‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

SUBJECT OF BRIEFING: Iran Builds “Dummy” U.S. Aircraft Carrier

The internet comes alive frequently with sensational articles and reports, and the stories morph and are retold by other bloggers usually screaming of some sort of impending doom, catastrophe, or the infamous “Black Flag” event preceding some impending doom or catastrophe. I have written on the continued downward slide of our Nation at the hands of avowed Marxists and haters of all things American who are now steering the American Ship of State, but this report is for the purpose of providing an Intelligence Briefing so when the event discussed herein occurs there may be at least some perspective, and a little less sensational response.

The country of Iran is building a mock American nuclear-powered aircraft carrier. This mock American carrier has the distinctive shape of the Navy’s Nimitz-class carrier; there are even simulated aircraft on the flight deck, and the Nimitz’s number 68 is neatly painted in white near the bow. The vessel is being constructed in the Gachin shipyard near Bandar Abbas on the Persian Gulf.

U.S. Intelligence learned of this construction project a year ago by satellite overflight photos. Cmdr. Jason Salata, a spokesman for the Navy’s Fifth Fleet in Bahrain stated: “Based on our observations, this is not a functioning aircraft carrier; it’s a large barge built to look like an aircraft carrier.” Military officials backed by additional intelligence now report the mock-up has no nuclear propulsion system, and is only two-thirds the length of a typical 1,100-foot-long U.S. Navy carrier. An interesting side note, Iran’s Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade posted a photograph and description on a website for the ministry. Equally interesting, Iran has taken no steps to hide the mock-up from American satellites.

Members of the American Intelligence community, has a working theory that this vessel will be towed to sea, anchored and then blown-up. This planned incident will be filmed from start to finish, and will be made to look realistic. The film will be aired on Iranian state-run TV. Iran has frequently used barges as targets for missile firings during training exercises.

The Propaganda Wars played by all major countries can be as menacing as real bullets and bombs. With a balanced analysis, however, orchestrated propaganda campaigns can be seen for what they truly are; namely, propaganda to support a selected cause or venture. With the possibility of Iran “blowing up” a supposed U.S. Navy carrier on the horizon, please look at the orchestrated event for what it is – propping up Iran and denigrating the United States of America.
