We Have Ourselves To Blame
People still don’t get it.
It’s not George Soros, the oft-referenced Bilderberger Group, the Rockefellers, Wall Street bankers, or some other shadowy group that is destroying our beloved country. Obama, and especially his arrogant, racist, harridan wife, may be the very personification and embodiment of all that is Erebus, but it’s not them either–they are simply the logical result of the true cause.
So who is it that is destroying our country? It is us. It is we the American people. How can that be, you ask? It doesn’t take a novella to explain; it happened because we allowed and encouraged it.
We the People, nearly a century ago, surrendered our right to think for ourselves. And we have continued on the path of blissfully abrogating same not unlike frogs in a pot of cold water on the stove. And now, not unlike the frogs, we are awakening to the fact that we are cooked.
We allowed evil and nefarious men to convince us that (based solely upon our electing them to public office) they suddenly became smarter and more knowing than us. We allowed our institutions, of higher learning, most of which were founded as religious learning institutions to be transmogrified into bastions of Marxist agitprop and indoctrination.
[box type=”tick”]SPECIAL ALERT: The Daily Rant under attack by Obama Truth Squads – click here to learn more[/box]We allowed ourselves to succumb to inculcated divisiveness of race conscientiousness and racial identity. We ignored the divisive language used to segregate us. We allowed guilt and ad hominem attacks to silence us and we allowed for the extolling to levels of spokespersons those who used same as bludgeons to silence us.
We foolishly transposed the breaking of our sovereign laws for the wrongful idea of tolerance. Out of fear that we would be viewed as xenophobic, we allowed the open practice of the debaucherous behavior–even to the sodomizing of our children–under the umbrella of evil groups such as NAMBLA. We exchanged the meaning of murder and supported it as the idea of a choice.
We accepted the diabolical dictates of a president who introduced socialism on a scale heretofore unwitnessed because he promised us government care. We allowed the destruction of our nuclear family because another president promised us a “Great Society.” And we allowed perhaps the most malevolent, mendacious, narcissistic, Marxist-Leninist person in our history to be elected president because of his Barmecidal promises.
I could go on, but, suffice it to say, the zeitgeist of depravity and the anti-Constitutional environment we find ourselves in today are of our own making. We have blindly allowed socialism to undermine our American individualism and Constitutional rights by refusing to acknowledge it for what it is.
It is easy to blame politicians, schools, etc., but in the final analysis we are to blame. And now, as we stand on the precipice of decline, we blame Obama for our plight. In truth, he is simply the logical outcome of the growth of evil and in his capacity as same he has exacerbated the decline of our once great and unparalleled society. How could we not expect that one such as him would not one day rise to do us potentially irrevocable harm?
We allowed and encouraged our own decline because we bought into the belief of something for nothing. We bought into the unconstitutional heterodoxy that government was our provider. We traded true independence for the belief that those in government knew what was best for us. Even though government has a substantial and transpicuous record of failure pursuant to same.
To a greater or lesser extent practically every government institution is represented by evil, socialist-minded men whose true motivation is to place us under government control while they personally benefit in ways beyond our willingness to understand and/or believe. And still we look to them to think, act, and reason for us.
We continue to accept the words of the media–conservative or otherwise–as the words of truth juxtaposed to the opinion of those placing the words in their mouths. The most recent being, whether or not illegal aliens should be allowed to flagrantly break our sovereign laws, and the idea that government is better able to handle medical/healthcare than the free market.
People should be afraid, but not of government as such; rather we should be afraid of ourselves for allowing the destruction of our great nation vis-a`-vis our belief that modernity is achieved through surrender.
We can no longer afford to weigh upon others to do that which we as individuals should be doing. Vile politicians, and a government that is out of control, operate as such because we have given them license to do so. It is time for us to stop wringing our hands and reclaim that which is rightfully our own. But that can only be done if we refuse to let them talk down to us and when we stop electing political types who believe government is the answer even if they sublimely claim to be of a different mindset. And we must stop rewarding failures and betrayals with reelection.
The hands on the clock of our demise are approaching the end–it is up to us to work to push the boulder of Sisyphus back up the hill one more time. Crying to God while doing the same thing that has led us to this brink is not the answer. Crying to God and confessing we are where we are because we have abandoned Him and His precepts is.
