‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

SPECIAL EDITION FRIDAY: FaniGate: It’s Bad, And It Just Keeps Getting Worse! by Rich Kozlovich

The following first appeared on the blog: Paradigms and Demographics, Monday, February 26, 2024.

None of these fabricated prosecutions against Trump are really against Trump. They’re against the American people, and if allowed to happen, it will end American democracy, capitalism, and destroy the Constitution.

Jack Hellner outlines four of them, all filled with double standards and blatant hypocrisy.   The abuse of power and the financial corruption by Democrat leaders and the deep state is massive, and the media applauds it.  Yet when you compare that with the corruption involving Watergate, it makes Watergate’s crimes minuscule, and the media is complicit in that corruption.

However, I’m only going to deal with one involving Fani Willis, and I will start by saying, Georgia is one screwed up “Republican” state, with a Governor, Secretary of state, and Republican party with some serious issues with sanity and intelligence.   If we’re to judge them by their actions regarding the provable voter fraud in their state, the kindest thing that can be said of them is they’re corrupt, stupid, or both.

Fani Willis went after Trump like a mad dog in a meat market for daring to question the validity of the 2020 election.  The charge?  RICO.  Imagine that, she charged Trump and 18 others under a statute designed to get organized criminal organizations, like the Mafia. And the Republican party in Georgia supported that farce.  In August of 2023 the state’s Republican party took this stand:

State Sen. Colton Moore, a Republican in Georgia dared to stand up to Fulton County DA Fani Willis for bringing indictments against former and potentially future President Donald Trump to do with the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia. Days after the indictment, Moore called for an emergency session “to review the actions of Fani Willis” in bringing the charges. He also circulated a petition. Not only Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA) reject that call, but Moore has now actually been removed from the state Senate GOP caucus.

Let’s try and get this right, just once, please.  Joe Biden really did become President of the United States because of massive….massive voter fraud, which was easily discovered by anyone who wished to know the truth.   It’s also true voter fraud in Georgia was massive.  And thisis the tip of the iceberg.  Not only do Democrats not care about election integrity neither does Georgia’s Republican party.

These persecutions by corrupt prosecutors and judges of Donald Trump, if successful, will make ordinary activities of American citizens a crime, if what’s being done offends these corrupt Democrat prosecutors and judges.  And now we’re finding out Willis took expensive trips, a number of them in six months, and there’s a lot of questions as to where the money for this came from. However, she claims she keeps a stash of up to 15,000 dollars in her house all the time.  Her daddy told her to do that.  As a result, no one really knows where that money came from, who paid for what, and for whom on these trips, including her boyfriend.  I’ll tell you what, we’ll come back to that.

Allegedly she spent hours every day on the phone with her former Black Panther father, up to ten times a day.  She spent untold hours daily on the phone with her boyfriend, which makes me wonder when she worked?  My guess is, she didn’t work.  My guess is she’s a rude, arrogant, lazy, abusive, self-serving boss who never saw a burden so great she couldn’t place on someone else’s shoulders.  Let’s explore this, because it appears whistleblowers are lining up to testify against her, and the fact is, Willis has a history of “unethical violations”,

According to Timpson, the aide, Michael Cuffee, planned to use part of a $488,000 federal grant—earmarked for the creation of a Center of Youth Empowerment and Gang Prevention—to pay for “swag,” computers, and travel. “He wanted to do things with grants that were impossible, and I kept telling him, like, ‘We can’t do that,'” Timpson told Willis in a Nov. 19, 2021, meeting. “He told everybody … ‘We’re going to get MacBooks, we’re going to get swag, we’re going to use it for travel.’ I said, ‘You cannot do that, it’s a very, very specific grant.'”………..

Less than two months later, Willis abruptly terminated Timpson and had her escorted out of her office by seven armed investigators, according to Timpson. When Timpson filed a whistleblower complaint the following year that alleged wrongful termination, Willis’s office issued a statement describing Timpson as a “holdover from the prior administration” who was terminated because of her “failure to meet the standards of the new administration.”…………

To Timpson, these twin incidents demonstrate “a pattern” in Willis’s conduct…………… “Ethical violations, abuse of power, and the misuse of county, state, and federal funds.”

Neither Willis or Wade “have receipts to show she paid Wade back and who said she paid with cash to show she didn’t receive a direct benefit from the taxpayer money she paid to Wade.  Therefore, it is legitimate and necessary to ask where the cash came from and where it went.”

That brings us to her relationship with Nathan Wade.  First, I don’t care that she had a intimate relationship with this guy, that’s not my business. It may have a reflection on her ethics, specifically since she condemned others for such activity, but that’s not the real issue.  Again, her ethics is seriously flawed as she paid this guy, who had no experience in RICO law, far more than others, allowed Wade to make personnel decisions while he wasn’t even an employee.

