Illegal Aliens Are Not Harmless

Conclusive evidence proves beyond any argument that can be offered that illegal aliens are not only a drain on the infrastructure of our communities but they are also a threat to our system of governance and the dignity of our sovereignty. The late Democrat Congresswoman Barbara Jordan famously said, “It is both a right and a responsibility of a democratic society to manage immigration so that it serves the national interest.”

The blanket amnesty that members of both sides of the aisle are trying to force upon us is not in the national interest of our Republican form of government — nor is it in the best interest of the longevity of America.

The question that permeates the room like the stench of stale grease is why are Obama, Boehner, and the leadership of both Parties committed to forcing America to accept an invasion of illegal aliens that will, without question, result in a crisis the likes of which will as assuredly destabilize our way of life as Super Storm Sandy did for the residents of our East Coast.

I have answers to the question I proffer, but I do not have “the” answer. It is my experience that when dealing with politicians and the federal government there is always a dynamic lurking behind their veil of faux concern for “we the people.”

As you recall from the commentaries preceding this one, Jamiel Shaw, Jr., was a highly motivated and focused 17 year-old student whose future was as bright as any star in the sky. But his star was prevented from reaching its zenith because its light and life force came to a brutal end when a Mexican illegal alien with a lifelong history of violence and crime murdered Jamiel only steps away from the front door of Jamiel’s family home.

Compounding that tragedy was the fact that if Los Angeles were not classified a “Sanctuary City” police would have been able to bring the evidence of Jamiel’s murderer, Pedro Espinoza, to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) and Espinoza would have been deported back to Mexico to commit murder and mayhem in his own country. But that wasn’t an option because Janet Napolitano, Obama’s feckless head of Homeland Security had ordered ICE to stop deporting illegal alien criminals and the fact, that as indicated, Espinoza was in a sanctuary city.

Jamiel’s Law would seek to end this bureaucratic appeasement of illegal alien criminals by ending “Sanctuary” status for any illegal aliens in gangs. It would “Mandate To Investigate, Arrest and Assist.” That means the Mayor of Los Angeles and the Chief of Police would immediately develop and implement a method of identifying, arresting, deporting and/or prosecuting and imprisoning illegal alien gang members in conjunction with ICE.

Jamiel’s Law would include a “Reporting Requirement” that would mandate the Mayor to provide the City Council and the public with quarterly written reports detailing reasonable efforts to fully implement Jamiel’s Law.

Jamiel’s Law is a more than reasonable means to protect the legal citizens of Los Angeles, but you would think that we were asking for illegals to be shot like dogs in the streets. Which I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that is exactly what Mexican gangs are doing in Los Angeles. As a means of earning their “bones,” so to speak, they are singling out blacks and assassinating them in cold-blood wherever they sit, stand, ride, or drive.

Mr. Jamiel Shaw, Sr. was in Washington, D.C. on June 13, 2013 to testify before Congress during hearings on amnesty for illegal aliens. Immediately after Mr. Shaw’s opening remarks, the Obama sock-puppet and House stooge, liberal Democrat Hank Johnson, shed any pretense of honesty and attacked Mr. Shaw as being used by conservatives (white ones, of course) to oppose amnesty for illegal aliens.

It goes without saying that opposing amnesty for illegal aliens shouldn’t require Mexican illegal aliens involved in violent street gangs that are responsible for murdering some 1,700 blacks in Los Angeles, most of which as a means of entry into Mexican gangs, to be the primary causal factor. Adherence to our system of laws and jurisprudence should be. And the fact that a House Negro like Hank Johnson saw fit to attack and insult the members of every legal American family who have felt the pain of being victimized by illegal alien criminals is unconscionable.

Illegals are not pastoral families just seeking a better way of life. They are lawbreakers which makes them criminals from the moment they set foot here. They are draining the economic resources required to continue Head Start, food stamps, welfare, education, Section 8 Housing, ad nauseum.

According to statistics released by Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, from Sept. 11, 2001 to November 2006, illegal aliens were responsible for murdering 12 Americans every day. That meant 4,380 annually (which was nearly double the number of Americans killed that one year in combat in the Middle East). The total number of Americans murdered by illegal aliens between Sept. 11, 2001 and November 2006 was 21,900. The total number of Americans killed by drunk illegal alien drivers during that same time frame was 23,725 (that we know of). King’s statistics stated that at least 2,920 children are sexually assaulted by illegal aliens annually at that time.

According to the Pew Hispanic Center, Census Bureau data from 2008 show eight percent (340,000) of the children born in the U.S. in that year were born to illegal alien parents. In the same report the Center stated that there were approximately 4 million U.S.-born children of illegal alien parents.

Maybe Hank Johnson, the Obama sock-puppet, would like to explain how America is paying for all that carnage. And carnage it is — massive deaths, mass illegal births — who pays for that? The answer is we do while Obama and “Claribelle” spend $100 million of our tax dollars on an African vacation.

Even more egregious is the fact that the majority of the illegals coming here are loyal to their countries of origin, not to America. They blame America for stealing their lands, etc. They think America owes them whatever they can take.

Illegal aliens are not harmless, and granting them amnesty is not humane. It is a recipe for Hispanics to do what the Japanese and Hitler could not, i.e., have our English language changed to something else.
