Transforming Into The Mind Of Christ by ‘brother bill’
In Romans 12:1-2 it refers to transforming into the mind of Christ. Since no man can know another man’s thoughts especially our creator’s; what’s that mean and how does that look?
Stop conforming by taking the world’s shape
Romans 12:1–2 (NKJV)
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
1 Corinthians 2:11, 16 (NKJV)
For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.

For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.
A man cannot rifle through another man’s thoughts, and he certainly cannot lecture the Creator on how the universe ought to be run. That is not the offer. The offer is a living body laid on the altar and a mind taken out of the world’s mold. The Spirit does not make you God’s advisor. He gives you the mind of the Son, so you can start proving obedience —by the way you live as Jesus —what the Father’s will actually is.
So, take on Christ’s mind by discipleship in following his words and actions as he did. How it looks today: Present the body first. Then refuse the old groove: the appetite, the applause, the panic, the shortcut. Ask what shape you have been taking without noticing.
The mind that laid glory down
Philippians 2:5–8 (NKJV)
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bond servant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
So, humble and obedient.
He did not clutch rank. He took a servant’s place and stayed in it until the nails on the cross. That is the mind we are told to let in—not a theory about humility, the actual downward road.
How it looks today: Where are you protecting reputation? Where would obedience cost you something real? The mind of Christ does not ask whether the cross is convenient. It asks whether the Father has spoken.
So, can I be obediently humble like my savior on my greatest adventures with Jesus Christ – can you?
