney, for example, against Israel with shouts of “Death to Jews” and “Gas the Jews.” I refute this appeal and declare there is no God but the One who was and is and is to come and reveals Himself to humanity through the Jewish people, providing salvation through their Messiah, Christ Jesus, the Lord.

The worldwide caliphate will exploit this with its countless numbers in the Western world. We should not be surprised when they perpetrate similar atrocities in our great cities. We who have the freedom to own and carry firearms must prepare. And we should denounce this demonic lunacy with the most severe language and opposition. Something drastic must be done, or we will wake up one day and find the same vile butchering of innocents happening all over America, England, Australia, etc.

It is not coincidental that the timing of this horrific assault started almost 50 years to the day of the Yom Kippur War and during the final days of Sukkot. It was a message the caliphate is aggressively moving to accomplish its annihilation of Israel. It is also not coincidental the Iranians received over $6B from Uncle Joe last month.

The failure of Mossad, British, and American intelligence to have missed this massive murderous invasion is very concerning. When Western powers, especially the man occupying the Presidential Palace in Washington D.C., ignore the genuine threats to their homelands, namely unmitigated immigration, and place the blame for terrorism on its citizenry, targeting MAGA supporters in particular, as he said on May 13th, 2023, “White supremacy is the single most dangerous terrorist threat in our homeland,” it emboldens our enemies to horrifically devastating action. When January 6th, protestors, and Canadian Truckers are arrested and maligned, their bank accounts and liberty seized, but BLM and Palestinian sympathizers can rally with impunity, it emboldens our enemies. When the strongest military the world has ever seen leaves $80B worth of the most advanced military equipment behind enemy lines, it emboldens our enemies.

During the 2008 presidential cycle, the usurper-in-chief said,” If you leave those billions of dollars of weapons behind, I promise they’re going to be used against your grandchild and mine someday.” Well, someday came swiftly! With the Biden regime’s full consent, my tax dollars have gone towards funding the evil slaughter of innocent Jews by financing the Islamist Iranian regime and their proxies, Hamas and Hezbollah. These inhuman entities have one mantra: “Death to Jews,” and one plan of action: extermination of the entire Jewish population.

We must prepare our hearts and not give in to the sensationalism of the press and its 24-hour news cycle, especially with all the conflicting posts on social media. Pray to discern the truth and be patient before responding in this hour, for it is easy to get caught up in the hysteria. All the potential exists for this to be a war of biblical proportions, Gog and Magog. We must also pray that the Father release a spirit of repentance and supplication in His people, in Yeshua’s merit and power. We must ask Him to lift the veil He put on His people for our benefit so they, too, can see the King and Messiah and know Him who knew no sin through that same Spirit. May he scramble the plans of the adversary and accuser, letting these barbaric plans not only fail but be utterly repulsed and obliterated. Abba, hear! Abba, forgive! Abba, relent on disaster. Let God arise, strengthen His people’s hands for war, and shatter the resolve of the wicked!
