I Want The Truth Not More Chicanery
I thought the Covid-19 nightmare would wane after November 3, and I’m confident it would have if President Trump had conceded the election. He has not conceded, low-and-behold another coronavirus surge with lockdowns for the foreseeable future.
Enough!
November 3 proved to be quite the extraordinary night. The President was winning (substantially) until counting stopped, Biden ballots infused the tally, and counting began again. Miraculously, against all mathematical probability, Biden gained a lead and was presumed to hit the magical 270 electoral vote tally. Fox News even called Arizona for the challenger.
Arizona!
Seriously, I am supposed to believe that the state which amassed a 96 mile long Trump caravan voted en-mass for the candidate who could scarcely draw dozens to his “rallies.”
I’m supposed to believe that the great state of Michigan, which saw the President 130,000 votes ahead of his challenger at 11:20 PM, when counting stopped, fall behind by 3:30 AM when counting resumed. This state where Trump started his campaign in both 2016 and 2020, and filled numerous venues with tens of thousands of supporters as POTUS crisscrossed the states, suddenly, and without mathematical explanation, pulled the trigger for Biden?
A similar phenomenon appeared in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, and Wisconsin.
And the Democrat party that cried unfair since the outcome of the 2016 election, relentlessly pursuing our President because of their petulant nature, expects the Republicans to suck it up and accept these questionable election results.
Not on our watch.
There is ample evidence of chicanery in this election. A simple search will yield myriad results. I have viewed numerous videos that appear to have election workers skewing the votes toward Biden. There are too many questionable ballots appearing unanimously for Biden and not equally so for Trump.
I admire our President for continuing the fight. Watching him drive through the hundreds of thousands of supporters who descended on Washington D.C. this past Saturday, November 14, 2020, was inspirational. I believe the man truly loves our great nation and her people. And I believe he is fighting for Truth to prevail. If the Truth showed a real Biden victory, I know the man would follow protocol and transfer power, but when the Truth is obscured, and the only one fighting for its exposure is the man challenged for the office of President, then he must continue the struggle.
“And you shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall set you free.” Jesus’ words in John 8:32, link Truth and Freedom as inseparable. I think the biggest obstacle for freedom-loving Americans of every ilk is the trustworthiness of the process.
I doubt state election officials conducted the process above board.
I doubt the people filling the roles in the electoral wards are ALL telling the Truth.
I doubt the legitimacy of ballots harvested in the middle of the night.
I doubt the legitimacy of the counting process when pollsters flout election laws by covering windows and removing their adversaries from the positions of monitoring the count.
I doubt the ability for a man like Biden, with a running mate who dropped out of the primaries, having no momentum in the run-up to the election, garnering over 78 million votes. Bon Jovi and former President Barak Obama couldn’t even draw enthusiastic crowds, yet he amassed almost 10 million more votes than President Obama garnered in 2008! This, in itself, is a red flag.
If I have these doubts, as an average Joe, with only scant time to study the issues, what might those who have ample time to investigate uncover?
I want the Truth. (I can handle it.)
I want verifiable Truth.
I want this election drawn out until it is abundantly clear there was no fraud, and if there was a fraud, I want it exposed and the perpetrators held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
I want to be able to trust our electoral process.
I want to believe that my vote not only counts, but it is valued by those who count it.
I want to believe “that this nation of the people, by the people, and for the people, will not perish from the earth.” There is only one outcome where Lincolns’ statement will continue, and that is for the current occupant of the White House to remain four more years.