And now we know there’s sufficient evidence they both lied under oath.  But it gets even better.  This article, Sounds Like Perjury: New Details Emerge About Fani Willis as She Attempts to Ignore Subpoena, the author states:

If anyone is having a worse time right now than Joe Biden (or, at least the people still trying to defend Joe Biden), it has to be Fani Willis. In just the past few weeks, The Georgia State Senate has opened an investigation into the Fulton County District Attorney AND introduced articles of impeachment against her; it was revealed that she fired a whistleblower who was alleging misuse of funds by her office; another revelation showed that her personal boy toy Nathan Wade — who led her investigation against Donald Trump — secretly met with the Biden administration immediately following Trump announcing his presidential campaign; and just last week, as the cherry on top of her corruption sundae, the House Judiciary Committee announced that it was issuing her a subpoena to inquire about her possible misuse of federal funds (more on that subpoena in a bit).

UPDATE, 2/26/24: Exclusive: Biden Admin Planted Operative in Fani Willis’ Office to Target TrumpWendell Husebø – The Biden administration planted a Democrat operative inside a Fulton County office to target former President Donald Trump, multiple sources familiar with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office exclusively told Breitbart News……

Hmmm, based on Willis’ understanding of American law can we assume that’s now a RICO violation?  Nah, it’s all racism!  The same pattern of misconduct is always met with the same claim, it’s racism, or at the very least misogyny, and racist misogyny to boot.

The black, female, big-spending Illinois mayor claiming racism and misogyny has a point…. The same is true for Atlanta prosecutor Fani Willis and New Orleans’ mayor LaToya Cantrell, all of whom have raised the same defense, along with Cori Bush: GOP Rep’s Attack on Me Was ‘Racist and Sexist Tropes’

None these charges of corruption have anything to do with race or misogyny, it’s all about actions.  Did they do what they’re being charged with or not? And it appears they are guilty of the charges, and there’s serious and legitimate claims Willis may lose herlicense to practice law.  But just keeps getting better, as already noted: Jim Jordan Subpoenas Fani Willis over her mishandling of federal grant money.

This could be the start of a grand mission to fix the justice system that’s been corrupted and abused by prosecutors and judges. And it can be done,  Illinois Judge Removed from Office for Unlawful Actions and Controversial Ruling on Rape Conviction.  That’s a message the entire justice system needs to get.  All it takes is guts.

After WWII they tried the Nazi judges that condemned so many innocent people to death, which was the basis for a great movie called the Judgement at Nuremberg.  The fact is, America needs it’s own Judgement at Nuremberg style trial, even if it’s done via Senate and/or House investigation hearings, and it should include prosecutors as well as judges.

No guts, no glory!

Update, 3/1/24:

Fani Willis Plays the Stooge February 28, 2024 By John Green – I’ve always liked those criminal mastermind movies. There’s always a criminal genius who assembles a crew of the best in their fields to pull off the heist of the century. After a flawlessly executed crime -– with lots of plot twists -– the crew makes a clean getaway and meets at a secret location to divvy up the haul. Just before they go their separate ways, the boss always admonishes his coconspirators to:

  • Don’t do anything stupid
  • Don’t attract attention, and
  • Don’t spend any of the loot until the dust settles

But in real life there’s always one stooge who buys a Ferrari, puts a kilo of blow in the trunk, and drives 80 mph through a school zone in front of the lead FBI agent’s house. Criminal conspiracies always unravel because one knucklehead can’t avoid being foolish.   Well, I’m running out of popcorn watching Atlanta’s version of the criminal comedy genre…………

Biden planted a spy in Fani Willis’s office -report By Monica Showalter Back in 2019, when Joe Biden was campaigning for president in Georgia, he loudly gave his ‘word as a Biden’ that he wouldn’t dream of prosecuting President Trump. “Look, I would not direct my Justice Department like this president does. I would let them make their independent judgment,” Biden said during the fifth Democratic debate in Atlanta. Turns out he had something far sleazier in mind. According to Wendell Husebo at Breitbart News: The Biden administration planted a Democrat operative inside a Fulton County office to target former President Donald Trump, multiple sources familiar with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office exclusively told Breitbart News. If the Biden administration planted the operative, as the sources say, it would present a strong argument that the administration interfered in the 2024 presidential election…………

Update, 4/5/24:

Court document alleges Fani Willis tried to tamper with a witness – By Thomas Lifson   March 5, 2024 – A fellow Georgia prosecutor has come forward after viewing the televised testimony in the Fani Willis disqualification hearing, alleging what amounts to witness tampering on the part of the DA in Atlanta. If the account is truthful, that would make Fani the dumbest prosecutor ever, apparently blissfully unaware that the rules apply to her, too.
