‘I Feel the Presence of The Lord’

"I Feel The Presence of The Lord" is a personal collection of devotions intended to encourage the reader to seek and see the Lord in every aspect of their life.
The enemy of our souls would have us subscribe to the mentality of being endlessly busy, and therefore it being excusable to relegate God to a Sunday morning church service, if that. Thus, many in our churches today are powerless Christians and/or Christians in whom faith and fellowship with God is sorely wanting.
I Feel The Presence of The Lord is not just a book to be read as part of our daily devotions. It is a collection of thoughts and instructions to inspire the reader to meditate upon the Lord and His Word.

This Is Why Satan Hates Donald Trump – Sunday Thought For The Day

A White House Press Release dated April 17, 2026 announced: “In every generation, through every trial and triumph, God’s Word has guided our people and our country to new heights,” states the Presidential Message released by the White House on the eve of America Reads the Bible.

The event took place from April 19–25, with the continuous public reading of the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation…On April 21, President Trump read Scripture via video message from the Oval Office during the 6 p.m. EST hour…The President read from 2 Chronicles 7:11–22, including the well-known passage: “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” (KJVER)…The event brought a gathering of nearly 500 leaders and 122 ministries in Washington, D.C., to read the Bible from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21, the very last verse of Scripture.

But, on December 18, 2025, President Trump in another White House Press Release, announced: President Donald J. Trump announced the launch of Freedom 250, the national, non-partisan organization that will lead America’s 250th birthday celebration throughout 2026 and beyond.

President Trump’s most recent Press Release and invitation reads in key part as follows: On Sunday, May 17, 2026, the National Mall will be the scene of a historic gathering as Americans of every background across the country prepare for the nation’s 250th birthday with Scripture, testimony, prayer, and rededication of our country [to God] as One Nation to God.

For everything negative said about President Trump, after reading the aforementioned, is there any question as to why President Trump is so hated by godless factions in America and their cabals?

Before President Trump’s presidency; America, the greatest nation in the world, perhaps even in history, had reached a point where we’ve come to trust in men to the near complete abandonment of trusting in God. We have become a nation that celebrated the coarsest form of debauchery – and pagan ritualisms such as the government sanctioned murder of near 80 million children. Schools became cesspools for the breeding of diseased minds; respect for personal property and property rights were trumped by out-of-control government intrusion, and God was only acceptable in the public square only if His holy name was used as the prefix for profanity.

Pastors stopped preaching Jesus and embraced those things that would have been unthinkable on any level not so very long ago.  And even more egregious, these things became so pervasive that current generations have lost all understanding of from whence America has come.  America stood on the precipice of collapse.

Agree or not, that is your choice.  But, let it be known; nothing persuades me that was the direction we were heading before Donald Trump became our President unequivocally wrong.  That said, I would be remiss if I did not say, it’s not that we’re no longer as a nation moving in the wrong direction; it is that I believe God has delayed the inevitable by giving us, as a people, one more chance to repent and seek His face.

Ultimately the future of the world is in the hands of biblical prophecy.  However, for the time being God has blessed us with time.  But, it is time we must use wisely.  And, the wisest way to use it, is by making sure we know where we will spend eternity and to reach as many as we can with the same urgency.

As I said, biblical prophecy is the immutable word(s) of God.  They’re unchangeable.  That means, whether anyone believes it or not, and whether people call me a “bible thumper, a fool or any other name(s) they want; Biblical prophecy tells us that this earth is going to be destroyed by fire.  Ultimately, the only guarantee of time we have is, the very last breath we took.  Our next breath is neither promised nor guaranteed.

I believe that God has given us Donald Trump as President to give us time.  But, extra time is only of benefit if it is used wisely.  Let the unbelievers scorn, because the day awaits that they will beg for more time and there will be none.

3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:

But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
